Who said the french were unfriendly? The owners here were one of the most hospitable people we’ve met. Helping us to confirm the location of our bus stop with the local tourist office. The hotel is clean with plenty of historic charm.

Good room. Good food. Mediocre breakfast, as almost everywhere. Sadly the hotelier is very unwelcome. Eats while talking to you, rude demeanor. Unpleasant. We pilgrims keep your lights on. Give us some respect and don’t treat us like a commodity. Maybe you should walk a piece of the Chemin to understand our needs.
