Ibis Narbonne is a little Gem.
We have been guests for around 7 years on our biannual return route to Espania… Dexter dog too As always your staff are polite, friendly and helpful (even with our dog) — more so than some 5* I know. The refurbed rooms are great (currently lower floor only and are the slightly higher price now) but all rooms we have found to be very clean and comfortable. The Grill onsite do fantastic food, perfect after a long drive. Thank You all at Ibis Narbonne.

In better condition than other hotels of the same chain. Nothing noteworthy but also nothing negative to highlight. Easy access and car park included. At breakfast not replenished how it should be and although the first will find a variety of things the past can hardly choose when they all pay the same. This is not the first time I noted this in a Ibis hotel. Maybe it's company policy : (

Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning very good. Price 88 euros double room. The breakfast is acceptable for 10 euros. The place is to sleep and continue the journey. The B&B and F1 of the area that we saw is not recommended because of their lack of hygiene.

Narrow room and bath linen dating a bit. Obsolete Ibis. Fortunately a receptionist, on the 3 glimpses during the stay, was professional. I do not recommend.

Expensive and very simple the hotel. It is advisable to look for Airbnb to stay in that area.

Miniatutizzate rooms. I didn't even go through the door with the trolley. Then another downside to the carpet on the floor. In my opinion it really holds mooooolta dust.

Rooms MUYYYY dust of space, without wardrobe. The breakfast buffet only has a slow coffee machine.

Nice staff excellent restaurant we always stay there on our way to Spain and on the way back we will be there again on the way back from Spain on the 10th jan.

Acceptable if in passing, considering the prices of French hotels. Clean and comfortable but overly small rooms; Decent but poor breakfast.
Just 2 km from the city centre.
Friendly and pleasant but not very effective; Most of the service barely speaks English or Spanish.

We took 3 tiny croques monsieurs and a hot dog with jam at Interior, (horrible) l in the night at the hostess welcome, because the afternoon we saw a poster in the hallway (small snack at any time) this is a service for customers normally which must pay a fair price.
A priori no, this is a big scam to the surprise when paying the room starting as we paid all €38
It's a real shame and I highly recommend hotel where cleanliness room and bathroom is strongly again. I spent a week on the job at the novotel next door which is much better with especially clean and services at the right price.

Home still very sparse second time in an ibis and very happy lovely bedding perfect clean room advised.

Nothing to say bad, the bed is great everything is clean the reception is good and fast cleaning is well done.
