Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Ideal for a family because it is spacious. Forgive us very nice. Although it is not close to the centre, there is a nearby bus stop and tram stop. Even if you have parking, we manage to park in the back street which is free. Recommended.

Good location, clean and roomy.

You don't want to leave this hotel. Nature is like a good cottage. And at the same time all the amenities, a good breakfast and silence.

Great hotel for the price, great to see the city with your family for a few days or stay at work. The room has a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. A lot of space, small defects are compensated by the care of the staff. Of the cons is the lack of a bar lobby and a small breakfast area.

They are super friendly and are always willing to help you. Most of the employees who are at the reception, speak Spanish.
The apartments have what it takes to be a long stay.
They have a van to take you where you want them (obviously within a few limits). It is necessary to reserve it one or two days before to ensure the availability.
It has very good connections to the center by tram and/or bus and with the airport by tram.
To buy, there is a Carrefour shopping center and a Lidl nearby. Also there are several local shops that are nice.
If I had to put a stick… Well, housekeeping could be better. They clean once a week (in case of long stays) and it is not that they strive in it. Sometimes I had to sweep or clean the dust because they hadn't done it everywhere.
I clarify again, you should not expect luxuries as it is a 3 star, but is more than advisable.

Comfortable and well equipped Appt for 4 persons: A room with TV and a large living-room with a large convertible sofa and second TV. Only downside the mandatory parking space charged 8 euros.

Even the room, kitchen and bathroom is old and dirty when you check in, but they will make money for the reason that you did not clean kitchen, kitchenware whether you did cleaning or not.

Apartment with full accessories, near the Purpan center market and the rail station.

First Apartment hotel where there is an exclusively weekly housekeeping. The toilet paper is changed only once a week and they provide you with only one roll, the bath towels undergo the same treatment and when you kindly asked that you be changed the towel because you are new arriving and That it has not been changed with the one before you are sent to walk. I strongly advise this place!

Comfortable and modern not far away there is a shopping center, is a few kilometers from the center but is very equipped with public service.

Visiting in Toulouse, we really liked this hotel. Good benefits, good reception, soft beds, clean rooms. We took our 2 little dogs (CKC) without worries.

We did not have the leisure to enjoy the services of the Aparthotel above: I did a mistake when booking on the date of arrival and management has charged my account without qualms (I had booked 2 studios for 5 people) : no right to the error in Tolosa Toulouse. You can simply renew a reservation at the same rates by offering generous parking and breakfasts! We dare talk about honesty. And added that the studios could be occupied by potential clients of last minute: it is true that the residence is only a few hundred rooms. Dismal commercial sense. Long live the profit even if it injures 5 people.

Modern room decoration neat, insulation perfect, friendly staff, all at €55 studio! What else?
Only downside, parking € 8. Free valet parking! ;-).

Nice "budget" hotel midway between the airport and centrum. Secure parking below.
