Beautiful environment and beautiful terrace. Very well placed in the medieval city. Bistronomic restaurant but not gourmet. A few details to review in the room. However excellent bedding.

Splendid terrace, really fine and interesting cuisine, service at the top.

Hotel disabled access but there are 3 steps to access the rooms. So not in a wheelchair. Rather traditional room, which lacks a mini bar, coffee and remote TV. Otherwise the setting is very nice and very quiet.
Restaurant: waiters a little lost, waiting time very very important and good dishes but not very generous. Value for money a little disappointing. Breakfast is great.

Friendly hotel in the heart of the Ramparts of Provins with its spa, steam room, and swimming pool. The room is nice but nothing more, a bit dated but very clean. The lounge bar is very beautiful with lots of choice. The restaurant is of good quality, and the surrounding area are full of monuments to visit. In short a trip back in time to make in the land of knights.

Excellent welcome, whether at the entrance, at the restaurant or the masseuse, we were surprised to be so welcomed, we had a great time. Animals accepted. Very well placed in Provins and beautiful setting, the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in this hotel. Very nice nice and upscale hotel in the middle of a World Heritage Site. When I looked out of the window in the morning, our room was in the oldest street of the village. Great atmosphere. Those who love such a thing must have been in Provins. Thank you.

Overnight stay at this hotel without any problems. We had to change rooms because of smells present in the room reserved, the staff was understanding and responsive. Hammam, sauna, hot tub and pool available on the ground floor. The breakfast was delicious We must not arrive at the end of the service because the refuelling of the buffet is no longer realized (not to spoil). The restaurant in the hotel is very good.
I would return to this hotel if I have the opportunity.

For the restaurant on 03/06/18 noon. I ate very well sorry I was not the photo of the entrée, but the salmon Terrine with its broccoli mousse was delicious. The next dish just as good a real regale crushed poultry sauce ravigote (see photo) and a very good Apple Pie, but I who also makes pastries, if I give a hint make leather a can the dough alone before putting the ingredients because I have hole What was lacking a little cooking from where my star less. Very good server has listening and enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel which seemed however left in the hands of inexperienced staff (except a couple of people at the restaurant), without knowledge of customer service. The lift was not working for two days, and no one at the reception thought of helping with luggage. Rooms were ready only in the afternoon despite having specified the arrival time in the survey (ignored) and in the reservation. At 15, when we were told to go back, we were given the key of a room which hadn’t been cleaned yet. There is no phone in the room and in general it is very hard to find anyone of the staff at the reception. The spa: great potential, but again left to self-management; the hammam was not working; the sauna didn’t work on the first day; lack of basic hygiene (no towels are provided, the fountain in the hammam was not working). You are given a code to enter and then no one from the staff is there to help, in case anything is not working. The restaurant was good but pricy. The breakfast is not worth its 18 euro, confused buffet lacking even a basic scrambled egg. Special remark for the bar cocktail lounge downstairs; it is beautiful and could be a great place if the entrance were more visible.

Beautiful facilities but a scarce and amateurish (albeit friendly) staff. No one ever to be found at the front desk or the bar. The spa runs by itself (you're given an access code at the front desk), so nobody was there to realize that the hammam wasn't working (which happened on both days of my stay). The lift wasn't working and it didn't even occur to the staff to offer to bring our luggage in our room (on the second floor). The restaurant is run slightly better, but the menu is the same every day and it's a bit overpriced. Breakfast is very basic and clearly not worth its price.

For a lunch break in Provins it's perfect. We eat well, quiet, and avoid the catch-tourists who had left us such a bad memory during a previous visit. Certainly it is not given, but the dishes are neat and the service is pro.

Stay for 3 days, the room was clean, and the service was fine.

Located in the old Provins, with a small area to park the cars. Perfect for visiting the surrounding area.

