Very excited for romantic stay for husband’s birthday, the positive reviews on Google and impeccable website fotos had us looking forward for a relaxing weekend.
Unfortunately there were a lot of missed details (that have been shared on other recent reviews) that took away from our experience greatly:
— room terrace not cleaned and chairs full of stains & debris.
— cobwebs, spider webs, dust and spiders all over the room and in the entry door.
— no door separating the toilet in such a big room.
— pool was color green, missing 1/2 meter of water, full of leaves and bugs — not usable and one of the key things we were excited for with 37C sunny weather.
— pool loungers stained and full of plants and bugs.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the place has potential to be 5 stars, but there is not enough care to the details and public areas to get there; it all looks a bit run down. Hope owners can turn it around! Massages we got were great and would recommend.
