Remarkable geographical location with a view of the lake very appreciable. Quiet residence, family atmosphere. Ordinary home.
Comfortable but aging apartments.
The two black dots of the apartment where we were (T3) are: the beds, squeaky box spring (we had to put our mattresses on the floor to sleep) and no closets in one of the bedrooms and no storage in the bathroom.
The starting point of many hikes in both valleys.
Appreciable pool area, but closing times not late enough.
It is a pity that services offered in the price of rental by other brands are extra and quite expensive (internet, TV. )
Lacks a washing machine instead of a dishwasher and an oven (free mini oven loan but not practical)

Home: Cold.
Housing: Electronic plates do not work. Carpet floor dirty and very old. Not comfortable bedding. Very noisy room (torrent and VMC).
We had asked to be lake side. Our request was not respected while the residence was empty!

Top Location seen beautiful. Team apartment are from basic, small bed in fine foam. The good neighbors obligatory if no risk of the white Night. Building A B are located 10 meters from the renovated lake at nine. Building C are next to a very agitating river. We're in front of the pool. Very beautiful place, 10 mins walk to a SPA BALNEA cheap well for relax.

The place is beautiful and if it's good weather, spectacular! The apartments are fine. In the 4 people, there is no big bed, but sofa bed and bunk beds, but you can rest well.

Last year we had a renovated new apartment with services and a different interior design. This time we had an old and damaged apartment (woodwork of damaged furniture, stained carpets, past and striped paintings, kitchen furniture in bad condition). We were disappointed at the entrance into the lodging.
The lake, the mountain and the smile of the people at the reception remain very pleasant.

Great location on the shores of Genos Lake, and about fifteen minutes walk to the village.
By cons Spartan facilities of the dwellings. A big room, a good bed but not even a shelf to put your things. Same in the bathroom. Anyway, big lack of storage. But beautiful site.

I rented a lodging for 6 people, it is very good, however it is missing a shelf in the bathroom and a small piece of furniture in the stay to ask, tidy up a few things, especially since the work plan of the kitchen is not great.

Warm welcome! Nice chalets. Close to the village have loved the corner… The lake to make a little stroll balnea for this relax and the ski slopes just next to Peyragude and Val Luron. All that's needed. Really to advise.

This place is warm the people working on site are very friendly and know how to put at ease. A fondue machine and raclette rental service is available very convenient for a good time. I advise this residence.

Beautiful residence and beautiful point of view. It is unfortunate, however, that the arrival is from 5Pm. At this time it's dark, all the families are waiting in the cold with the children…

Being accustomed to its apartments I'm never disappointed! Good stay non home view wonderful as the lake! It just takes a little renovation of the places that start to grow old!

Pity for the promiscuity of the dwellings, we were surrounded by smokers and it disturbed us a lot.
On the other hand, our departure had been scheduled for 8 am and we had to wait 8 h 20 to see a person who was only starting at 9 am and who was willing to make the state of the exit places otherwise we would have waited 1 H. Rather unhappy because we had risen early to be ready according to the schedule that we had been given to the reception.

Staff friendly and available. The studio was clean and completely renovated. The surrounding is beautiful: on the lake with the mountains. Be careful not to forget to bring sheets and towels as they are not provided. TV and Wi-Fi optional (4 G goes very well with Orange)

Very beautiful place… a week of holiday, based…

The last week of 2015, renting an apartment for 8 people. Apartment in a State of dilapidation amazing and too small.
-in entry 1 closet too small to store the jackets and boots of 7 people.
-in the Bathroom no curtain to hide the window with view to 20 meters from the street. Obligation to close the shutter days and nights.
-kitchenette, fridge too small (top! ), the solution was to put the food on the balcony in bags refrigerated trays to freeze at night in a tiny freezer, the hob all rusted and impossible to put a skillet and a saucepan at the same time to heat, space between the 2 plates: 3cms and so worn had to put 20 mm to heat water
Stove and saucepans in very poor condition. We had to go buy a stove. No oven.
-the living room too small for 7 people.
-stairs creaking as soon as you put a foot on it naked, very nice for those who sleep and very dangerous!, too narrow steps, he must place his foot at an angle and cling to the ramp to go down. Two of my granddaughters have also rolled down the stairs on the back, they have 17 and 9 years old, they are no longer children.

The site is nice, but locals would need a good scrubbing nothing has been investing in 7 years. The TV rental for a week it is expensive, difficult access to the internet and paying. Pets are allowed but must pay, as dab 42 euros the week it's expensive considering that there is no investment for them, they must be kept on a leash, while the dog of the home is free and is not shy for bark us at.
When has the home if you tell them that there is flooding when you take a bath, they say it's normal…
