Coutillard

Coutillard is just made to destress. The setting is beautiful and we loved the bird song and frogs calling. We stayed in the cabin which is so comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Pippa and Nick are perfect hosts on hand for a chat but unobtrusive.
The pool area is perfect to relax and chat with other guests and have a dip to cool off. We are hoping to return.

We've just got back from a two night stay. Wish it could have been longer. We met up with some friends there and all had a wonderful time. The setting is just so picturesque. The nearby villages are France at its best. Pippa and Nick were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!

We came here to celebrate some family birthdays together, using the cabin, a roulotte and the Gite. Brilliant all round and having the outdoor kitchen to come together for evening meals was ideal for us. Very peaceful and relaxing, which just what we needed. Nick and Pippa are excellent hosts providing perfect welcome packs. They even helped my husband source a vegan birthday cake which was a massive surprise to me.

We stayed at Coutillaard for 4 nights for their Club Coutillard Festilitt experience. From the minute we arrived at Toulouse airport everything had been thought of. We were taken from and to the airport by Nick and shuttled up to all the wonderful author talks and meals during the festival.
At Coutillard we received an amazing breakfast basket each morning and were treated to two fabulous evening meals. There was even an author visit with tea and cake on the day before the festival began.
The festival was wonderful with interesting and diverse British authors speaking about their books and the world of writing and publishing. All this in the beautiful setting of Parisot village. It was wonderful to be part of such a fantastic cross cultural event where we were welcomed by the mayor and the locals alike.
We'll definitely be back next year.

If you’re considering booking Coutillard, don’t hesitate! Book it! There are 3 different types of accommodation, we booked the Cabin which is tucked away and so private and beautifully decorated! Pippa and Nick have a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area and things to do! We spent our days pottering around the beautiful villages then afternoons by their pool! Our friends stayed in the gite and had access to the lovely summer kitchen where we gathered in the evenings to bbq and sample some of the lovely local food and wines! We also walked up to the villages local restaurant two evenings (La Fruchette) and popped into the pub before and afterward our meal! We were made very welcome in both the bar annd restaurant and had great food and even made up a new cocktail in the bar! Can’t wait to return to the beautiful area and Coutillard. Thank you Pippa & Nick. You have a fabulous home that you were happy to share with myself and the rest of my family (all 17). Having the whole site just for us was so relaxing, the pool was the iceing and cherry on the cake. We were able to make some great memories to treasure for a lifetime. You were both great hosts and kept us informed of things in the local area. The lake with the market, food and entertainment was well worth the visit. We will definitely be back at some point. We had the most wonderful time staying in the gite which had everything you could desire plus things you didn’t think you wanted! Pippa and Nick are wonderful hosts and have made this place magical. The area is so beautiful and interesting to visit and we will definitely return to explore more. Thank you for a marvellous stay!

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in Beatrice roulotte. It was extremely comfortable and the hosts Pippa and Nick have thought of everything you may need.
We loved the local area and spent some time exploring the local Abbey, fantastic Sunday market and the beautiful local villages. We also spent time lounging by the beautiful pool area all set in fabulous grounds.
An absolute joy of a place and we will certainly be returning.

Wow what an amazing stay! Nick and Pip fantastic hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. The Gite was stunning and well equipped and the whole site was stunning. We have already planned to stay again.

I had the most beautiful time staying in Le Coutillard. We came as part of a literary event in Parisot, and would love to come back just to enjoy the acres of natural beauty, the pool, and experience once more the warm welcome of Pippa and Nick. My partner and I stayed in the Gîte, which was so comfortable and where we found absolutely everything we could have wanted. A beautiful breakfast was provided every day, and our hosts were ready to help, guide and chat any time we needed. Parisot is a short walk away, but really I could have happily stayed within le Coutillard's domain.

Spent a lovely four nights here last week and it was our first trip to France and it did not disappoint. We stayed in The Cabin in the Woods which was absolutely beautiful. So comfortable and tastefully decorated, the view of trees from every window and from the terrace. Very private and so relaxing in a quiet location with wonderful hosts. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Our second visit and stay at The Cabin and having just returned we are already planning to return yet again. Pippa and Nick are such lovely hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they both work hard to ensure you have the most enjoyable holiday. Le Coutillard is the perfect mix of peace, tranquility and relaxation with plenty to visit when venturing beyond Parisot. We took our bikes and throughly enjoyed the road cycling on offer throughout the local area. The cabin is a great space, it has its' own veranda to relax, read and chill out and provides a most comfortable living space inside with expected facilities. The pool and boules areas are great spaces for socialising and catching up with each other alongside the outdoor kitchen which has a fantastic honesty bar. This year Pippa's vegetable patch has been producing home grown produce which we enjoyed. We return to the UK yet again feeling totally recharged and rested hence our thoughts to rebook again for next year.

Had the most wonderful time staying at Coutillard, in particular Roulotte Zeta which was beautifully equipped. It even had air conditioning which was most welcome in the high temperatures. The whole area is tranquil, peaceful and very picturesque. The pool is large enough for laps and very clean and well maintained. The outdoor kitchen is just stunning and a great place to congregate, especially in the rain. Pippa and Nick are fabulous and thoughtful hosts who genuinely seem to enjoy running their business. They are very approachable and respond quickly to any questions or issues.

We were so lucky to stay at Coutillard in one of the beautiful roulottes.
The accomodation was fabulous with everything we needed for a fantastic weekend and more besides. The welcome pack and honesty bar were perfect for our breakfasts and snacks throughout the day.
We loved exploring the area including walks to the village in the morning for fresh croissants.
We visited as two couples and had joint breakfasts each morning on our terrace.
Pippa and Nick were fantastic hosts making us welcome and relaxed.
