Room spacious, very well decorated, functional and pleasant. Bedding at the top.
Comfortable bathroom and separate toilet.
Balcony with table and garden chairs.
Small gourmet lunch, hearty with fresh fruit, served at the table by a jovial and caring team.
Parking nearby.
Close to the Casino and the beach, the ledge is nice.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are second to none. They are friendly, helpful, generous and efficient. The rooms are small but freshly renovated and extremely clean. We had a balcony which made all the difference to our stay — best to ask for a balcony room. There is a small bar fridge and TV. The continental breakfast was €8 but generous and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is about 1.6 kms out of town with the bus stop only metres away. The beach is about 250 metres away.

Staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Little room worries too small. A single chair and fridge too small in case of heat wave as currently.

Charming and professional people. The beach is nearby, very convenient side so you don't have to pay for parking. Trade a few steps further!

The staff was the nicest, the breakfast offered a wide variety of fruits, protein and carbs, everything you might need. The room was super clean. We loved the place, the area and the town. Will definitely come back!

There's a lot to say about positive. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the city. Nice view to get there. Otherwise bus 3. The reception is very nice. Warm. Helpful. Is this the beginning of the season? I doubt it. It's natural. The rooms are simple air-conditioned. Simple bathroom with shower and WC. Small Bemol on the absence of door for example on glissiere. Not noisy. Bedding closes I love it. Breakfast served at the table — bread pastries coffee chocolate tea — a small buffet with fruit varieties, cereals, it's good. The hotel is clean up to the window sill. And really the welcome keep smiling it's nice to see.
The sea is… 7 minutes on foot quietly. With shower top nickel.

After a final bike step (Toulouse-Séte), we were well received, the reception very nice and the staff at our listening, we were 5 couples in the Fifties with the pros and cons of managing the end of our journey.
Room to store all bikes (10) at our disposal.

A nice and cozy place. The fridge in the room is quite noisy so we unplugged it. Otherwise the place is good, near the cool promenade aside the shore. The room is clean and personnel is quite helpful.

Hotel with comfortable room. The bed was 2x2. The room clean and it was nice for the price it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We spent a week at this hotel, the staff is really nice in all its overall. The breakfast was very good and we were honored every morning. Really I would recommend this hotel quiet, nice and clean. Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms lacks private parking but in area a place is easily located. Some restaurants close by, or the center of Sete is just a few minutes walk along the promenade.

Excellent reception with very involved staff. Clean room, very simple furniture even poor. White walls without decoration, it lacks a little warmth. Very good breakfast and excellent service. Not easy to park nearby: Plan a little walk in the car and the hotel.

Very nice Hotel and great welcome. But the must of the must is the breakfast! Never before seen, fresh fruit will… great. We will definitely be back. Too bad that there is not the restaurant because the restaurant the next resort is really too lame.

Prohibitive prices for the services on the pretext that it is a holiday weekend: rooms without character, obsolete, no air conditioning, detestable bedding, no Wi — Fi just of hotspots. Breakfast: a piece of bread for 15cm, butter, jam, a croissant, a glass of orange juice (tiny) canteen. Without air conditioning very noisy especially it is better to leave the window open! Otherwise well located, close to the beaches within walking distance. But the summer it must be hell to park because no private car park. POSITIVE: hospitality.
