Hotel to AVOID.

We wanted to share with you the complete INSATISFACTION of our stay (August 25-26, 2018) at your supposed 3-star hotel for the following reasons:

— dirty toilets (traces of CACA) : INADMISSIBLE
— broken shower equipment: impossible to switch from tap to shower head (with the risk of scratching your finger) : INADMISSIBLE
— shower head of very poor quality with an extremely violent water jet such as a Karcher: obligation to go wash in another room of the hotel (luckily our parents also had a room with a proper shower). This problem was immediately reported to the receptionist on Saturday afternoon who told us that nothing could be done because the plumbers were not moving: INADMISSIBLE, we must not suffer your internal problems. For reasons of time we had to fend for ourselves (we had a wedding).
— we asked for a family room with 2 LITS off the second bed was an extra bed, the springs of the bed almost apparently: INADMISSIBLE for the bedtime of a 3-year-old
— two different speeches given by the receptionist on Saturday afternoon and the receptionist on Sunday morning: one indicating that the breakfast express has 4 euros is not available on Sunday and the one (Sunday morning) indicating that it was possible on in demand. Were we in 2 different hotels?

Room booked on the internet in May 2018 has a good price. Not found when I arrived!
A room at 90 euros is charged to me — obviously breakfast 9 euros — 10 euros of parking finally removed since I had no car!
I had to add on the bill the beer and the dish taken the day before, eaten by irritating the company of the hostess and her vacuum cleaner.!
A room with an unbearable smell of sewer ds the bathroom, a PQ roll end and no reserve.

In short, everything to feel good in this hotel that I obviously will not recommend!

We stayed here, very welcome from all the staff, we had a very large renovated room and comfortable very well equipped. Hearty and varied breakfast. Very well maintained and pleasant pool area, good value for money, we recommend this hotel.

A nice surprise in Boujan, a hotel with spacious rooms, new and very comfortable beds, good availability of towels and pillows. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great and varied. We didn't have time to try the pool. A great base to visit the Herault, its historical sites, the Canal du Midi and especially its wines.

A particularly pleasant welcome, smiling in this hotel which offers good value for money. The pool allowed the children to relax after a few hours on the road. We'll be back.

We were unable to get to the hotel because the day before my husband was hospitalized. We told the management that we could naturally provide them with a certificate from the surgeon.
The director was not at all understanding and billed us all, supposedly because her accounts did not allow her a refund!
What a humanity!

Hotel of human size and very welcoming.

A Nightmare Experience! I reserved 2 rooms through the internet about 10 p. M. And after reserving immediately tried to call the hotel to let them know we would be arriving about an hour later. When I called, the reception was already closed so we had no access to the keys for the rooms. Our credit card was charged under a different name (SARL) after we had already returned to the U. S. I initially disputed the charge until Visa was able to provide documentation that turned out to be this reservation. After approving the charge as having been a non-refundable reservation made through the computer, I have been trying to have the hotel reverse the charge since we had no access to the keys for the room. After an email providing documentation and several phone calls we have yet to have the refund from the hotel.
