Very nice hotel with top staff! I highly recommend it! Restaurants er bar are spacious and well cared for in terms of decorations. Again, the servers are also very welcoming and professional. The rental is also top, a 3 minute walk from the sanctuary with a view of its garden. I'll probably be back in the next few years.

Excellent hotel and staff from arrival to checkout. Jerome was very friendly and efficient in planning a future event. Rooms were spacious warm and super clean and light. Great service at breakfast. Would recommend this hotel very highly.

Beautiful and clean, friendly and professional staff. Motse Is the best. Most important for me is the hotel is just steps to the Sanctuary. This is the place to stay for a pilgrim. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Wonderful, perfect, are the qualifiers I found for this wonderful hotel, the welcome of all the staff, from the reception Mr. Albert, Miss Melanie who did everything and moved to pick up a smartphone that I had forgotten in a rental car, she made the steps to send it to me by mail, and Miss Amélie who followed and gave me the news, to the restaurant and to are charming staff, Mr. Simon, the little intern, the blonde dammes, and the one who prepared the breakfast buffet, ainssi as the bartender and sommelier, I also thanked the maintenance staff of the rooms ainssi as those of the kitchens who prepared us excellent meals, in summary I thank all the lovely staff very welcoming and efficient at the slightest requests and more, I had a wonderful time at Gallia Londre, thanks to are personal welcomes in the period from 22 06 2018 to 26 06 2018 again thank you all I was delighted it was a dream moment, see you soon, ️

I have had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the hospitality is excellent. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel and the rooms are alĺ accessible. The restaurant serves excellent food. This has taken the worry of me staying anywhere else. The hotel Gallia & Londres is a must.

Veey special hotel right next to the santuary. Modern clean room it a old setting. Breakfast is fantastic.

Price/performance do not agree at all. The double room Tiny. Breakfast officially until 09.30, at 09.00 There was still 1 butter peak and 1 slice of cheese. The majority of the dining rooms were already covered for lunch and were referred to as "cat tables".
At the reception, a poster indicates that you are entitled to a free guided tour in Lourdes with a guide. Only the guide now has a degree of Mother's leave and you do not replace it. Bad luck!
Definitely no place to come back.

Nice hotel in super surroundings. Undoubtedly worth considering if you want to stay in the city.

Hotel as new, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast very rich and helpful staff, very close to the sanctuary, no parking but they offer you one that costs and if you can not pay they tell you where to park without cost, under your responsibility clear, but Without any problem.

Very disappointed! the restaurant staff very unpleasant with us, the zero meal. We eat better in the canteen… I advise eds not to stay meals that have not given.

Very good place in Lourdes, I recommend it.

Everyone was friendly and very efficient — from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food service department. It is a newly renovated old structure, so one gets the old world feel with modern convenience (foot steps may be heard from above wooden floors though and one service elevator takes a little time, so ask for the new elevator). Located just a few steps to the Grotto and Basilica complex, and flanked by restaurants and souvenir shops on both sides. Perfect!

Excellent service and food. Staff very helpful and polite. Very good place to stay as it is very near the grotto.

The staff here are friendly and helpful and for the most part the place is clean though there were spiders on the bathroom. The food in the restaurant though well prepared and presented was lacking in inspiration and I thought on my third day of eating the same food that the menu was somewhat limited. The doors are solid to bedrooms and give good sound protection for a good night's sleep though I did notice several people struggling both with the key card locks and then to physically open the door. The hotel is very well placed for a quick walk to the sanctuary and is near several nice bars and restaurants. The parking was easy to find and had enough spaces.

Great hotel. I loved the fact that it was so close to the holy site where Mother Mary appeared to Bernadette, and to the gift shops as well.

Massage everything to make your stay unforgettable.

I spent 4 days in this hotel and I have to say that this hotel is one of my favorites. The rooms are big, the staff treat you very professionally and the breakfast is good. In addition, the hotel is well located : the sanctuary of lourde is at 2 minute from the hotel and the center of the town is at 7 min. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel to everyone who's looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only fault I can mention about this place is at breakfast the coffee machine was empty. It was replaced within 5 minutes. We hired the spa and it was brilliant albeit that they'd not turned the sauna on so it took 30 min to warm up. Otherwise the experience has been really good.

This is my second trip to Lourdes, and this hotel gave me a better experience. The staffs are friendly and very keen to please their customer, specially their reception front Audrey :) )

A perfect team, bravo to all and especially to Bella who knows with usability and work (listening and always a word for everyone) next year have come back.
