Warm welcome. Relaxing atmosphere. Spacious room as well as bathroom with Italian shower. Staff listening and good advice. Too bad the restaurant was closed tonight. Very good and hearty breakfast. Compliance with sanitary guidelines, very clean.

Friendly and welcoming staff, quality restaurant, comfortable room, architectural and landscape setting remarkable and very well highlighted, view of the viaduct, shady parking in a green park, cozy atmosphere…
What could be better?
Perhaps in the summer of high heat and covid, some guests avoid squatting in the small pool so that everyone can enjoy it.
Conclusion: we recommend this property and we will enjoy returning.

One of those addresses that one would be tempted to keep to oneself: remarkable site, charm of the old well renovated, a beautiful park and a swimming pool that look at the viaduct, kindness, courtesy and beautiful table. A beautiful address in Millau.

I have stayed here twice this year. I brought a group of 20 motorcycles, they have secure parking within the grounds of the chateau. The breakfast is very good. They have an outdoor pool which is clean and tidy, with a great view of the Viaduct bridge. The chateau is how you would imagine one should be. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to the family who own it and their team.

Welcome very pleasant, cheery staff. Very appreciable with a view of the Millau viaduct from the pool. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. If you go to Millau, don't hesitate to stay there!

It's an absolutely lovely property, the customer service was outstanding, charming building well cared for, and a wonderful breakfast. We are sorry that we only had a one night stay! I would highly recommend this property.

I had the opportunity to taste the cuisine of the castle restaurant twice: in winter and summer. It is a very tasty gastronomic cuisine presented with elegance. In summer, the stone terrace offers a nice view of the aveyron, it's very nice. The most affordable formula is 29 euros for appetizers — starter — main course — dessert — mignardises: a very good value! I recommend it.

The discovery menu is actually an explosion of flavours while delicacy and subtlety. Thank you to Chef Colin for his creativity and audacity. The service is very professional. A must-see gourmet restaurant.

This is by far the best three-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Nice, spacious, comfortable, clean room and a FANTASTIC shower. The restaurant was also excellent. Really good food at very reasonable prices and quick, attentive, but not intrusive service. Highly recommended!

Charming hotel in a castle overlooking the village of Creissels and the Tarn. Rooms decorated with a lot of taste mingling modern and old. The park is great with its pool. Restaurant of good reputation gourmet.

Stunning boutique hotel and signature restaurant. The ideal place to stay and enjoy a weekend in the Midi Pyrenees. The hotel's garden overlooks the magnificent Millau viaduct. The Serbian is exquisite both at reception and in the restaurant.

We stayed here for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay excellent location, safe car park. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble! We ate one night in the restaurant — very high standard! We used the swimming pool with the Millau bridge in the background! Awesome. Gardens and terrace beautiful for a bottle of your favourite.

We absolutely love Chateau De Creissels, we always stop here enroute to Spain & again on our way home. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the rooms lovely, bright and airy. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, which says a lot. The problems with the A75 is that there are few hotels on that route that we know about that really give us such pleasure. Outside the medieval chateau is severe but commands an unrivalled view of Millau, Creissels, river Tarn, les Causses and of course, the bridge. If possible have a room overlooking this extraordinary vista. The room we had this time was extremely comfortable and for the first time we had a dog, which was welcomed both in the hotel and under the table in the restaurant; an attitude difficult to find in the UK. The restaurant surpassed all expectations. In the past we have found it patchy but the food was beautifully prepared, presented and full of flavours. Our only small criticism is the breakfast room is cramped, a bit dull and one sometimes feels it is bit of an anticlimax, instead of being the cherry on the cake. However, our overall experience is a good one and shall not let that flaw our impression. Thank you.

Beautiful old chateaux, very friendly and helpful service, room was lovely with comfortable bed, patio and a huge shower.

We had a very special home. Room 9 is really beautiful and our small kids really enjoyed their stay with you.
The greeting with a deep kindness and all the staff is friendly and helpful.
The kitchen is recommended and the breakfasts on the terrace are truly magical.

Dinner with friends the weekend of Easter, the reception on arrival is. Non-existent: person home, person at the counter, after 5 minutes of waiting we juts out to the dining room.
We find our table, we point out the absence of personnel in hospitality, we are told that they cannot be in the room and hospitality both!
We order the menus and wine. The vintage is different from that of the card. Not serious.
The dishes were simple, we feasted, last downside, the service that has not been the most pleasant.
To test again to give a more clear-cut opinion.

Everything is fine except. The food. Very bad value for money. You will find the best restaurants in millau.
