Charming and friendly hotel near the main station and walking distance to centre of town. Housed I n an old building it exudes atmosphere.

I decided to organize an association workshop here and have been highly satisfied. Negotiation with sales office was smooth. Fanny and her team were super helpful.

I was expecting a nice boutique hotel. What I found was far more than that. An utterly charming place—far beyond what the photos suggest—and truly comfortable.

Clean, modern, well-sized rooms with very good air conditioning. Good water pressure on the shower and ample plugs. Plenty of parking which was free. Basic but fresh breakfast.

The rooms and hotel are new and spotless. Comfortable beds and had a great sleep.

I faffed over the score but I think it deserves a 5. It’s rated 4 star but it was a nice room and had lots of amenities. Even with an eye mask and ear plugs which aren’t needed.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel in central Toulouse. Very quiet and modern rooms, lovely breakfast, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We would come again and heartily recommend!

We stayed the night of December 31, the suite met our expectations and what was presented.
The meal and breakfast were plentiful and served at the requested times.

Great moment as a couple. In the morning the seagulls fly near the window where there is the jacuzzi, it’s very pretty to see!

Perfect location, 5 mins from train station. Staff superb, our twin room was a bit on the small side. The separate WC was very cosy. Bathroom was good with excellent shower.

I had a great experience at this hotel thanks to Margaux. She was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!

We were lucky enough to find this modern hotel in an unbelievable location for our first visit to Toulouse.

Hotel felt nice and vibrant. The room was spacious with a nice design. Same for the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Stopped there for a convenient stay ahead of an early flight departure.

This hotel gets slammed in bad reviews, but you have to keep in mind the price point. Yes, some of furniture is dinged, but the beds are comfy. We paid 68€ for a family room with our two kids.

We are a family of 4! Two teenagers. Travelling using Toulouse airport. The hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Reasonable, friendly, great pool — sauna and hamman.

My one-bedroom suite was modern, spotless and appointed with everything a traveler would need. Especially for longer stays.

The hotel is very nice & modern (very industrial w/ bare, smooth concrete floors & walls). Super-friendly staff who gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner.

Maid service could do with an improvement. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. A couple of days toilet paper was not replenished. Front desk was informed, and they promptly provided the same.

Room was spacious and clean. Services at the desk were very good.
We regularly stay here because it is well located close to the Metro and centre of Toulouse.

Staff could not have been more helpful. I dropped my wife and cases at the hotel well in advance of the check in time as I had to take the hire car back.

Ideal hotel for an overnight stay before visiting the airport. Would happily stay again. Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. Our room (a junior suite) was great, with everything you could want. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. We had a wonderful meal at Le Cénacle.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia.

We stayed at the hotel to explore Toulouse.
The location is great, right in front of the train station and just a 15-minute walk from the city center.
It has parking (quite narrow) for vehicles.

I can’t really say that my trip was bad in the place. I think that it’s a good hotel for a couple of nights stay. The rooms have all needed facilities like a kitchen, iron, hairdryer, etc.

Only one problem the hotel didn't receive my question by email through Expedia' s App, otherwise absolutely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers easy car parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The reception staff gave us a ground floor room with short distance to reception, when they saw my husband waking with two canes.

This apartment is lovely clean and staff are great. Shuttle bus brings you to Metro bus there is a walk to bus or tram to go to other areas.

Great location close to the railway station and City Centre. The quality of food here is amazing. The breakfast was very tasty with the best croissants I have ever had. The service was also great.

It was an old fashioned elegant European hotel with an excellent staff. Our room was fairly large, the furniture was old fashioned and comfortable and it had a modern heating system.

Check in was delightful. It is a beautiful old building with all the associations of quirky lifts, carpeted floors and darker furnishings but it looks and feels luxurious.

Nice hotel with simple decor. There's parking available in the hotel compound. Rooms were comfortable with fully furnished kitchen. There's microwave and stove with kettle as well.

Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. It is located in private yard, therefore very quiet place. There is also locked gate from the street with private parking. Very nice gim and great rich breakfast.
