Welcoming staff. Too bad no elevator.

Close to a bus stop that leads to the metro.
Next to a Buffalo grill.
The welcome and the maids are friendly, friendly and understanding.
It is true that the rooms are not soundproof enough but we could easily change rooms by reporting it to the reception.
The bathroom/toilet is quite small. For breakfast (always prevent the day before to have a pastry) it is sufficient.
Quality price correct.

Too bad I didn't take the negative reviews that concern the noises any more seriously!

We had room 215 and the person in room 211 next door decided to turn on his fan all night, no one could sleep. I'm not talking about a little noise only!
In addition we reported this at 0:40 and no one offered us another room, knowing that the hotel was not full! The next day we made a second written complaint with Mr. Yannick at the front desk. Mr Yannick even came into our room around 8am and he did notice the noise and in addition he said, yes we have some problems with the fans and the noises that resonate very loud in other rooms! He wanted to pass on our complaint to his boss! Since the 12.05.18 no response, nor a refund of the last night (1 out of 3).

But an automatic email:

After I answered by email on the 19th. 05.18 and I asked for my refund.

No reaction.

On the 26th. And the 29th. 05.18 I had Mr. Baptiste on the phone, he noted the problem twice, but no news.

Disgusting! I've never seen a hotel so filthy! Rooms that stink, NOT CLIM, noisy, 47 for that it's a shame!

Decent hotel, better than a Formula 1.

It's nice when the owner writes his comments to another person who also complained: Goodnight we are sorry that you did not report your noise problem we would have changed your room if your neighbors were noisy.

Hygiene more than dubious. Pillowcases not changed etc… Friendly reception Staff.

To avoid absolutely if you like to sleep well during the night: The building is not soundproof at all and we hear very clearly all types of noises: voices, TV, doors, music of the construction workers who arrive by car at 7am (some places of Parking are reserved for a construction company). This hotel is a real circus. In five days of professional internship in the month of November, I had to sleep for the equivalent of a night and a half.
Moreover, the services and rooms are reduced to the bare minimum, which is quite logical when you pay "only" €45 per night.
Some good points: relatively friendly staff; Buffalo Grill right next door; Proximity to the scientific complex; Breakfast served from 6.30 a. M. To 10 a. M. And potentially copious (count €6 all the same).
EDIT: Following the "reply" of the owner below, I specify that the hotel was full during the whole week in question. No change of room would have been possible and besides, the whole hotel is noisy since it is related to the lack of soundproofing of the building.

ATTENTION to the HOTEL and not serious!
Indeed when I got back into my room at 6am there was a young couple in my bed (when I made them come out nicely from my room The young man attacked me) while my belongings were in the room (Tablet bag wallets Credit card Car key) It's a shame we could have just robbed me a tip avoid this hotel like the plague.

Good address for a business trip!

A room for 4, but only three pillows, gate of the parking and entrance door of the hotel which are not closed at night. A reservation at €57, I am announced €61 at the reception (high season rates) and yet the poster has the entry €57 for a family room. The bed is good and the room is air-conditioned. In the end, three stars is deserved but I can not put any more.

Non-existent pay services (city +) : Wi-Fi view without CNX possible + air conditioning very. Very noisy. To turn off to sleep, remains a fan.

I got a non-smoking room which smelt very strongly cold cigarette.

Hotel located in a murky area and this one is equally, we left the hotel rushed around 2230 by fear for our safety. Room neighbours fought violently on funds of traffic (drug or prostitution see both) seems you it. Nobody has the home and no instructions has been given us, on our arrival, in case a problem occurs. Avoid that for the same price (€40) there are many better and more reassuring (b & b, ibis)

Quiet and close to everything by car or public transport. Comfort standard and clean. Very good value for money.

Good discovery, near the ring roads and at the gates of Toulouse, the metro allow me to leave my car behind and to ensure professional appointments without problem in the city center.

The most is the Midi channel to wind down the evening. I recommend it.

We stayed the night of Sunday, July 26 and are very satisfied: the Manager of this hotel welcomed us extremely well and responded to our requests (including bed baby and room change). The breakfast is very good and plentiful. We recommend to book this hotel of a very good quality/price ratio during your stay in Toulouse.

Close to the metro and highway. On the other hand it is a hotel for business trips rather than for tourism. People to levent early my morning. Very clean and quiet (even in the DRC). The staff was accommodating and friendly.

I have written repeatedly e-mails and still not get an answer. November 25th I made a reservation through booking_com with NO cancellation charges until December 6 at 23:59h. I canceled the reservation the December 5th to 22h, France time. Lidotel charged my card 30% of the total reservation, which should be returned after cancellation without charge. A month after the amount has not been reinstated neither
administration deigns to give me an answer despite repeated electronic mails.

Staff polite and friendly. Hotel easy access from the motorway. Quiet, clean. Very good value for money.

Arrived after midnight, the room that is assigned is not made, bed know, full of trash bin,
View the late hour, I sleep.
The next day, I do get out of this situation and it is me who is accse do not see disturbed the person in custody (still had to know! ). The Manager refused to acknowledge his mistake and offered me no excuse.
Also, if you're hungry in the morning, bring what eat: it's rationing at LIDOTEL.
