It was clean and adequate. Nice staff but their English was poor and my French none existant. We never tried the food but there's a good pizza place on the corner right outside the hotel. The area it's in is mainly a black area, with littered streets but seemed quite safe. I'm hyper vigilant so I see what's going on around me. We walked a lot to the nearest train stations, a good 30 minutes and no one bothered us (my wife and 10 year old). Everyone going about their own business.

Very basic, not very clean, but acceptable. Neighbourhood terrible.

A night of misery for many people due to the fallen snow and impassable roads, however this hotel was close to my work place that has done me a great service.
The receptionist was not very talkative. But in doing its job and that is the the main.

Unclean. Disgusting. Overpriced parking. Only benefit was free Wi-Fi. Do not reccomend at all.

The nights are very nice and the neighbors encourage them.

I did not like anything the rooms are very small and the breakfasts very bad and a Hall keeper gave a kick to a colleague of mine when he went out and pushed him inside the room and closed the door.

Flee this place! The room was disgusting from start to finish…
The staff was rude and to finish the breakfast was very limited.

Ugly, cold in a secluded area I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast is very average and the staff has no concept of service. Wake up in the early morning by the fire alarm… Flee!

Cheap and clean Bad location.

Passing for a game at Stade de France, I slept one night here.
This hotel would need renovation, the floor is full of burn hole, there is a smell of cold tobacco in the hallways and in the rooms very unpleasant…
The sheets are clean but the mattress is not very thick… In short it helps for one night but no more!

A very friendly welcome from the arrival, several things were missing in the room (towels, sheets, shower gel…) but the staff was very responsive to help us. A security guard is present at any time, it is very reassuring although the area is very quiet. The breakfast is varied with fresh produce and a very helpful hostess. The maid is very discreet and helpful as well. A service more than appreciable in summary!

Too much noise, the bed is too hard and the blanket was all yellow disgusting it's horrible I regret coming to this hotel!

Interesting store. There's a choice. Small fish Shop fresh seafood products. Cheap and good Baguette. Battery-operated trash can. Free Parking and covered.

Price/quality ratio really good. Simple room, but all you need is there. Location bit further from city but closer to Stade de France. Bike rental Velib is the way to go!

As the descriptions note, this is a budget hotel. Less than half the price of other hotels in the area, you getting what you pay for: bed, shower (hot and powerful), housecleaning and left alone. Check in was quick, with the the staff speaking a very good level of English (apologies for not speaking better French). There is breakfast available, but I didn't partake — although it was only just over 6 Euro. The room was a OK for the price and I will probably stay here again as a business traveller, the internet connection was the fastest I've ever had at a hotel: over 100mb up and down.

It's simple get to the point practical. You need a place to sleep for the night that is just about only sleep shower leave? This is perfect for that. Not a huge nice place just a get to the point and sleep place.

The Shiites in Iraq sacrificed our children and children and today the work they imitated.

Hotel with the basics to sleep in. Humble area with a small bar on the outside that is open until the 2am. Hotel with small bed but you can rest quite well, has air conditioning and TV.

The real problem in the area are the robberies, we suffer one just in front of the hotel at 21.00 h and told us that they are frequent.

Shameful!
We had booked a room for the weekend (arrival Friday, booking for 2 nights). The booking was made online on Wednesday (from the booking. Com website), where we had given our personal information as well as bank details (in marketing, these are sought after items).
Late Friday afternoon, as we were on our way, we received an email informing us of the cancellation of our reservation (from the hotel, as we had not taken any steps to cancel).
Surprise (bad surprise! ). So we're trying to get in touch with them. Number overcharged to reach them, then very unpleasant staff at the end of the phone.
We are informed that the booking is cancelled, and this for no reason (the lady was not able to give a reason). However, we could again book a room for the desired period (Friday and Saturday night), on the one hand by going to the hotel, and on the other hand for a higher price.
It's really HONTEUX.

I know it was budget, but this is below budget. The room is small and very basic, which I could just about live with, but the bed — piece of wood with a extremly thin mattress on top. Very poor nights sleep. As for towel very small and thin, I have thrown thinner T-towels away. Also area very poor, not good for eating out. Moved hotels.

If you are missing 1 penny spend you the night outside.
Their equipment rotten timpani plastic SOAP weird for the same price you have a 4 5 star on booking.
Their cold room the say the morgue.

The hotel is corret, but the location is too drangereux. A band arranged 4 people a hard my bag and is leaking in by scooter in front of entrance of hotel.

I give 2 stars this is for the receptionist to tonight. It helps me to call the police and me support. In addition, he gave me two lunches.

Hello I'm a guest in this hotel, I just make a few remarks that impediment to the proper functioning of this institution, that's it's been 2 days I went out of my room to ask for a maid of me changed the towels, I used to do, I inform you that I'm in this hotel more than 1 month with the permission of the maid, unfortunately this days get a lady directly out of the acsenseur by far ask me to drop the towels that the maid has authorized me to take aggressively
to me and the maid, per this request I won't tell that every Saturday just young people spend the night in fumont of the drug than the smell invaded the taxi.

Stadium of France reached on foot in 30 minutes and subway station in 15 minutes.
Lots of shops nearby.

Not bad, but not that good. We stayed 3 people on a business trip. The room is extremely small. Parking within the hotel is not included and costs 8 euros. The bathroom had a disgusting smell during the night, but it got sorted out in the morning. Though the rooms are renovated and look quite new. This hotel might be good for those who has small budget (60 per night) and are not spoiled at all.
