Free hot drinks. Very friendly staff. Good location of the center and the train station.

Hotel at the top. Very well located. Very spacious room, clean, very well equipped and perfect bedding. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. We were 2 adults and 2 children and will stay there again. I highly recommend.

The outside of the building in my opinion isn't really beautiful… But inside, inside the aparentment, is amazing! You receive a very good services. And with amazing views.

Very clean Apartment hotel, recent. Very nice and responsive staff! Breakfast was very good Unfortunately, our first night duvet 1 person for sofa bed 2 people, forced to change. Second night only 1 toilet towel for 4! As a bonus, light from the mirror that grates, just 2 spots to the ceiling ds the shower room. A grilled spot ds the room. We slept well, comfortable bed, no disturbing noise. Very tight Parking. Access to parking Apparthotel by the outside, really not practical…

Super Appart'hotel!
The room is very spacious, offers a lot of storage; A table for 3 people, a kitchenette to cook at home for 3 people, a very large office. Ultra Bright during the day, lights at the top at night, it feels like daylight with the 10 lighting points.
Room side The big double bed does the trick, correct bedding. Ridiculous TV that said, riding between the sitting area and the room corner…
The bathroom is a little small, and taking a shower without putting water everywhere is a challenge (4 showers, 4 failure for me).

I advise the establishment for long stays, attention all the same to the salty note…

Great for long stays. You can expect all your basic needs to be covered here. The staff is very polite and helpful: During my stay I got very sick and they arranged a doctor visit immediately (there's a doctor service in the city doing home visits, but they were at full capacity and I went to another doctor only two doors away. There's a pharmacy less than 5 minutes walk away too). The amenities are good including a dishwasher, microwave, water boiler and other basics.

The rooms are very nice and the big ones have everything you need for a long stay in Toulouse. It's close to the city centre. The gym is ok and they also have some board games you can borrow. The breakfast was just ok.

Decently well located at the edge of the center of Toulouse. Comfortable and spacious rooms with quite good Wi-Fi. Nice views from most of the room to the North East and North West. Not overly luxurious but good for longer stays where you want something that doesn't feel too much like a normal hotel.

Currently staying. Very convenient and quite spacious for the family of 4. Front desk and housekeeping staffs are wonderful and very helping. I had ask several question such as how to book a ticket for the show, or where to get seat boosters for my children. They made phone calls, searched internet, did everything they could help. Good range of kitchen utensils — I mean you have all you need during your stay. Very close to stores, restaurants, capitole, station. The only reason I took out a star is the decor of the room. Looks cheap.

Room layout is a little unusual. Very comfortable and spacious room. Services so far are excellent. Parking a little tight to get to. Close enough to active downtown. Construction on road outside makes for difficult maneuvering.
