We had a fantastic stay. Audrey was extremely accommodating from the booking reservation to our departure. We travelled from London and were extremely tired on our first night as we arrived late. Everything had been catered for though as we checked in. The apartment was warm and the essentials were there for us to settle. The apartment was extremely comfortable. Lockers are provided for your skis. Only one point of improvement, if I may say, is that we could have done with a bigger pan to boil pasta/ potatoes. Several services are provided. We asked for a Raclette for New Year Eve and this was organised for us.
We will definitely return, sooner than later. A big thank you to Audrey for the hospitality. Sandra, London.

We spent a very pleasant weekend at l’usolite. The welcome given by Audrey is more than perfect and our discussions were very interesting, the family history of this renovated residence is worth knowing and brings respect when you know the difficulty of entrepreneurship these days.
The apartments are of high quality, well equipped and carefully decorated.
The environment is calm.
The view is breathtaking.

Very good experience. The view of the mountains is magnificent. The rooms are large and bright, and the entire residence is exemplary clean. Audrey is always attentive and available, and we appreciated her advice to fully enjoy our stay. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at L'Insolite. A beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Thanks so much to Claire and Audrey for being such excellent hosts. We look forward to coming back next year.

Service is horrendous and rude.
Audrey spoke in English the entire time but when she was at fault she suddenly only spoke French.
On checkout, she tried to charge my family a new frying pan saying it was damaged.
Upon checkout, we followed the guidelines to leave everything in the dishwasher.
They wouldn’t give us our luggage from storage saying we damaged their frying pan and wanted us to pay the cost of a new pan. We insisted to look at it and clean it but she kept saying it was destroyed.
We cleaned the pan and as you can see, you can’t even tell the difference from the new one she pulled out.
We stayed a whole week and they only gave us 4 coffee capsules, 1 roll of toilet paper and sample bag of detergent.
The service and communication by staff was far from 5 star. I would hardly give it 1 star.

The place is great, new, clean, well equipped. Audrey was very friendly and present, willing to help anytime we needed it!

Breathaking view on the mountains. Ideal location, city center by foot. Premium housing. And on top of all : excellent service with friendly owner. Can't wait to come back! Thanks.
