Hotel or I stop regularly. Nice. Clean. But first time I have a room with double bed and the problem. The bedding is too hard Normal. There is no box spring but just a wooden plank. If you want to sleep well avoid rooms with separate beds.

No comments. I make a reservation and I ask not to charge the card before My arrival, (a minimum) what had been confirmed to me, paying with another card.
Well I had a flow. I'm waiting for the refund.
I would also add that the cleanliness was very sketchy, indeed a fingernail under my nightstand left me with a very bad impression.

We stayed in a disabled room and what I liked least was the bathroom. It would have required a good bleach cleaning of the chair in the shower and curtains. There were traces of mould or rust that did not cause you to shower as would have been desirable. We could move perfectly so as not to come into contact with these elements, which is not the case for a disabled person. I believe that hygiene in the bathroom must be a priority, a real hygiene that can be seen.
Another small detail, but it also counts, is the plastic toilet lid. I think it is something that should be of a better quality, in line with the rest of the room.

Good value for money. Clean room, decent breakfast. Ideal not to blow up the holiday budget. Lack of slight storage, and the flow of people in the breakfast area can be chaotic at rush hour. Large car park.

Good hotel and good welcome
it's been 2 years in a row that we take this hotel and we had the same room unintentionally ;-)

When you're traveling this is a good hotel for one night! Rooms are clean and there is TV and airco. The reception is very friendly.

Our first B&B experience and a little puzzled and confused with no reception, no key, etc. But room and bedding very clean and comfortable (nice pillows) and just what we needed for our overnight stay to attend a local wedding. Breakfast was more than acceptable. Overall good experience.

Very nice reception, hotel located in a quiet place, very good bedding, but in the room it lacks a small wardrobe and in the bathroom, no soapy but a very inconvenient soap dispenser and the shower curtain of a cleanliness Dubious.

Nice for one night, after long ride its a good place to crash.

The air conditioning was not working, shower a little narrow for people of strong corpulence.

We had a good night at the hotel in Pézenas, the manager of the hotel was welcoming and very responsive in the face of a small worry of air conditioning.

Automatic Reception that does not work and no one answering from the office. Normal room and poor breakfast.

Regular customer for 2 years for professional stays from 4 to 6 nights in this quiet hotel despite its location close to the motorway, clean and well secured outside. It responds to an impeccable value for money. The reception is always as professional and warm provided by the manager as by his collaborator. Proof is, I return next month…

Lack of communication! To make things right I called this hotel to ask to leave the room at 1:00 pm saw my arrival time, the person replied that yes there was no worries (it would seem in addition that it was the boss I had). The receptionist called me on my laptop so I would leave the room within 10 minutes threatening me to recharge one night thanks to my bank fingerprint. Bad experience for me in this hotel while I know this channel well, this is the first time that a receptionist is also unpleasant!

Rooms fairly spacious and clean good chain hotel a large parking is available and free and a completely decent restaurant adjoins the hotel to advise for a reasonable budget.

Justine at the reception received us extremely well by telling us with great kindness the local restaurants. Our room was very clean and we slept well. Nothing to say about negative.

It was a very nice Hotel. The rooms are quite spacious as well as the shower room with WC. The prices are correct. Breakfast I recommend it without worries!

My choice in the region is always done on this same hotel. Even for a step towards noon.

The air conditioning was not working, there was an extra heater as heating that was impossible to adjust. Awakened in the middle of the night by suffocating heat and forced to open the glass to regulate the temperature. Very disappointed with my stay, at this rate we find much better in the competition!

Excellent bedding, a very generous buffet breakfast, the manager (from Normandy), very nice on the part of the coupled Room 1, from the night of Thursday 1 March to 2 March.
The only little piece of mol. A lack of shower gel, and a pretty pronounced cigarette smell at the entrance and in the hotel lobby.
But other than that, my wife and I are advising you.

Large mattress Room A bit hard had beinsports to watch football and basketball. The receptionist was very friendly.
There is coffee machine and microwave free parking can be accessed at the time you want using the registration machine of the entrance.

Cheap hotel. Clean. Helpful, nice and polite staff. Tiny rooms. Poor view. Relatively close to tow centrum.

Very decent and convenient accommodation, corresponding to what is promised. In terms of the complaints, my room was contiguous to the elevators and the noise of the recurring machinery every 5 minutes has disturbed my sleep, we should review the soundproofing of these spaces. Apart from that, the comfort and cleanliness were satisfactory.

Justine welcomed us very well, she is smiling, very attentive, with a nice little word for everyone. She's a great person!

A perfectly efficient small hotel with rooms as expected. We arrived late and left early but it was all very smooth via the automated process and we even had a courtesy telephone call the day before to check our requirements.

A lack of information regarding the availability of Wi-Fi, breakfast is a little limited in the choices: no fresh fruit, pastries lack variety (only a little overcooked crescents), few hot beverages: lactose intolerant and Tea drinker, I preferred to abstain… The room was nice, well heated although a little small.

Very good location very quiet the staff is very welcoming the rooms are OK and the bedding is very good.

This is a low budget hotel so you get what you pay for. BUT, It is clean and okay maintained. Rooms ok and the general overall evaluation for this hotel is good. Recommendable for stop overs, 1 night stops. Remember to press # after your code if you arrive during night to get access to the actual hotel! It is not written on the guide screen! I can recommend this one!

The hotel is very clean public areas than the House.
The bathroom is large and functional.

Hotel to be avoided if you book through a site, the House book don't we not assigned on the pretext that ns aircraft booked by internet at the reception he ns stated that it was a known but problem it was like that!

Wonderful place, free parking and Wi-Fi, clean rooms and nice breakfast. What I didn't like — nobody speaks English. That's why I rate it 4/5

Best Hotel ever. Very clean and very friendly people. I recommend this as a must stay which links directly to the Heritage old town of Pezenas.
