2. Since the confinement we change your laundry 1 day out of 2. Either.

3. I come back that night room is not made neither the bed nor the cleaning of the bathroom!
The price has not dropped though!
Never seen that!
And in addition my stay is already debited on the credit card without my intervention!? while the reservation was made by phone and not by internet. Since when do you have the right to debit my credit card without my authorization while my stay is not over. I come to wonder if I will not file a complaint!
In view of all this this will probably be the last time we set foot in this hotel!

Great welcome, very welcoming night and day staff. Great location of the hotel, clean and spacious room. Ideal for a stay with friends or family.

I really didn't like staying at this hotel. I was on a business trip, and the company settled here.
of the pluses, there are large shops of both food and clothing within walking distance.
of the cons: 90% of the rooms do not open the windows. Instead of breathing fresh air, you can only get conditioned. Which in flying times only cools. The staff do not make concessions, and do not open the windows. Bottom line, stale and humid air. We had to ventilate the powers open the door to the hotel corridor.
second minus, "horse" water prices from a vending machine or bar — 4 euros for a half-liter bottle. Fortunately nearby supermarkets, bought there.
Extremely meagre and monotonous breakfast every day.

Location is great not far from tramway line 1, service is good as well except for breakfast wich is not good quality, beds where terrible and there has been a lot of insects in the bed sheets.

Very good hotel, although there is a few flaws: hard to parking to drop bags, if you haven't reserved a parking in advance (tip: call the hotel and confirm a parking reservation! ) ; there's no fridge, and it makes harder to enjoy all French champagnes available. Besides these two details, it's a very good hotel for its price, would definitely come back. Worth to mention the service is very friendly, thanks Marie for all your help help on getting my pizza delivered! :)

The family room was bigger then usuall, could walk at least, not just the bad with walls. :-) Good breakfast, clean rooms and also the pool is opened till 10pm, awesome! Parking inside is great, just a bit pricely (12€/day)

Stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Good: friendly staff, clean rooms, Wi-Fi, not — so — average breakfast, backyard with pool to spend evenings drinking wine and eating French cheese after hard work days Not so good: room conditions (neet some cosmetic repair), no slippers/shampoo/soap provided (although I prefer to use my own), ac cannot be controlled to a heating mode (it's was very humid and chilly in the room). Wifi was not stable most of the time.

Following a room unavailability at the Millennium Clinic next door we had to go to this hotel which is the only one next door. Prices of overpriced rooms when you just need to stay for a sick relative. I paid for the room at 4:05. Finally the clinic found us a place I came back less than an hour later to cancel the room in which we did not set foot and I am told that no refund will be made since I had to cancel before 4pm. How to cancel my room before 4pm when I only booked it at 4.05pm (proof the ticket of cb) This is how to make easy money on people's distress!

Nice room, spacious and comfortable, quiet. On the other hand the breakfast is very poor.

Great hotel next to the Odyssum shopping centre and the future TGV station of Montpellier. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Nice swimming pool in the afternoon. In short a great address.

Will recommend if you are looking for a budget business hotel. The rooms are 6 yrs old, will recommend the management to renew them. Friendly staff, good breakfast, bar, swimming pool & nearby shopping mall/ restaurants / fast-food/ cinema/ Tram/ pharmacy/ supermarket/ kids entertainment.

The location of the hotel is good if you are passing by, plus the room is well equipped and you have breakfast included in the accommodation. If you ask the staff they recommend good places for dinner.

1 night in the professional setting spacious room well soundproofed damage noise heating blowing.

Short stay but very nice. Not very far from the Odysseum.
Friendly staff, available. Smiling room staff who do not hesitate to take a few minutes to swap. Clean room.

A large room, a perfect double bed with a sofa bed. I had a pleasant stay. It's a pity that there wasn't a refrigerator.

For 3 * rooms are good. Location is good, supermarkets, shops, cinema, oceanarium, all within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very poor and the breakfast was really poor.

The parking is 12 euros a day, outside near the Hitel there is some other Q site, but in the mall Q is next door.

New hotel located on the outskirts of Montpellier whose neighborhood is in full work. The staff are nice with meeting rooms available.

Rooms were nice, there is a pool outside which is open till 10 PM. Parking costs 15$ a night unless you can find a spot outside. The breakfast was OK, from 6:30 to 10:30 AM.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The room we got was dirty and was badly in need of a refurbishment. After seeing the room I asked — and received — a refund from the manager as we did not want to spend the night there with our kids. The personal including the manager are friendly, but this hotel can not be recommended.

Very good hotel recent, comfortable well located two steps from Odysseum and Tram. For the price this is my hotel of reference in Montpellier.

Spent 2 nights and 3 days personal very competent and available room comfortable and clean breakfast very rich pool very nice very good value for money again and a consultant without hesitation.

Situated on the outskirts of Montpellier, convenient for main road routes, tram service into central Montpellier, and also Montpellier airport. Recently opened (early 2012) so still very clean and modern. Good quality, but not 4 star. Basic food and bar services, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
