We went to eat one evening there, the meal was very nice buffet very fresh, the price very decent and the waiters are all very friendly.
On the other hand, a woman named Alexiane who thought she was the boss, when asked about my wife's price of the rooms, literally sending her to graze unceremoniously.
I think that this person has nothing to do in the hotel and restaurant industry and that he brings down the notes given his abnormal behavior.

First of all the meal a duo dish dessert for Madame a duo starters desserts all you want for sir. It's a bit dry.
The correct price at 16.90 euros per head.
The black dot the welcome! Between a waitress who ignores you and the other who gives lessons at each table and especially lessons in politeness to young children, we are quickly annoyed.
Finally, the very imperfect fluency in English lengthens waiting times in a region where 80% of tourists are foreigners.
Anyway, we're not going back.

Very good reception. Not very far from the Canal du Midi by bike. Very nice people in town. Béziers is a beautiful city.

Average reception, equally average meal and at the hotel woke up at 5:30 by truck traffic, with a fairly high rate…

All the staff very nice and pleasant. They all contribute to that the stay is pleasant thanks to them.

If you're not French or you don't talk better you're home.

This is a standard Campanile and as always the staff were helpful and the food value for money but nothing fancy. Breakfast choice was not as good as troyes.

On 3personnes presents 1seule ate, no gluten-free available for the 2nd and the 3rd still waiting for his hamburger without mayonnaise.
Result 2personne gone without eating.

The restaurant is really not good, do not ask for cooking, it will not be respected. The staff are however welcoming.

The hotel is not as it is, but the Rrestaurante has a good menu. It serves the hotels around that they don't have.

Not the Great kitchen restaurant to be avoided for a romantic meal looks like a cafeteria.
Good Service small green salad offered if you do not take entry. In terms of taste there is worse quantity than correct. Wine from the corner. Parking attached to the restaurant.

The staff is attentive and the menu is OK.
The buffet is adequate, good variety of cheeses and desserts (it was what we tried). Children's menu more than enough. Repeat.

Cozy and friendly. They don't know Castilian but they strive. Good food. They look so expensive but. We're in France.

The rooms are quite worn but for the price paid it is ok place for a nights sleep. The restaurant was good.

Hotel quality without surprise.

Having stayed a few days on a business trip, this hotel is perfectly in line with what you'd expect from a Campanile hotel.
Hospitality is good, staff is attentive, the rooms have been renovated some time ago, they are in very good condition and bedding is comfortable.
What meals, yet once they are in line with the expected requirements.
Breakfast is served as a buffet, the food are varied.
Dinner allows you to choose the card or in the form of menus, once again the quality is at the rendezvous.

Reservation by telephone on the same day in the morning the weekend of August 22. Nothing to complain about.

I only went there for a cup of coffee just before noon.
The host was really nice and feels in this establishment a good atmosphere among the people who works there which is not so common in this kind of hotel franchise.

Staff although friendly.

Room well laid out and very convenient. Bed a little hard.
Parking a bit small but if you arrive early enough, you'll have free tickets.
So far, I put 5 stars. But, a concern for cleanliness to strongly lowers my opinion on this property.
On the 3 rooms that I rented, we found one of those above a filthy bed. I won't say what we found in this one for not "rot" the reputation of this institution, but it's a very serious professional misconduct.
Without this problem, it is a good hotel.
