A clean hotel, a lovely welcome, an irresistible breakfast. If you take a room in R + 1 think of closing the door that overlooks the staircase… The proximity to the reception is disturbing. Otherwise perfect!

Great location, it's in the middle of the city. The room is very cute but can be quite crampy, open bathroom in room is not a great thing but it's not the worst. Staff are very friendly but know very little english. BE CAREFUL with minibar, we didn't take anything but a bottle of water but was charged for alot more, as we left the hotel at 05.00am we couldn't ask them what it was for. They automatically charges us without explanation.

This hotel was great! My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights here. The building is old but everything is modern and clean and the themes of the rooms were cool too. The entire staff was helpful, spoke English, (because our French was sub par), and had amazing suggestions of where to visit in Toulouse. The location is great and close to a lot of great sights. One of the young men working at the front desk went above and beyond and even helped us with a mix up with a local restaurant that delivered food to us one night. We were having difficulty understanding the woman from the restaurant and he took care of everything for us. As a tourist in a country and city that I don't know the language perfectly, it is refreshing to find someone that is so open and willing to help us. We had an amazing stay here!

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Toulouse. A few steps away from everything: restaurants, shops…
Decorated with care, the most of this hotel is the adorable team. It feels like home.

Hospitality is applied, the friendly staff is available without being intrusive rooms are neat, clean and harmoniously decorated. The location is ideal, in the Center without being noisy. Point non-negligible, rates are very affordable considering the quality of the services.

The Hotel des Arts is extremely well located in Toulouse (near the place Esquirol, street Boulbonne. ).
Above all, hospitality is always adorable, the staff recognize you from your second coming and breakfast (fresh fruit salad, juice squeezed oranges, bread/jam, pastries, the or coffee) is served in your room at the time you want.
The rooms are simple and clean, each with a theme (theatre, dance) and a light of subdued color you can set. If you are in the street, nothing to worry about, the street is quiet.
Note: there is no elevator, which can be a problem for those who cannot climb stairs.
Book without hesitation.

It was perfect. The hotel is very well located two away from the shopping streets and city center. The rooms are quiet and well insulated and the view of the garonne is magnificent. The staff has been very nice and res professional. Perfect for a romantic stay.
