Non-compliance with sanitary measures, on December 7 and 8, 2020, evening of the participants of the show the 12 strokes of noon in the lobby of the hotel, partying and consuming alcohol in front of the manager of the restaurant to the detriment of employees and other customers.

Very bad service last time I stayed promised to make it up next time I come. They are liars not looking after me at all offering around 50quid off a 5 day stay.

Excellent staff. Very helpful and accommodating.

— Broken door causing the latch to not close the door. Door was open all day while we were away.
— Got asked to pay for dinner, which we never had. Generally disappointed by the lack of understanding as well.

Yesterday, the first thing we noticed was the water pouring off the windows in the room. The wallpaper had peeled, so I pulled it back to look and noticed tons of mold. We went to the lobby after dinner, when I planned on telling them about the mold and no one spoke English very well (not a negative, since I’m obviously not in an English-speaking country) so I didn’t say anything. When we got ready to go to bed, we noticed a bad odor. Turns out it’s the pillows. They smell l…ike TERRIBLE body odor. Today, we left our room to spend the day in Paris. Based on experiences of our friends, we chose to leave most of our cash, cards, passports, wallet, etc. In the room to avoid supporting the pick pocketers. I placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and we left for the city. We got back over 10 hours later and surprise, surprise — no sign on the door. We walk in to a freshly made bed and new towels… THIS IS NOT OKAY. Luckily, from what we can tell at this point, nothing was stolen, but when a sign is placed to not disturb, that’s precisely what I meant. Tonight, my boyfriend was picking up the pencil after it fell on the floor, and noticed that the wall was crumbling (this is the furthest corner away from the wall adjacent to the window). When he looked, there was mold, also. So basically, the entire wall behind the wallpaper is covered in mold. If it wasn’t our last night and I knew I could easily communicate with the front desk, I would not be staying here.

Room rather small but all new and good mattress. Good breakfast. Lovely employees.

Premium room with excellent customer service. As a native English speaker with little to no knowledge of the French language the staff are always willing to help. Would recommend.

In fact I didn't stay there but I spent the afternoon as part of a vocational training. I arrived on the stroke of 2:00 p. M. The kitchen was closed for work. I had a sandwich outside. Colleagues spent a night there. All in all everything went well for them. My assessment is also about the reception which can really be better. It was game night. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We waited long minutes to set up our parking lot. On arrival the parking was offered to us. The meeting room was good and the facilities (welcome, bar, restaurants) were well maintained.

Mercure standars at reasonable prices, business trip.

This is definitely one of the better Mercure hotels that I have stayed in. The hotel has a funky modern-chic design which one cannot tell from the ugly exteriors of the building. It is quite close to la Villette but not close to anything else (will require 20-30 min to get to the center of Paris)
The room was spotlessly cleaned, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby was cosy. The best part of the hotel was the great outdoor bar space. I had such a comfortable stay (despite the 0h58 fire alarm last night). The rooms are rather spacious for Paris standards and I could see the tip tip top of la Tour Eiffel from my room. Should I ever have another concert at le Zénith, I will definitely stay here.

Recently renovated the Mercure and Nice especially the garden landscaping as well as the terrace the staff very friendly and with small care with the guests.

A bit far from the center but well connected. Problems with the air conditioner. It's not a four star.

Comfortable room. Toilette services a bit simple, shower quite poor and wc without space.
Restaurant was a bit approximative, some courses on the menu not available and for vegetarian there was only a salad available. No warm food.

Nice decor comfortable and clean rooms located next to the Parc de la Villette and the zenith. Good breakfast.

Comfortable room, well appointed and quiet (you can not hear the device just next door). Little more for the shower with essential oils.

Mattresses and pillows very comfortable which is not always the case in other hotels, duvet neither too hot nor too cold so perfect, temperature in the room perfect neither too hot nor too cold, staff very nice and welcoming, breakfast Excellent The orange juice was really very good so the pastries I recommend.

Well located on the edge of the capital warm welcome and varied breakfast buffet.

