Nice setting. Shops nearby. Pleasant personal. Very good breakfast. Spacious room.

Only downside: no shower curtain or shower door in the bathtub. Result: water all over the Sdb.

Not bad hotel to sleep. Dont expect 5 stars, but nice for its price.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel which is very convenient and has comfortable rooms.
2 things to report anyway:
The cleanliness of the dishes/breakfast cutlery leaves something to be desired, which we have seen twice.
The amount of the reservation cashed 2 times for the same booking which is simply surreal but current it seems.
The curiosity is that we have been offered twice to book other rooms on the same day or to take them for other dates. And that in addition it was necessary to require that the refund take place in a "rapid" period of about a few days because "normally you have to wait about 1 month".
It's a shame, it spoils the good impression we have of this property and its staff who have always been very friendly during our 2 stays.

Very quiet. Simple, clean rooms. 20 minutes on the tram line to downtown Montpellier. Helpful staff. Inexpensive. 2km to the airport. Ideal!

Satisfied with the spacious room but a non-warm welcome and for the breakfast very on as there was more food to arrive.

Very friendly staff. However, it requires a renovation for the rooms, traces of mould, damaged seal and room, traces of rust…

Excellent Hotel The staff which is very friendly the rooms really comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast is at the height of the hotel's 3 stars.
I only put 4 stars however for having found a bathtub with a shower curtain that leaves to be desired in the bathroom rather than a shower which in my opinion is more appropriate.

Well, the situation has pleased me to the beach about 8 Km away and Montpellier. Well, the small Breakfast buffet was. Not so good I found that there was not a single English or German TV channels (due to news). A hair dryer, the rooms also have no.

Well located hotel, one minute from Auchan. Very good reception small flat on soundproofing: You hear the neighbor fart.

Staff Increase rates while a confirmation by mail indicates a lower price. And it is the client who is a liar! Room that leaves to be desired (paint that crumbles to the ceiling of the bathroom, Rusty faucet, (false) parquet that is well worn). Not much choice for breakfast (for salty: scrambled eggs and sausages only).

The only thing that went into this hotel was the welcome. The rest, dirty room that smelled strong the smell of cigarette, the plaster of the wall and ceiling that peel off and the bedding of poor quality…

The place is close to my work, the tram takes me right in front and is direct to the station. There is a Auchan, a flunch, a Chinese restaurant, a pizzeria and a bakery.

Really bad… The big advantage is a 3 minute walk to the arena…
But next to that… receptionist (surely the boss) amiable as a prison door we had a room with two single beds, but there was only one blanket (so I had to go begging with the famous receptionist Quo did not address me a Word…)
The cleanliness of the room was more than limited (tasks on the wall, on the ground… ventilation grids covered by several weeks of dust…)
No TV remote.
Very effective shower head for washing at the same time its body, the wall and also the ceiling! ) on the other hand a big thank you for the kindness of the person to whom we handed the keys in the morning, which she greeted us with a smile.
In short, it is good for a concert outing but it is far from the great luxury!

Nice room, space is well optimized. Comfortable and clean. The reception is nice and the breakfast buffet very full.

The hotel is very poor. We booked this hotel to go to a concert and despite the cancelled concert, the manager in addition to being highly rude didn't want to hear anything and made no commercial gesture on the cancellation fee. I strongly advise against it! Result: 65 euros in the trash. A shame!

Does the job. Public carpark. Dirty bathroom but the staff were nice. Great Boulangerie next door which might have been the best part of our stay.

Is basic, needs lots of updates in maintenance, etc but I slept very well and they have a great breakfast. Nothing to write home about but I would stay there again.

One of the worst "hotels" I have ever stayed in, needs to be renamed "Crappy motel off the highway next to the airport". Smells like smoke throughout and though the guy working at the front desk in rather kind and innocent, he can do nothing for you.

I am very satisfied with the room. Spacious bathroom and toilet inside. The set is brand new, well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Friendly intentions, such as a coffee machine and its necessary in the room. Easily accessible, right next to line 3 of the Montpellier Tramway. And a lot of restaurants nearby, including a bakery, and a pizzeria. Only downside a little bit expensive at the time of my stay (during the eurobasket). The price also varies according to the number of people in the room. A few steps from the arena of montpellier. A pleasure, I recommend this hotel.

First of all a great welcome, and then a very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, well decorated, good bathroom size. I would stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Hotel furniture from another time, blighted paintings and 5cm of dust and kittens under the beds, depressing. Allergic s refrain. Breakfast was mediocre. Reasonable price for a month of August, 75 euros has 3, clean sheets, bath also. But I will choose another channel in the future.

At my entrance into the room, I immediately felt that he had no heating. It did not work (it is not ready to be apparently). It was therefore necessary to ask a tiny heater blowing (and loud) at the reception. I heard my neighbors from the next room as if they were in mine, the walls that separate us being that tiny partitions. The triple room is identical to the double room with a supplement of € 10! A mattress on a wooden board serves as a bed for the third person. It is also the first time that a staff don't me salvation not when moving in front of it. A hair to also was found on a bottle of shampoo. Despicable.
