The day in which the holiday apartments and hotels of the ski resorts adapt to the timetable of these stations… It'll stop snowing. Unreasonable check-in and check-out time, closed pool just on Saturdays… Irrational too, otherwise Pichi Pacha.

Clean apartment on arrival with a nice view. The area is well equipped: small gym, swimming pool with an uncovered part, sauna, hammam. Human scale Station. Very beautiful village. Everything can be done on foot as the village is 10 minutes away. It takes between 10 and 15 minutes by gondola to reach the slopes. Very pleasant stay.

Great stay and very very friendly staff of adorable people and available clean and quiet housing well study finally nothing to complain perfect 4 years we come and every year better and better Bravo!

Quiet residence, good reception and respect of the requests when booking for the view of our apartment. Thank you heated pool.
Close to the gondolas, but beware the dogs prohibited in the resort of Lys.

Ideal location for this residence. The reception, pool and spa area are a plus. Cauterets is a very family weed village of which passes a good holiday summer as winter.

Super friendly and family place… Staff very friendly and welcoming, very attentive to the guests… Very good for a family… Close to the Cableway, the city…

Nice residence and. About 10 minutes walk from the slopes. The pool and gym are a real plus.
There is also a rental material service in the residence.

Vile stay (which we have shortened and that Lagrange does not want to reimburse us) night disturbance until 3am, staff who hears but does not intervene, cleaning arrival that leaves to be desired, bathroom radiators that do not work, TV that does not work. Smell of grass smoked by neighbors in hallway and ringing of fire alarm. Very bad soundproofing so if you fall next to stupid people it's great!

The outdoor heated pool is very cool.

The estate is well placed. From where 1 star. A 5 minute walk from the gondola for access to the slopes.
But for everything else, it's a catastrophe.
We enter the apartment, and we had the pleasure of discovering hair that hung at the faucet of the kitchen. We also had the pleasure of seeing that the sheet on the bed was Sal, very sal, with hair and many traces. We looked for other sheets, but without success. The sheets that were in the cupboard or under the bed were all under plastic film, but all dirty.
Attention, people allergic to dust and mites, do not book, or you will live a real nightmare.
The pool was cold too bad. Then for the start, we were forced to leave 8:40 obligatory, no choice.
In short, I am very disappointed with the apartment if not, the village is really nice, there is everything you need.

Very nice apartment but the housekeeping is to be revisited completely. Dirty utensils, dirty appt, toilet, dirty bathroom. Lack of towels, cushions.
No toilet paper.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped and especially very well placed. Impeccable!

Nice vacational apartments. Really really hard to find if you go on your own car. The bed is very uncomfortable. The staff is not always available when needed. A little far from the center if you go by foot.

Bad treatment.
No bedsheets the first night, then having to upload yourself the dirty clothes to the laundry… Without toilet paper for the night…

Correct level not too small apartments but with a deco furniture /du average range. Should start by replacing the electric plates which don't heat anything or get cooked all. The TV is a CRT of the last century. The pool is not very hot (being partly outdoor) and all the 6 gym devices are defective. The sauna is nice itself. Depending on the apartment, it is in the South with a view of the building in front or north facing with view on the village /les mountains. Located not too far from the gondola and the Center to access on foot. The staff is very nice and meets all demands.

Let's start by the good news: heating, hot water with good pressure, large terrace and pets. Good location with respect to the ski slopes.
The bad: nothing else get (warning of the arrival) had not God at the front desk, took the keys to the mailbox and we went to the room. Apart from being an overwhelming study for 4 people (thank goodness we were only 2 and the cat), we find that wasn't sheets, not had towels, dirty toilet, blankets gave allergy to my partner (then also I doubt that they have washed them), cooking utensils were sick (literally) and very old, besides missing basic things such as a dishcloth, or paper… ; After cleaning the toilet, meo and I find the carton empty the toilet paper… What a grace. Then say you that you clean the apartment before leaving, and you see you have a broom that gave thing to pick it up, a "picker" (well it was more a shovel metal to remove snow) and a MOP bucket. None of cleaning products, do we also it bring us? According to this hotel I'm not going on vacation, I'm going to clean an apartment since we would have to carry around loaded in the car. And last and not least, care Highway and pedestrian steps from the hotel. When we were quite nebo and over made very cold, so it was the road with a layer of ice that was afraid of spending, while in the rest of the town roads was everything with salt pitch. Stairs and sidewalks the same, by little we started us a quarter rib head to go to the reception…