We made this family stay with my 4 year old daughter, we had come two years ago and I had kept a good memory. We booked by phone, and to my surprise on arrival we were told that my daughter Peit go to the pool from 10am to 3pm (not mentioned by phone but after checking mentioned on the site). So I wonder, knowing that we can take the room from 3pm and that we leave it for 11:00, I deduce that the children have the right to go to the pool only 10 to 11 the next day?!
In short then I confess that for the first time in my life of Mom I felt different because I have a child and we gênons the others in fact?! After my reflection, we were kindly told that we could access the pool on condition that my daughter be wise, (careful child not wise! ) … brief well on we were but I really stayed on this feeling that we were an annoyance to others.
Short hotel very nice and well located, can be hair dryer to review (I burned my fingers… this is only a detail) and may not be recommended for families as children are annoying to others!

Great hôtel, amazing SPA, Provins is a beautiful city.

Lunch at the Bistro, perfect calf's egg, excellent breaded Brie, superbly entrusted pork breasts. Nice decor, pro and responsive staff. Establishment well located in old Provins, for a digestive visit afterwards. See only in tourist season if not too crowded.

Fairly student prices but a high quality (and fast) service. A very nice place avecbun nice outside.

We are housed in a triple room 306, we travel in a couple with a child of 4 years and 2 dogs. The housekeeping in the bathroom is unsatisfactory. The fittings of the bathtub, the basins are not clean. We really feel like we're going behind the previous customers. We were woken up in the evening and at 8:30 in the morning by the children of our neighbors who howl and move the furniture! We have to pay an animal supplement 2 times as we have two dogs either 2 times €20 while it is nowhere written that this fee is paid per animal, without any service for them on the other hand (no niches, no bowl of water, nothing). We came already several in this hotel but today what a disappointment.

When you walk into the room everything looks nice, but right away you get disenchanted because, 1 of the bedside table lamps does not work,, the bathroom faucet is that falls to the sides, the toilet suciooo… And dinner is impossible to eat, only the breakfast I found well, at least my husband and I will not come back to this hotel.

Correct room. The building is beautiful and the bar Loung is a success. The kitchen is excellent. The team is very kind. The only downside would be the soundproofing of the rooms, indeed we were next to the local housekeeping and we heard the noise that the staff did as well as the footsteps of the guests in the hallway…

Very old-fashioned but pleasant, clean hotel.

17fevrier2018 Tea Room in the basement, very nice setting but drinks a little expensive, cold coffee and waitress does not know what cocktails unless alcohol. ☹ ️. Good will but a little overflowing.

Elegant place, lovely nice room, many staff, very nice bar. One less star because in the winter when you are in the rooms outside, or you cross the courtyard in a bathrobe to go to the spa area or you can hardly with problems of locker on site. The spa area is nice and nice but the pool a bit cool. The breakfast is of very good quality but the price is too excessive.

Rest and stroll:) Excellent restaurant and bar wonderful advice: Test the KIR with the Rose and the medieval aperitif C is delicious! Even more beautiful under the snow.

A chic hotel But when we were there it was not so quiet as that so Mr Mm when you go to the toilet at night do not fire the flush thank you for the people who will come after US.

Nice and relaxing place. The staff is really top. I really liked their restaurant and breakfast which offered a wide choice. I think the rooms should have a little bit of refreshment anyway! Ideal for a romantic getaway. I recommend.

An elegant and very comfortable hotel in prime position in the centre of the medieval town. We got an end-of-season, mid-week deal on the room, but I suspect this place draws wealthy Parisians on the weekend, so expect high-end Paris pricing on food & extras. Free parking and Wi-Fi helps.

Wished I could have more time to spend in such a lovely place. Amazing place, amazing services and staff. I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for a place to recharge with positivity.

Both restaurants in the hotel are good. I did like the swimming and wellness in the morning just before breakfast. When great weather you feel like in the South of France while you are only 100 k from Paris. Also parking possibility just around the corner. If needed staff can inform you about it. Rooms are vintage but clean. Bathrooms are really ok. Carefull with the shower creams. You don't get new ones every day. Location in the middle of the historic center.

