Excellent value for money but High floors, very friendly personal yard side very good PdJ and efficient fast service.

Perfect welcome, very friendly director.
The rooms are fine, maybe just change the shower curtain that lived.
But overall I have to say that cents a hotel I would recommend.

Very small rooms. Very expensive breakfast. Clean. Good area.

Nice staff overall, however: The room types we booked were changed and were not available once we arrived. Parking was horrible and often caused problems yet we were charged for it. The night manager was rude as ever, and prevented us from working on our laptop in silence at odd hours of the night (trying to get college papers written and attend an online webinar). The area around the hotel is garbage, though a few blocks in each direction is nice. The rooms were HOT. Beds uncomfortable. There are many better hotels in Paris, skip this one to say the least.

The rooms are nice and quite comfortable.
The acoustic isolation on the street is too low.
You can hear everything going on there.
Breakfast is quite full but the quality of the pastries is more than passable (very dry, it looked like we ate the ones the day before).
The night reception is. So to say. Like a night welcome: I hesitate between, the guy comes to wake up or the guy comes out of the evening.

No coffee cups and teaspoons in the kitchen. The reception staff very friendly and helpful. They are very environmentally friendly and rewarded people that contribute. Not very close to the sites. Give them an 8/10

Negative pages: — room was not even cleaned in our 3 day stay, wipes were not changed etc.
— a car pitch was given with a lot of effort only on the 2nd day — insufficient breakfast with small selection, very small breakfast room Positive pages: — friendly staff and that's it … unfortunately.

Theift!, stay somewhere else. Room never cleaned, used condom in elevator, ac not working, washer took money. Staff entierly unhelpful to resolve any issue. Director of hotel contacted about theift. Admittis my things were taken by staff, reports my fault and has done nothing to resolve it. I wish you luck if you choose to stay here…

The rooms are large for Paris, but a bit dated. The location is not very close to center city but is very close to a metro station which is convenient.

The rooms are huge and the décor is modern and very neat! Literature very well too. Really a great hotel!

We had a nice big room with 3 bed and a small Kitchen but no dishes. Breakfast for 10 Euro was good.

The rooms are spacious. I didn't like the bed being right next to the toilet door. The cleaning was not done under the bed, wanting to recover an object fallen under the bed I found dust, tic Tac and small papers. The bathroom was clean. And the sheets were clean but with a few holes, not very picture for a hotel.

A bit far away from the sites, but very nice staff and nice room.

I've been here for 6nights in March. The room was very nice and comfortable. The price was below the average. The hotel is situated near the metro (less than 5 minutes by walk). You can reach easily the centre of Paris in 30 minutes by metro.

Missing the cleanliness of the rooms is 4 days that do not change the empty shampoo jar under the beds are not friendly and the breakfast not fi quality.

Top location. Size of the room nice. Lovely staff. Cons non-existent insulation… And for ' breakfast lover ', I find the quality of the breakfast really average.

On the other hand a little more precision in the cleaning. The street side is very noisy and the heating is far from effective.

A really nice welcome at all hours, a modern place, really clean rooms, very nice design and very functional. An all-you-can-eat coffee and aperitif all afternoon in a chain of Parisian hotels that are members of the same club: original and very practical to land between appointments.

Mi Fig Half grape, the rooms have been redone, there is a kitchen but no cover, the air conditioning does not work in hot mode but there is heating. The staff is friendly after I say this is the only positive point. I had a quiet room but the view on two columns of a factory spitting steam 24/24h not top.

Good location. Close to metro station. Friendly staff. Bathroom door designet the way it can not be closed. It is a huge minus.

A bit far out of town but an interesting area next to good shopping and the Seine. Clean and good service. A great budget option for seeing Paris with easy links to transport.

We were lucky with our room. We shared 3 single bed in a room. The A/C was good working order. The shower-room very clean. They also had a good selection to adequate everybody's need for breakfast, halal and less sugar mattered to us. Staff were friendly and responsive.
It would been nice to have own cupboard space. If your light sleeper the noise of traffic might awaken-you. Maybe soundproof windows a good idea. Overall great. Hope that was helpful.

AVOID, HORRIBLE, air conditioner was broken. Vent was extremly noisy and no possibility to shut it down. Bad smell in the room and no tissues, shampoo… Management personel was aware of this A/C and noise issue and didn't warned us. During summer no air conditionner is a major issue and anytime of the year a noisy room is an issue. No warning and no compensations… please avoid this hotel. Quality is only in the name. It is wise to try another hotel of the area (an ibis hotel is located 40 yards far from this one)

Newly renovated rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful. Very close to metro station. Restaurants/bars opposite the hotel can get a bit noisy in the evening.

Nice & friendly staff and the "Happy Hour" with wine & cheese was very nice! Decent breakfast
BUT the Wi-Fi didn't work properly so couldn't do work and the AC was broken for all 4 days, so with temperatures of 36-37 deg C it was virtually impossible to sleep… and by the way, the water pressure was extremely weak.

Catastrophic! To avoid
Small room with a very unpleasant smell, poorly insulated, and aircon that does not work.
Not really a suite, the more you have to pay the dishes €8 per day, unacceptable!
And the icing on the cake, you have to free the room at 11:00

Great value for money, friendly and friendly staff, convenient location and very close to the metro stop. Cleaning more than good, happened every day! A room that is cosy and stocked with everything. Stunning to find the nespresso coffee machine available for free in the lobby! I highly recommend it to everyone! Stayed for New Year's Eve, couple of young people with a 3-year-old girl!

Shower too small, impossible to keep standing under the shower head.
Signal Wi — Fi too low to connect.
Wrong bed: twisted sheets.
Corridors under construction: concrete on the ground.
Location: permanent street noises.
Otherwise it was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast rooms clean but bathroom small the door does not close very random sleep too noisy inside as outside ball mandatory kiess otherwise very hard to fall asleep.

Very disappointed. Sinks and shower clogged broken faucets, handle door broken, dirty shower curtain. Changed us room but same problem in the second room!
More household limit, bed not made the morning. SOAP finished and not replaced.
Bad smell in the room: humidity smell.
Kitchen (cutlery, plates, pans…) accessories not supplied, for rent, surprising for a hotel apartment!

I stayed here in June 2012. The hotel was nice, though the location was further away from the city center than I had intended and realized.

The good: — Overall good quality/price. — Amazing location! — The staff was good and helpful. Kevin was the most helpful making our check-in very easy and always eager to help. — The late check-out was very good because it helped to see the city in the last day, since our plane was only at 18h and we need to check-out before 11h. — The breakfast was nice although it hadn't any fruit, but it had good baguette, croissants coffee and Nutella! haha — The bed was very comfortable. The medium: — The bathroom isn't was bad as people say because you can close the door to the other side and you have space for your legs. — The hair dryer is normal although it doesn't have too much potency. — The Wi-Fi worked well to put some photos on instagram and see facebook feed The bad: — The hotel is showing is age. — The cleaning ladies don't wash the floor they only make the bad and give you fresh towels. — The kitchenette would be wonderful if each room had at least 2 plats and some material to cook.
