Super hot in the hotel with no AC and no fans in the room it was often 80+. Room was aging and is in need of major upgrades. The bathroom was dirty and the water access hole for the shower/bathtub was exposed. Bed was super hard to sleep on, TV had issues keeping a signal. Kitchen was well equipped and served a good purpose, but the pictures showed online are much nicer than what you really get. Because of the hot temperatures, leaving the windows open was the only option. However, the room above us also left theirs open and was occupied by teenagers who were super loud. We could hear everything, 3 complaints to managment about the noise with no resolution. Nice access to the metro and trams. Was not cheap and could have gotten a much better deal. Will not be goin back.

Don't have any sort of air conditioning unit. The reception agreed the same upon calling them and they left me to sleep in a hot room during summer. Good job adagio. What kind of an aparthotel which proclaims to have 4 stars will not even have basic air conditioning equipment. I've stayed in residhome and other hotels in Paris, this really is the worst. At least plan to provide each rooms with a portable air cooler like other hotels do. People just keep this in mind before booking this hotel during summer.

Tjrs a very good welcome. Apartment a little dated. To renovate. The half-stay cleaning is done very quickly. The corners and the underbed must be closer. The welcome gift during the upgrade is not present as the voucher for a free drink. I'm staying 2 times 15 days a year.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 45 minutes, if you want to walk in a very nice 15 district.

Elegant apartments Even if not brand new with concierge service. Complete with everything and conveniently located near the tram stop.
The toilets are not equipped with Windows and this can be a problem not having a manual command of forced ventilation. We note the commitment to the maintenance and aesthetic adaptation of sanitary components. Of course it is that some aspect, secondary, not perfectly working wanting, it is.

We stayed 5 nights. At Easter. Everything's perfect. Very clean. Tram stop at the hotel door. Metro stop 5 minutes walk. Carrefour around the corner. Good value for money The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the room was clean. … I would definitely repeat it.

Very good location, near the water park. Shops, Metro. Quiet area, but at the same time near the center. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very welcoming. The apartments are spacious. It's all there! Including a spacious and equipped kitchen.

An ideal aparthotel to visit Paris with children. Well-equipped kitchen with the basics. The location is great and the hotel is very close to the Metro. The area is not bad to arrive at night. The worst thing is that the cleanliness of the room costs 23 euros if you are less than eight days (a robbery) and this deteriorates over time the facilities. Overlapping tiles, broken doors, damp, crushed spider in the ceiling, etc…
Another obstacle is the language, they do not speak Spanish, and English in their own way. Q I think a receptionist should know several languages and Spanish is one of the most spoken.

Hotel without service, aesthetically ugly and not functional, the rooms dirty and divided badly, the bathroom ' ingeniously ' divided into 2 with a dilapidated closet for the toilet bowl and another square for shower and sink (clogged). All at 90 euros per night, accompanied by fantastic photos on trip not to mention the absurd reviews of no one knows who ' reward ' the come here…

The codes change without being warned. We reserve a double bed we end up with 2 single bed and the attic, we are called a thief at breakfast by the staff because we go up a cup of coffee that we have come down. This establishment is really not serious.

Good small stay in at Porte de versailles near team station and quiet convenient location. Not maintained. Most rooms have cracked bathtubs.

OK but expensive for what it is. You have to fight to have an iron as not included in the room. 2 nights in a row and no iron the kindness of the reception under staffed. Basic room. No housekeeping between two nights. Once again a pity for €200 at night…

It ' spent almost a year from my trip to Paris and I can say that I was only a bad memory of this Aparthotel. I don't recommend it at all. I forgot in the wardrobe of the apartment 2 new jackets and, Rientarta in Italy, I immediately informed the reception of the incident. Of course nobody knew anything about it and the cleaners say they didn't find anything in the cupboards. Fake! The hotel management just teased me… they made me complain to the police, write a thousand times (because they never deigned to contact me personally), they told me that they would put everything in the hands of their insurance and eventually, after Almost 6 months (! ) informed me that the ADAGIO chain is not responsible for these types of problems that happen in the apartments. Ah! I forgot… in the Frattenpo have changed various directors and everyone said his… shameful! So, those who plan to rent an apartment take into account that if subirá a theft or damage… you will forget any kind of compensation. Ah! And last… The apartment they gave me had a water leak from the toilet… flushing the water out of the bathroom floor… resulting in stench to pee! I did not ask to make me change the apartment because in the end I went to sleep and I wanted to enjoy Paris… but given the treatment… Beware of what they offer you! The game is not worth the candle! Comfortable accommodation near the exhibition grounds. Close to Metro team and bus. Comfortable apartment for 4 people.