Don’t stay here! My wife booked it through Voyage Prive (who’s customer service is equally as poor so also avoid them! ) it was a surprise for our daughters 10th Birthday. My wife and daughter arrived and didn’t get their welcome drink they should have got. Rooms incredibly dusty. While my wife and daughter were waiting to leave for the airport in the hotel lounge my daughter was mugged 10 minutes before they were due to leave. My wife complained while they were there and the front of house lady said “I don’t know what to say, it happens, you need to go to the police” With no time to go to the police the taxi arrived and they left. They were not offered a drink or anything to calm their nerves, the hotel dismissed it, and not only has the experience scared our daughter, it ruined her experience of Paris and her birthday. On their return my wife complained to Mercure and Voyage Prive, mercure didn’t respond at all and Voyage Prive offered a half hearted apology that was it, both offer terrible customer service avoid them. I have however used secret escapes to book a hotel, and when things went wrong they acted fast, were very apologetic and made me feel like I was a valued customer!

Great hotel, super breakfast!

The restaurant is on top, good atmosphere level brightness and decorates… The very smiling Professional staff fast, the bartender also made good cocktails. I invite you to take a tour you will be delighted.

Hotel is very bad, unfriendly guy at reception. Airco broken, very hot in the room even in winter. We had to sleep with windows open but it was very noisy outside. I wouldnt advice you to sleep here. Service and room quality is poor. Later on, I orderd a cab for 4:00 in the night. The taxi didnt show up, the woman at the reception orderd it for 16:00 in the noon. The ladies behind the reception don't pay attention to the customer, they were talking to each other in stat of me. Pff unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. * update; I read the reply under my review from the sales manager. Thanks for your reaction but it doesnt solve my frustrations. It's just a sorry that doesnt mean anything. The way I see it, it's just a way to control image damage. Cause when I complained at the reception nobody listened. So for me Mercure is a no go.

The new decoration is beautiful. The servers nice and helpful, the kitchen more than correct. Bravo to the Mercure Porte de Pantin! Go ahead with your eyes closed (or not it would be a pity anyway).

Rooms are very small, but nice modern rooms and lobby, very good for business or shot stay.

Very clean and modern hotel.
It is a bit away from the centre of Paris, but thanks to the direct Metro connection you can get to all the sights quickly and easily. I would check in there again.

The beedrooms are really great and the space is really good. Breakfast is aldo very good and with a lot to choose from! Staff could be more welcoming.

Of the three "d" only the breakfast is Good. The single beds are very small, only 80cm. And the shower, I have a sprinkler at home that throws more water flow than those Showers. The breakfast is not very varied, but the cheeses and the bread are of very good Quality.

Despite the location and courtesy of the breakfast staff the rest is to be Flout. Cleanliness of the room not Received. Dirty bathrooms and carpet never cleaned. Decent breakfast.

Well soundproof, pity it lacks the world at the reception. 20 ' for a checkout it's too long.
Otherwise everything else OK.

The bar is actually quite lovely. The location is not the best, but the garden should help you forget the neighborhood!

We were in journey to Paris and we stayed in hotel Mercure Paris. Really we recommend that place to you. it's was amazing service and facilities very clear and nice staff. The room was including delicious breakfast. Hope you enjoy your future trip soon.

Hi, I'm not happy with your room. This hotel does not deserve four stars. The room had dirty walls and in bathroom was a dirty floor, they were supposed to be two separate beds and there was one. For breakfast they had a poor selection of food. I will not go back to this hotel!

Good price and location. Clean and comfortable rooms but a bit small.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Close to the metro line 5: this is an advantage to get to Paris.

Hotel old, degraded, ugly and expensive. What a bad image of French hospitality, say it's a 4 star! Do not go there.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff. I don't speak any French and they were able to work with me and were very patient. 5 minute walk from the Metro Subway with a weekend market to browse. 15 minute subway ride to the city center you really couldn't get anything better in Zone 2. Across the street there is a small supermarket so you can stock up on cheap snacks to save money if you want. Safe and secure underground parking that cost 15 Euro a night which isn't bad compared to some hotels that will charge you twice that. Will definitely stay here if I drive to Paris again.

Use for a business seminar, verdict: average hotel, free Wi-Fi is of very poor quality and unsuitable for professional use, promises are not kept (insurance use the evening of the meeting actually prohibited by the guard room). The intern at the reception was not very qualified.
