We stayed for two nights in the largest of the three guest rooms, the one with a balcony. It is very nicely fitted and decorated and the shower is huge. The hosts were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was composed of home-made cakes and jams, home-made yoghurt, fruit… and the host kept us company and made sure we had everything we needed. From the dining room terrace the view over the village and the nearby castle is beautiful. Rustique is a quiet little village and nearby Trèbes (3km away) has various restaurants by the water. We had a great stay, and highly recommend this guesthouse. The loft downstairs looked stunning as well.

During our cycle along the Canal du Midi in December we stayed here and just as all the other reviews say, it was fabulous. The hostess (Gyselle) was so kind and she took us to have supper in Trebes as she didn't want us cycling at night! She also set up a guided visit with Tinus (Belgian who has fallen in love with the village) and this is a must. His passion and enthusiasm was contagious.
Breakfast, as the other reviews mention, was scrumptious and homemade.
I would definitely go back!
