Condo Hotel

The hotel is more of a hostel, and although it does get a few things right, the overall feeling is that it's trying to look good in pictures rather than actually being a nice place to stay at. We were two people checking in, and as we entered our room we were hit by a very strong smell of chemical cleaning products that stayed throughout the whole stay even though we kept the windows fully open the whole first day. It seems the pipes in the bathroom were bad as there was always a nasty smell in there (and it felt like the strong cleaning products were used to cover that up). There was only one towel for the two of us, the trash had not been emptied, there is a kitchen in the room, but you need to clean it yourself and it doesn't seem to include all the necessary kitchen utensils. The room is clean, which is nice, and when we asked them to take out the not emptied trash for us, they did it and were helpful. There is also a small TV and stereo (that we didn't try). The room has a few signs telling you to be silent and respect your neighbors, do your dishes, and save energy, which do not feel very welcoming. It's fairly cheap, so you shouldn't expect much, but our feeling was that the care had been put into making good advertisement for the hotel, not making the actual stay nice, and in the end, it feels like a hostel.

The location is good, in the price of Toulouse. The rooms themselves are not bad, but not well-groomed. The drain in the sink is clogged, the water is not drained. There was not enough bedding, there was not enough dishes. The dishes were dirty. They shot a number for four people.

Very large and clean rooms for excellent price. Breakfast was nice enough. Friendly staff.

The sewer is clogged, the room is essentially 2 local, paid for 4x, blankets were only 2, the staff does not know the basic words of English, after 10 and no one even wants to talk, cups were not, the dishes are dirty, under the bed all in the hair. The room is beautiful, the staff are lazy.

From the elevator it's a skit given the number of buttons. E, 0, 0 +, 1, 1 +… can't get away with no instructions. In the studio is ambiance year 90. Salmon painting in the entrance, pink in the room. Old shower curtain in the bathroom. Switch is not in place. Little room to circulate in a studio advertised for four adults. I don't even know how to eat at four on the table without having to move it every time. Door of the studio difficult to open. Simple breakfast with industrial pastries. In a disappointed word.

It is an aparthotel in which the rooms are very nice. They are very spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast is worth 9 euros and is varied. The quality is good. Nor is there free parking near the hotel so not if you go by car you will have to leave it in a parking lot close to €20 per day because in 2h30m Street are €30 (thirty, yes). The staff of the hotel are friendly.

Good place to go with friends. Spacious, clean and acoustically insulated rooms.
The only drawback I can put is the check in and check out times, but you can leave your bags.
The staff speaks and understands Spanish (the receptionist).

Can do better level cleanliness. Washing machine broke down for several weeks.

Had a great time at the hotel. Large and clean double bed apartment with small yet fully equipped kitchen, dining table, tv, and comfortable bed. Very quiet as window faced a backyard. Breakfast buffet is really poor and the lady is totally incompetent.

Very good location right next to the city center. Spacious, clean and well-maintained rooms. Good deal in reception and also spoke Castilian. Very happy.

Ultra cold, large rooms and suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast thawed bread and pastries. Automatic Bad coffee. Excellent Ham. Revisit the decoration and the bread and I will come back.

Had a good stay. The rooms are quiet and well equipped — there's a kitchen as it is a studio. Buffet breakfast is alright but note the Check In isn't 24 hours. Location was quite close to town and staff were accommodating with requests.

Super unhappy with this place. Breathed out hot air in the rooms. No aircon, no fan, nothing. The double bed from sofa is double only for very little kids, normal person would get hurt from the ironbar on the end of this little bed. Asked staff about it — yes this is how it is, didn't even try to offer a any solution. Never again.

Clean and comfy but a little old. Few broken things but for the price it is more than acceptable.

The room was lovely, though the lock/handle was a bit unusal and hard to figure out at first. The elevator was broken on our second day but still not a big trouble. The facilities were spacious and enjoyable, a big bed, couch, small kitchen table with chairs, large shower and pretty big bathroom, two big placards, a small fridge, microwave and oven. Also provided were cooking utensils and cutlery.

We are delighted with our passage in the hotel. The only downside is the lack of parking space. Everything else is perfect, the room is very spacious, the kitchen facilities are at the top.
