We were at the end of June. Lovely place with lake views from the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant they have also good. Parking is possible next to the hotel. A very nice place to be.

Family Hotel in the French station of the Pyrenees of Les angles, is in a zone a little removed from the population, in a small elevation, so the main access is in slope and in winter can complicate the entrance with the vehicles.

The staff is perfect, avoid the buffet take rather a la carte and watch out for the crème burns which is white and tasteless and to the profiteroles whose cabbage is dry.

I do not know how to hotel but the restaurant here is exactly location. There is free Wi-Fi. This hotel is like the show go to unknown land, it's wild and it stinks. Smell stench in the room and in the hallways and general hygiene intolerable or so in a trek on the back of Yak in the streets of Mumbai. Really not possible and it is a pity because the staff is particularly sympathetic.

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. We arrived at dawn, we had warned that llegariamos late, and there was no one at reception. After almost an hour trying to speak with them in English (on their website says they speak English) and without leaving shouting in French saying that they were not hours to call, (we were at the door of the hotel at least 10 degrees without access to our already paid room), A man appeared at full speed with a car and went down slamming the door. In a super aggressive attitude he turned to us and yelled at me without stopping in French, to which we could understand that he was very angry that it was late. He beat things up and even faced us. Entendiamos nothing. He finally gave us the key and left. Although we flip out with such a surreal horror movie situation, there was nowhere else to go at that time, so we slept there. The next day we left just waking up. We put a mega claim in the agency and of course claiming the charge given so nefarious treatment.

Very nice welcome and very good service without forgetting the living environment and the immense view on the lake of Matemae.

Fantastic family run hotel. Very friendly, lovely room with stunning views and excellent food. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Bedrooms are clean, and just fine, but the restaurant is pretty ghastly, best walking down town. Only 10 mins by foot. Owner & wife are kind and courteous.

Sucio, camas muy Pequeñas y poco cuidado todo in general. Atención PENOSA tirando a nula, solo hablan frances, no. Is preocupan por nada más que cobrar. Lo recomiendo para nada nunca jamas volvere.