A destination choose the eyes closed! Smiling staff, pleasant and always at your disposal. The rooms are well appointed and well maintained, good sound insulation, a modern air conditioning, and an extremely comfortable bed. Everything is at your disposal for your comfort. The spa when it is a marvel, you can enjoy a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room, all without standing in line because it is large enough to accommodate a large number of people. If you are not satisfied you can enjoy an optional body care.
In summary a very pleasant stay in a hotel located in the heart of the old town of Provins, even if we did not use the restaurant there are several available at 2 not the hotel with prices more reasonable.

The reception is excellent. The quiet, worthy of its name, Relais du Silence and is very well located in the medieval town. The sauna, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are nice. Rates high, but for very good quality services.
Restaurant the food is excellent, but the service, very stylish, is unfortunately very slow, and the note a bit salty.

My friend wanted to offer me the restaurant for mothers day and I wanted to go back to the old ramparts, because I knew this restaurant since of very very long years one of my sons is having apprenticed with Mr. And Mrs.

Come for lunch or dinner: impeccable restaurant. To sleep on the other hand, can do (much) better in view of the (high) rates: having taken the best room for a weekend, I found a space in the very basic, the irrational arrangements (closet in the middle) or non-existent (minibar more). Bath-room friendly however. The spa is tiny: a hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a ridiculous pool (unheated! ) ; quickly crowded at certain times.

So where to start. Room reserved for the Valentine's day so special. Prestige room with spa access, meal in the bistro of the hotel (same chef restaurant). It looks attractive. At least on paper.
The staff is not very friendly, the receptionist must check if the room is ready! The room not great, the spa is too small (is there nothing to arise), the steam does not work.
Only good point, dinner, the food is refined, well executed!
We are disappointed, especially for the price charged: € 398, it is not at the level.
We do not recommend.

Big disappointment! : I had a gourmet weekend box smartbox, I chose the the old rampart Hotel: room, nice spa, but disappointment at dinner; There are three restaurant in connection with the hotel and I was taken to the Bistro: type kitchen large chain restaurant wasn't a gourmet dinner. A big disappointment.

I had lunch several times to the small ecu, and value for money is really good. I'll go to the Dome, in front, they come back.

I ate in the bistro of the ramparts, which is part of the hotel. It was not terrible. For forty euros I had:
-the bistro cocktail: alcohol and full of fruit cubes, sangria, not bad way
-aperitifs olives and other vegetables: ultra spicy and not very good.
-a "pie" the tenderest and artichokes: a disc of puff pastry, the tenderest hard and not good, hearts of artichoke lemon and bland, a slice of lemon bark. It wasn't really good: very little taste, not terrible presentation, pieces of poultry hard while they should have been very tender
-a piece of pork cooked for eight hours: pretty good with sauce, and his mash
The meal was so unconvincing! Too bad for a restaurant. Other than that, the setting is friendly. But beware of wasps.

Great location. Super home. Parking. Air conditioning. Modern bathroom. Good and organic shower products. Expensive breakfast for the choice, not warm and €18! Pool and spa great, even if small.

A memory of Valentine's day.
Arrival at 20.30, aperitif served at 9:30 pm, entrance about 10:30, flat around 23:45. And yet nothing fancy on the plate.
The rest of the year if there are fewer customers, it can can be do so, but to avoid absolutely to a Valentine's day because the team is sous-staffée and the deplorable service.
Value: 1 out of 10.

Frankly seeing the notice I hesitated to go there, but fortunately I'm going! A memorable stay! the best location of the medieval city, the room clean and comfortable, friendly and courteous staff.
The restaurant "the old walls" is a marvel, special mention for the bar tartare and the beef, I really enjoyed myself.
Side SPA it's very satisfying, I myself am 3 care, really relaxing.
I recommend that 100% because it's on I go back!

The problem is that a hotel is more than a pillow and a blanket. You want to know that if there is a problem then they will take care of it before it becomes a bigger problem.
