Staying at Maison Noubar was pure pleasure. The home itself was warm, friendly, cozy and welcoming. Our hosts, Bernard and Noubar were great to spend time chatting with together with their dog Gaston, who won us over. Coming down for breakfast there were freshly baked breads, croissants and pastries along with plenty of fresh fruit. Noubar cooked two dinners for us. One featured lamb and the other duck — both were exquisite and amazing — he is such a fantastic chef. Five stars is not enough. They go above and beyond.

Incredible dining experience, one of the best I've ever had. The food and hospitality were top notch, and the setting could not have been more ideal. Our tables were outside, allowing us to enjoy the French countryside while we dined. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whenever we show friends photos of our trip to France, this dinner is mentioned as the highlight of our trip.

Noubar and Bernard have created a true pearl of hospitality. Here we found a unique blend of quality of living, personal attention and warmth and an absolutely first class culinary experience. Noubar produces magic in his kitchen from high quality local products (many from his own vegetable garden) and Bernard guarantees that the wine and the coffee is of supreme quality. Be warned: Noubar makes the best croissants and pain au chocolat in the world (certified) and you will have a very hard time eating another elsewhere as long as the memory of these lingers in your mind, which is a long time.
