Information regarding parking is contradictory. One guest reported that there is no proper parking lot and they were forced to leave their car on the shoulder of a busy road.

Most guests describe the staff, specifically Virginie and François-Xavier, as exceptionally warm, friendly, attentive, and professional hosts who do everything for the comfort of their visitors. They provide excellent tips for visiting the region. However, there is one extremely negative review in which a guest encountered aggression from the hostess, a lack of politeness during food service, and a refusal to provide breakfast earlier than 8:30 AM.

Guests are delighted with the breakfasts, describing them as plentiful, high-quality, and consisting of homemade products, including homemade jams. The hotel also offers dinners and snack platters (planches) featuring high-quality local products. However, one visitor was very dissatisfied with dinner, complaining about a dirty table, plastic tableware, and low-quality wine.

The rooms are described as spacious, clean, and recently renovated, featuring beautiful decor and absolute comfort. Thematic rooms are mentioned, such as "Au gré du vent" in the tower and "Bleu Horizon." Guests note the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail. It is worth noting that the stairs to the tower room can be quite steep.

The property features a magnificent, well-maintained garden with access to the Lot River, where swimming is possible. For relaxation, a swimming pool, spa area, and jacuzzi are available, the latter of which is especially pleasant in February. Pedal boats and paddleboards are also provided for water excursions. For music lovers, the hotel provides facilities for playing musical instruments.

The hotel exudes an atmosphere of tranquility, serenity, and hospitality; many call the place a "little piece of paradise." The house is home to friendly cats named Socrates and Carrot, who are very popular with the guests.
