Les Caselles - Gîte, table et chambres dhôtes

I stayed just one night as I was passing through, but I really enjoyed the place. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, the perfect spot for total relaxation.
If I could go back, I would definitely stay a few more days. I highly recommend it!
The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the simplicity of the place as a whole. It somehow makes you feel right at home.

Nestled away from the bustling crowds, this gite offers a sanctuary of tranquillity and breathtaking views. The beautiful buildings, steeped in charm, provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Mickael, with his warm and attentive nature, made sure every detail was taken care of, ensure our comfort at all times. The accommodation strikes a perfect balance between comfort and cosiness. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional dining experience. The sensational Chef, with her witty and humorous demeanour, prepared delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients. Each dish was a testament to her culinary skills and passion for food, leaving us eagerly anticipating every meal. We cannot wait to come back!

5 mins from Millau viaduct yet in peaceful surroundings. What a lovely and passionate welcome from the host! An old farm, beautifully restored. Stunning views across the countryside.
The chef (ex actress) theatrically delivers her dishes to the table which is entertaining and loud! We enjoyed learning about her use of herbal and floral ingredients, locally foraged. Took our little dog who was made very welcome. Enjoyable stay!

Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling through France as it is very convenient (but quiet) for the motorway.
The property is a converted farm, beautifully restored with lovely courtyard and country views. There is an indoor heated pool (free) along with a sauna and hot tub at a small additional cost.
Our room was split level with a lounge area and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom above. All beautifully decorated and equipped with the only thing missing in our view was a fridge.
We had dinner there which is a fantastic experience with the very friendly chef explaining all the courses in French and English. Food was fabulous and very good value.
We will definitely look to return and stay for longer as there is lots to do in the area.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was bigger than we expected, very modern and clean, and very well equipped. Mikaël was a very attentive host who gave us some great advice on where to visit, and the dinners both nights, courtesy of chef Edith, were amazing. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests from different countries and talking to them over dinner, and Edith entertained us all with her detailed descriptions of the food in both French and English.

Very impressive accommodation. Mikael was a super host and his mum, quite an extraordinary chef! We didn’t struggle to find it and it was well placed not being too far from the main roads. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful night stay at Les Caselles and hope to go back for a longer stay. It was perfect for a stop to break up a journey south, but we wished we’d had time to explore the area. Mikaël was so welcoming and accommodating and the meal provided by Edit was excellent.

Lovely place, peaceful location in a rural area. Rooms are of a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and just right for our onward journey. It needs to be clear upon booking that there is a charge to use sauna and hot tub as these are usually included in a small complex such as this. Short drive to Millau and viaduct viewing platform. We would recommend a stay here.

We spent a very nice weekend in this soothing and beautiful place.
The guest rooms are superb and the table d'hôtes is excellent.
Very good welcome.
I highly recommend this place.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived just when they closed the access to the pool and my daughter really wanted to take a bath and the owner let us in and stay a few more minutes. The room is spacious and very clean. The fantastic environment. The very correct breakfast with very good homemade cakes, note that we miss a salty breakfast.

We had an exceptional stay! Mickael and Alizée are warm hosts, passionate about the region and the terroir.
The place is beautiful and impeccably maintained.
Beautiful moments of conviviality and meetings await you at the evening meal around a generous and local cuisine not to be missed 😉
I highly recommend this property to which I will return with my spouse with great pleasure!

Great welcome! Thank you for these few days… Special mention to Pauline for her good dishes 😉

Highly recommend! Great room, beautifully restructured. They even provided a mattress for our dog. Beautiful surroundings where you can walk for days. The very friendly and helpful host van advise you where to go. Special recommendation for the table d'hote. We ate there 3 nights and it was excellent. The Cook has real passion for her work and you can taste that! Her meals only are worth the stay!

The availability professionalism and kindness of Mr and Mrs PELEGRY.
