For several years we anlmons evening wedding in this beautiful place, it is always a treat. Always very well received, the different locations are really beautiful and practical. Whether for guests or for us DJS. The advantage of having a head chief cook on-site ensures that you always have quality food (no worries of cold chain), and especially the diverse and sophisticated! We recommend that my husband and I the restaurant places, pleasant and super in the natural state clean and the staff smiling, helpful, attentive and the cuisine refined quality products thank you also to chef de cuisine. For breakfast excellent clean quiet and relaxing and the breakfast in the morning hearty but delicious as well as the host in all things. It is a magical spectacle that embers you and delights you with marvels sensations in a splendid setting. It is beautiful, it is magical, it is a pure enchantment in a lunar landscape.

Pity that one can not noticed between the stars, I put 4.8/5! Exceptional site, building laden with history. A flawless server with a relaxed touch, each plate is well detailed, from the mouth to the dessert C is a pleasant discovery, small flat for the meat, to ask for blue, for dessert which was very good I think a chocolate mousse would be more appreciable than a ganache, the pepper ice cream was a killing and the salted butter caramel mousse was a delight! This is why not 5 stars and especially if you head to this restaurant do not pay attention to the road that is long and very rural because upon arrival it is worth getting lost near this place. Thank you to the whole team. I recommend to everyone and we will return.

Frankly why Sébastien and Stéphanie are not closer to Nantes? We would go more often. It is good, and in addition there is a soul in the kitchen. The dishes are thoughtful, reflective, mature. The setting is beautiful. In an island of calm in the middle of the mountains and the garrigue. Continue!

Room Spacieusè meal and breakfast very good and hearty prepared by a chef who loves his trade and surrounded by competent people we were delighted with these two days. Very well maintained Mas I recommend it to all who loves nature and calm.

Very beautiful frame… a glass kiln in working condition. Very good reception… a chef to the height. A walking circuit of about 3/4 of an hour relating the history of the Glassmen… want to go back. That is to say.
