We had to cancel our visit to this hotel due to demonstrations that caused a road block. We tried to find a mid-solution, but the hotel fully charged us, ignored our emails, and dismissed our phone calls. Their service is awful! I would not recommend booking with them because they show no dignity and ZERO tolerance to circumstances that were not even in our hands!
