We spend only one night "in transition" but the reception is at the top and the receptionist (I do not know his first name) is very nice. Good stay.

Home correct count 9 euros more to access the parking lot of the hotel.
Direct access to the floor with elevators.

Hotel well located breakfast at the top on the other hand when booking ask for a room on the courtyard side street side we hear everything! If you have vertigo think to specify it also because some rooms are very high I was on the 8th and I was dizzy.

The apartments are quite well located, you will arrive soon to any place. You have the option of hiring parking in the same building for €9, which is a big plus. However, the facilities, very basic since its creation, are very outdated, it is noticeable that the time has passed without having touched anything and the feeling of cheap and abandonment floats in the environment. The cleanliness is also not its greatest virtue, although it is true that the bedding and towels were clean. No cleaning is done, if these 4 days the towels are not changed and no one enters the room for anything, or to empty the litter bins. Carpeted floors that give a feeling of dirt and gotelé to the ceiling. The entrance door drags and cannot be opened at all. The Welcome tray is Pauperrima. The garbage room could not be accessed from the first day to the last, because it was sticky, you were stuck to the floor. The staff were very friendly and very attentive.

We were looking for a place where we could cook quietly and therefore not be forced to go out in the evening to the restaurant.
The room was not clean. The towels had black spots. The dishes were greasy and no sponge or dishwashing product (and for one night, I was not going to bother to find it, especially since I realized it at night, not soon.
The reception closing at 8pm on Saturday night, no way to go to ask for one unlike other hotel. )

Very good location, quiet and clean although a small refreshment would be necessary at the decoration and maintenance level.
Very convenient Parking.

The rooms are not very large, but it is comfortable, quiet and with a parking, they accept the dogs. A little bit far from the center on foot. The prices are correct as well as the welcome.

Very basic but well equipped and clean rooms, good location, and a very low cost.

Very smart studio solution, the sofa becomes easly an excellent bed. A small balcony is there. Laundry service and garage at ground floor.

The location I find very good, is close to the center but right on the part that we had not explored on our previous trip so we were allowed to go through other areas that if we had not chosen this hotel we would not have known.
The room was small but comfortable, the bed went up and down the wall and you could choose to have the bed down or if you lift it appeared a couch.
The television had channels in many languages: Arabic, Chinese, German, English, French, Spanish …
The kitchen was pretty well furnished and utensils so you could cook.
The receptionists were polite and friendly upon arrival, and with perfect mastery of Spanish one.
The problem I see is that the hours when the reception was open were very difficult and that if you arrived later than 9-10 of the night were the doors closed, you had to put a code or something similar (which I did not know and my boyfriend took care) with respect to E Yes I do miss more attention or a previous explanation of how the doors worked.

Good location. Adequate price for the service in the hotel. Reception is helpfull. Breakfast could include eggs.

They are not rooms but mono local for the price of a room. You have a closet bed that converts into a sofa, a terrace where you can lay your clothes, a small kitchen complete with everything (microwave, fridge, etc. ), there are cutlery, pots and dishes. For a short time it is great.

Ok location on the canal side within 5 min walking distance from Jean Jaures (city center). The rooms are big and clean. The kitchen tools are a bit old though. There is no daily cleaning service so if your garbage can is full you need to take it out yourself (among other things). Breakfast is good (only continental).

Good value for money.

Typical budget European hotel. There are many in the old European cities. But, however, very nice. Although the service is very unobtrusive, the sense of the home atmosphere is not leaving. One of the few perks of the proximity of the centre of Toulouse.

Unpretentious Hotel. Very comfortable for the city center and cheap. Comfortable bed. Mini Apartments.

Great hotel with almost all services.

Had a good time here. Receptionists are friendly, rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is reasonably speedy. I didn't go for the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Minimalistic service, rooms are tiny and the bed wasn't how it looked like on the website. It's cheap but you get what you paid for.

Nice apart hotel with very nice and kind reception staff. The management team is also very attentive to customers needs and complaints. The location is fantastic and it has a private underground parking which is essential if you're thinking of having a car in Toulouse.

Having lived 10 months in this hotel I saw all cockroaches flood propeter unsatisfactory some rooms are tiny and with a rate more than anarqueur very disappointed when management is not accommodating and we take high
The only thing that I can say positive were cleaning women who are very friendly and the hostesses.

Room with potential but much too old. Clean leaves to be desired (Cobweb, and died on the carpet tack) dilapidated bathroom. However the hotel is very well located, and the welcome is warm.

I'm Chilean. This hotel received me for three months and the experience was the best.