Quiet and well located. Metro and shops nearby. Apartment well equipped but a few blemishes of cleanliness and a bathroom requiring menus maintenance work. Nice staff A good address.

A good place to visit Paris. Close to tram and metro station.
Equipped apartments just right x 4 people though small. Not particularly luxurious but there is everything you need to be independent.
Commerces nearby and also Raggiingibili restaurants walk to parking included. Reception open 24/24 Tv, microwave and dishwasher. Free Wi fi.

We have been staying in this place regularly for many years. The only downside is the lack of a bathroom equipped for disabled person, which we need since an accident suffered by my husband. Apart from that the location is convenient and the staff always welcoming.

Convenient: near the subway, tram stop, supermarkets. The hotel has good value for money. There is everything you need for relatively little money for Paris.

The apartments are nice and we'll proportioned. Well equipped tiny kitchen but has everything you need. Easy little Carefoure 5mins round the corner too. Breakfast is definitely continental. Only downside is the rubbish selection of English TV channels but you can't have everything!

Apartments for 4 people with kitchen. The cost per night is cheap only by two people up (in 4 in fact in the end you really spend little per head).
Very interesting the possibility of self catering thanks to the kitchen equipped with everything: fridge, two ceramic glass plates for cooking, cookware, crockery, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine American. Detergents for dishes and dishwashers are also provided.
Close to the Metro (500 m), in a quarter of an hour you are in the center.
The area is very peaceful and quiet. Although very close to the Boulevard Périferique actually, incredibly, does not feel at all.

Clean, neat, polite. A small but comfortable room. 120 euros for two.

Spacious room, very equipped. Good service from staff, parking very convenient to 15 euros a day.

Very good reception. We arrived on 2 January at night, a very smiling and very helpful young woman greeted us.
We had asked to have 2 cots for our twins, they were already in our room. We were even able to have 2 highchairs.
The staff is great. The room is very spacious for a family with 2 children.

I had to walk to 50m over other building for breakfirst. It was 14euro. menu was acceptable. But not matching to cost. I saw at here last summer staff comments" closed at technical reason will open soon. " then, Why not yet opened at 2018 Jan? may be reason come from not enough guests. I guess water flooded at past in toilet and bathroom. It changed color of wall bottom 5cm… I was right exactly 2weeks ago. Someone reported at here. Bathroom no matter. Toilet was pretty smell bad. TV are Nano Pico size around 19inch. Others bit old. But not so bad location. Tram stop are just front. Shopping for food and kind of traiter and crepe and macdonald have to walk 5～10min. I don't recommend to stay here water flooded smelly room at 140euro.

Away from the center. You have to prepare you for the sofa-bed. Building is not modern.

Excellent point of reference for visiting Paris. Comfortable and functional apartments. Everything from microwave to dishwashing. Friendliest staff ready to solve all the problems. Excellent Wi-Fi works in every place. A few steps from the subway, also very close to the Expo fair Paris.

Great location. Very close to Tram and Carrefour super market is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms but not well maintained. Cleaning frequency could be improved.

Very quiet for a Parisian location but ugly rooms, hygiene is an issue. I was apalled at the staff's ignorance and nonchalance. Location is great, Tramway nearby. Good neighbourhood, near Waterpark and Chinatown.

Very nice Apartment 27 hotel residence clean and tidy the comfort and very well lack of hygiene in the bedding and the tips (toilet showers)

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Kitchen, more than enough movement space, sized collection of dishes, dish cleaning material, multiple trash cans, body sized mirrors, clean bed, clean sheets. The only thing I didn't like was the volume of the TV and Wi-Fi quality.

Very good care of l@s receptionists, multiple languages including Spanish. Rooms are clean and silent, only the sound of the birds. With heating and windows that open. Kitchen modern and fully equipped including dishwasher tablets dishwasher. The only thing to adjust the height of the tub, excessive, may be dangerous. Serua convenient to put some kind of handle fixed. And as siemore the guest disrespectful that skips the standard of non-smoking and smell.

