I made a reservation 1 month ago. 200 kms to get to the hotel arrival at the reception I am told that there is no room the hotel is full.
This is an error when booking. I ask to see a manager I am told that the manager has already left at 4:30 p. M. For 6 years customer agreement at home has each trip to Nancy.
No solution bring and additional fees.
No consideration.
Very disappointed…

Great rooms and a good bar.

Good size rooms. Friendly staff. Good bistro options. Easy parking.

Lovely clean rooms. Big size rooms for families with provision of Baby beds. The hotel itself is of a good size. Parking is easy to find just that the address is a bit hard for TomTom to find. Lovely dinner and so was breakfast the following morning. Staff overall friendly and very courteous Keep up the good work!

Great rooms, very spacey bathroom And bedroom. The room was clean, there was a good television and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel was very kid and dog friendly. The pool was very crowded so I did not use it.

We were going there to attend a concert. The hotel is very clean, very quiet. The rooms are beautiful! The zenith is only an 8-minute drive away. Ideal!

This was a surprisingly excellent hotel. Great Breakfast and plenty of entertainment for the kids. The only negative is the small pool.

A pleasant surprise on our drive home: good restaurant with reasonably priced food, nice amenities for the kids and not more expensive than other options in the area. It's in a business park area so the neighborhood is nothing special, but otherwise it's a wonderful choice.

I will not give an opinion on the night, because I went in the framework of a professional meeting. The reception went smoothly, the staff is comping and pleasant, the rooms are well thought out. In summary, the frame is perfect.

Mooi groot hotel met zwembad. Leuke verzorgen tuin met ligzetels. Lekker ontbijt vriendelijk personeel! Alleen hadden een diner op onze kamer aangerekend dat we niet gebruikt hebben. Zonder veel problemen hebben ze dat aanvaard.

Very welcoming staff, a hotel where children are welcome, high chairs, coloured pencils, sheets available. A play area with Kaplas, large Legos and an interactive table next to the restaurant.
The menu is pretty light from the restaurant and expensive! On the other hand for vegetarians there is not much!
Breakfast is served as a fairly decent buffet, sugar and salty, there were different types of bread, very appreciable and dried fruit.
The room is clean and comfortable and I find the price of the room for a correct Novotel.
We had a nice time.

A safe value. Its terrace, a corner of greenery in the city. An original card with my taste a Californian touch!

Hotel in the standard of the brand. The bar is open every night until midnight. Breakfast very well served.

Shower room cleaning is not four stars hotel standard. Black spots around shower joints.

Nice establishment, but environment BOF, and Clim quite noisy… Staff very attentive, and Deco to the top!

Good hotel, room OK and good bedding.

Very good for the night. Very friendly and helpful. What I obsessed at all novotels: The rooms are consistently too warm and cannot be regulated. I don't find it OK in sleep sweating. There is not a German-speaking broadcaster on TV. Have already criticized it often but change does nothing.

The team is kind and friendly. But often the dishes are not up to par and if you are in a hurry avoid it because too much waiting. So a negative point the kitchen. I don't comment on the hotel.

This recently redesigned hotel in a playful spirit, offers impeccable service, an outdoor pool, a quality bar and restaurant and lots of entertainment; Which is very nice.

The staff were very helpful Good breakfast though with poor choice.

The hotel is nice, the staff welcoming. The rooms are quite large, the bathroom too. Everything is in line with the standards of the chain. Too bad our room smelled of tobacco on our arrival (but the staff exchanged it without arguing when we said so). The parking lot is quite dilapidated.

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

Nice hotel with nice ambience.

Very nice hotel, parking Situation is great and the rooms are clean and pretty. The foot is pretty expensive but very, very good. You pay what you get :)

Obers who run and leap along the tables during dinner Staff at the front who say Huh (really rude) and laugh with each other (and speak in French to each other instead of English) when we describe what happened during our diner. And last but not least orders during our dinner that were not correct.

Very good… good reception, quiet, recent rooms… nothing to say everything is perfect.

Good hotel next to the highway. Ideal when on the road, not for a final destination.

Great stop-over hotel. Convenient location, clean refurbished rooms and easy parking. Didn't try food though.

Lovely Hotel to spend quality time with family. Staff reception is excellent, very helpful. Hotel has enough fun activities to keep adults and kids busy. Breakfast was great too.

Good hotel for families with a play room and swimming pool. The room are OK. Only one lift that could be crowded in the morning. Wi-Fi free with a average speed.

Hotel own well-kept rooms a bit noisy but nothing too inconvenient. Well located next to a shopping area and restaurants, away from Nancy.

The setting is nice and hospitality also. On the other hand the meal in the hotel restaurant was really not good… We had a dish served in soup plates where it was impossible to cut his meat easily. The meat had no taste and the vegetables ' ratatouille) either. They were fadent and soaked with water. The dessert was all that there is more basic, but good.
During the seminar we had a break in the morning where they served us mini sandwich still frozen… and a little dry acras without sauce. The afternoon break on the other hand was of better quality, with good pastries.

As usual, this hotel gave us satisfaction, both in terms of service than on benefits.

A small flat however on the slightly haughty attitude of Mr Mathieu B. Who practiced selective politeness and did not bother we greet or watch us once throughout our stay.
But this has not prevented us from a great stay and would not hesitate to return.
Mr HENRION, facility Director, has been, for him, very outgoing and at the height of its function.

Buffet AFNOR. Very well. A little too cooked chicken.
