Might have been lovely if a) the air conditioning had been working, or b) management had made any effort to get it fixed in the sweltering heat. Or if we had ever been provided with washcloths, or if the coffee had been served with milk. Attractive property, terrible service.

Preferred location in Fontainebleau… it's all there… friendly welcome, soothing and friendly, it's always a pleasure to come…

No parking we had to worry about finding a spot. About 30 euro per day and there was nothing close by. We stayed end of April and the weather was hot. A. C wasn t on it was blowing hot air. It was too hot to stay in the room during the day… otherwise a nice and recently renovated place they just need to provide parking and a. C.

Pity that the people who reserve a room are not priority at the restaurant. No choice for breakfast. Nice setting. The cocktails are great and the server very professional.

Very nice reception, lounge for the cosy aperitif, and very warm room. The service was good, the original dishes in the flavors and in the revisits. Very good Time.

Excellent hotel with modern aesthetic finishes, set in a rustic exclave of the castle premises. Definitely worth staying at if you're in town for a night.

The room was perfect, very comfortable; we ate very well, the very welcoming staff just a small downside, we love the animals but the dogs admitted to the restaurant this surprised us a lot considering the standing of this establishment.

I write to highly recommend La Demeure du Parc to others who value clean, quiet rooms in a great location. Every corner of the hotel, restaurant, and grounds was immaculate. The rooms are spacious, well insulated, and they've succeeded in designing a quiet enclosure within walking distance of the chateau, city centre, and forest. The staff shows you to your room and spares no effort to ensure your comfort. All the other luxuries are there, too, of course. The well-appointed rooms, spa-like bathrooms, and excellent restaurant. If quality is the new luxury, treat yourself. This hotel made the difference for us.

Bedroom design : bedding very good (bed linen of great quality) air-conditioning good — very good facilities (kettle and Nespresso), bathroom (shower excellent with in addition to head with jet) Home impeccable — very great kindness and a valuable help for a pleasant stay (Thank you). Restaurant : we took the pork (I never ate meat as good — amazing) very efficient service and high-class Design of the hotel is absolutely magnificent! This hotel deserves the FIVE STARS unfortunately it will not prcq no parking, but frankly I've stayed in 5 stars that were not offering the services of this hotel! I recommend ++++ (the castle is on the side)

If you like to sleep or plan to work, don't stay here. The receptionist Navid was pleasant and helpful, but the physical state of the hotel is poor. The air conditioning failed. When we alerted the management, they did nothing. The internet connection was unstable, so we couldn't work as planned. We won't return here.

Decent, slightly expensive for the quality.

We had an excellent stay at the Demeure du Parc. The location and decor are exactly right. The room was spacious, very well appointed, quiet and very clean. Very nice breakfast and lunch.
The staff were both friendly and competent.
It's a rare thing to stay in a hotel and find that you would not change a single thing about the hotel or your stay. The Demeure du Parc is such a place and our stay was such an experience.
We look forward to our next visit.

A beautiful table in a wonderful place!

Fabulous boutique style and spacious comfortable room. We loved the way this property has been renovated and situated right next to the Parc du Chateau Fontainebleau, you can't get much closer. The only disappointment was that we didn't get to sample dinner at La Table du Parc as their menus look great. But the reception recommended a good Italian restaurant just around the corner. Finished the evening with a drink on the peaceful roof terrace looking out across the town. Perfect — we'll be back.

Super place for a weekend or a holiday! Hospitality, upscale restaurant and bar at the top! The rooms are gorgeous also! Go for it.

Stayed here for a week. It was newly renovated and therefore everything was brand new and clean. Modern and minimalist design bathroom, nice interior decoration. Should try out the restaurant too!

Superb hotel very good taste, like deco scandinavian. The choice of furniture, color of walls, help to give a touch of originality and a soothing atmosphere and modern instead. Strong Point the wood fire in the courtyard of the hotel, damage that a chimney is not located on the inside, we would love to warm up by the fire and sip the fabulous cocktails in the bar. Service and hospitality very caring and very professional. Room very bright, spacious, the bedding excellent and bathroom very nice. Only small point to improve would be the breakfast, which is quite trivial and not very diversified, we have seen better… Nice work, we strongly recommend!