I stayed at this hotel when visiting Paris with a group of six people the rooms are of a very high standard and the staff are very helpful and friendly I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for somewhere to stay I and my fellow travellers will most definitely be staying here again in most reviews it as been mentioned about the lack of air conditioning as we visited in October this was not a problem though the windows in the rooms are quite large and can be opened to allow air to come through I can only speak upon our visit to the hotel and we were more than happy with the rooms.

Pleasant enough rooms but very basic services, no A/C, mediocre Wi-Fi, 10-15 minute walk to metro.

Location is good but we did have a car we used most of the time. The underground car park is good, but one thing to note was that inside the car park there is a small steep descent and the edge of the descent is badly made as the bottom of your car will most definitely hit the edge as you go over it. The marks on the ground show this is not the first time. There is NO air conditioner in the building at all, and we stayed for 4 nights during August. If you like to sweat go for this. Staff are generally friendly. Breakfast is nothing cooked but just simple continental. Overall, for a cheap stay it wasn't bad but I don't think I'll be going back.

Fab appt. Enjoyed the trip to Paris. The staff were helpful, quite surrounding.

Somewhat good location as accessible to central Paris, but no nightlife within the area, no late night shops nearby to buy water, beers, snacks… you have to walk round to the sister hotel (same name) for breakfast in the morning. Was expecting a tasty French warm cooked breakfast, but was just continental and not many choices. Not even a air-con at the sister Adagio (restaurant). There was no air-con in the room in the French heat, no hair-dryer no ventilation fan both in the bathroom and toilet. Over-head shower was not stable. Toilet smelled as no fan above. Small TV. No lights as you walk just off the main road. I guess you get what you paid for, but no wall mirror hung on the wall above desk… not even air-con fitted. Not gonna book this hotel again! no bar, no lounge… just a small kitchenette.

Pathetic organization. We arrived with a day late warning in advance. When we arrived our apartment had been rented.
Difficulty then to have a rental, with little respect of the reception.

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. A bit far from the center but well from public transport and there is no problem of movement.

Though small but very nice apartment hotel for 4 or 5 persons… compact practical kitchen with complete kitchen utensils. Nice location, near metro statiin n other public transports to Eiffel tower. Have a nearby Muslim or helal restaurant which serves Arabic, Turkish, n pizzas and burgers with no alcohol.

No air conditioning but interesting starting point to visit Paris. Very quiet and close to transports and fairgrounds.

I was very enthusiastic when I was told that we booked two nights in this hotel. Alas, my enthusiastic came to an end when I spent the night from June 19 to 20 choking on heat as there is no air conditioning. So I spent the night almost white. The next day at breakfast I asked the reception if there is the possibility of a fan loan for the 2nd night. The hostess replied nicely No. So if you have 400 euros for two nights in Paris avoid Adagio Paris XV! Especially in this period of heatwave…

No air conditioning in the room. We were on the top floor 34 degrees. Damaged furniture not the previous customer.

Excellent solution for both work and leisure. Close to public transport, the reception is open h24hr, the apartments are quiet and the beds comfortable.

A bit out of the Centre but with Metro and tram stops very close.

Rooms not very well cleaned. Old building. Old furniture. Construction going on and not made us aware of at time of the reservation. Very dissatisfied. Ended up moving to another hotel. Thats how bad it was.

Stay with the Super family. The apartment was US pleasantly surprised, especially by cleaning. The kitchen was clean. Although it is quite removed from the Centre, 100% recommend it since even going with children, there is a few metres and is very well connected.
There are supermarkets and shopping centre nearby.
To put some sticks, the staff did not speak Spanish.

Excellent well served by public transport (tram, bus and metro vicinity) that allow you to move quickly toward all points of the city.

Hotel smells like a dungeon and dirty. I wouldn't go back there. Location is good. 20 minutes walk to Eifel tower.

Well, indicate that photos that correspond with reality, with the exception of the use, since it is quite used. The table was completely taken off the plywood.
Worst of all was the cleaning. Painful. The feeling was that the room was ready so that the previous tenant to return. WC, ja ja ja if you go be sure to leave the door open. The bath? JA ja ja. The belt broken shower, bathtub into pieces, and off little if you put one foot in the middle of it you sink.
The windows do not close well, noises and gets cold.
We were going with children, and the Chair was not open to them. There were no sheets to make the bed. We are going to sleep almost as it is in the photo. Luckily it was only one night, I assure you that I not there again. Disgusting me gave.

Good value for money. Nice location to drive around Paris, 15 min away from the main tourist points.
