The hotel is new and cozy completion.
Very pleasant the exterior design but also the interior of the rooms.
It is peripheral but very well connected.
Extremely quiet Despite the location on a large sliding street.

Ratio/quality excessive price.
I had an apartment for three days. I arrived the garbage from the kitchens and the bathroom were not emptied. I'll let you guess what I found in the bathroom trash.
At the reception, I was told that the housekeeping was not done every day. Indeed, during the three days no housekeeping in the room with the same towels.
There is a bit of noise with the device that is right next to it, side but it is bearable.
So I don't understand the four stars.

The worst combination of pretentious European design, French bureaucratic nonsense and impersonal disregard for human occupants. One is treated like a malicious animal from the time of arrival through departure. This epitomizes the worst aspects of this city.

Room very clean, but adjoining room extremely noisy, from 2:30 to 4h in the morning, despite an ineffective intervention of the reception. I do not recommend for professional stays.

Very nice, comfort, cleanliness nothing to say! A small downside the TV was in "terminal Maintenance" mode annoying for those who were well bored.

Noise from the ventilation too present. Noise of the device. Pillow too big for my taste. So badly slept. On the other hand, nice room. Firm Mattress. Nice tub. Design decor. Welcome home.

Very nice new hotel with large room and kitchenette very convenient. Friendly staff Supermarket and tram at the bottom of the building. Go by operator to get a decent price.

New Hotel, clean, comfortable, close to Metro station, supermarket near.

Room was dirty, kitchen area not cleaned, bathroom was really smelly all the time and the water was changing from hot to cold. Nobody took trash out of the room, also nobody changed towels or toilet paper. We ordered room with bath tub with a disabled access, but we only had a shower… all in all, hotel is in a good location and bus stops are very near.

First impression was really great. Great modern décor. By Parisian standards very well maintained and super clean.
But unfortunately we had a broken brewing head and there was hardly any water coming while showering. On the second day there was only ice-cold water in the morning.
After the complaint at the reception, the shower head was renewed, but more water didn't come either. One had the choice between ice cold and cooking hot … Finding a good mediocrity was very hard.
Unfortunately, the ventilation in the room has been very loud, sounded all night like setting up a fan.
The beds were very comfortable for that.
The surrounding area is very run down.
In the immediate vicinity is a tram stop and about 6 minutes away a metro station. Next door there is a small supermarket.
Priced, Hi Park is really great, and has been suitable for our city break. However, I can only recommend the hotel or accommodation to a limited extent.

We stayed at the Hipark Hotel for 2 nights during the week because we had got a cheap deal for a studio room.
On arrival we were received friendly and as previously desired, given a room in the upper area. In the lower rooms, you may have the highway wall in front of the window. On the upper floor we only had the problem that the window was not open. If we saw it correctly, you could open the lower windows.
The room was quite large — very nice and modern furnished and equipped with large clean bathroom.
The bathroom was very pleasant and large. Unfortunately, our water hose was defective in the shower, but this was fixed the next day. One problem, however, was the lack of warm water. Once the water has been turned up warm, either nothing or very little has come. It was actually just the opportunity for us to shower ice-cold. This was not raised even after a complaint.
The bed was beautifully large and comfortable. We had requested a double bed and got it too. It was just not clear to us that this also means having a shared duvet.
A big problem for me was the fresh air ventilation system. This ran continuously and at a very high volume.

Hotel very expensive for the little quality of services offered and do not forget that it is a 4 stars, a breakfast incryablement expensive and bad. In short if you have the choice go elsewhere the view on the Perif or tram is not indispensable if you have the choice.

Something outside of everything else great. It takes 40 minutes to get to the Eiffel Tower by subway. Supermarket nearby.

Nice hotel. Internet iffy. Parking is not near the hotel I. E. The initial figuring out took a while. Teams close by. Very close to the motorways/autobahns.

Not the best neighbourhood, but easily accessible. The facilities of the hotel are well worth the cost! Kitchenette turned to be super useful (with a microwave and even a dishwasher! ) You may need to buy filters for the percolator. Very modern design of the rooms. Rooms are also very quiet despite the very close location to a boulevard with heavy traffic. Parking is in about 300 metres from the hotel (about €25/night). Make sure you're not driving a campervan sized car: the streets and especially parking areas are extremely narrow. Need to have cash for deposits at the hotel and coins for coffee machines. Very cold Hotel. Staff incompetent and nonchalant no heating no cleaning done every day but every two days and not terrible. The breakfast exorbitant price for the little that is presented small pieces of cheese 2 cm no egg no varieties of loaves finally shabby I would never return to this hotel for U 4 star C shameful a machine to make money only.

The location isn't entirely ideal if you're there to see the best of Paris, but it is close to the trams. Breakfast is extra or can be booked at the time of your room. In my opinion, it is not worth the price you will pay for it. You're much better off going to one of the cafés close by. Parking isn't exactly attached either, but it is a short 5 minute walk away. It is extra as well. The studio room was sufficient but very utilitarian. There is not a lot of free space and the beds are decent. I would not describe them as exactly comfortable. There is laundry available on site but there is only ONE washer and ONE dryer for the entire building. They are housed in a room that could very easily fit more. If you're looking for efficiency, this is the place. If you're looking for comfort and vacation, I would suggest some place else.

Customer service was wonderful. The kitchen in the room was amazing. Beds were comfy. Shower was broken, that's the downside for me.

Instead of the business studio with double bed I got a communicating room with 2 single beds. Was not possible to change the room even if the 1-st floor was empty! Prevous guest hair and fur on the sheet — really disgusting! Floor and bathtub dirty, water temperature is switching randomly!

Very expensive place. A small breakfast at €19 which is worth no more than €7. The shower (the shower hose) in bad condition for a place that gives 4 stars, just a little doll mirror in the bathroom. The bedding is not up to par. It's really borderline.

Beautiful from the outside, and minimalist on the inside. So minimalist it does not have a hanger and a box. The inside of the room messy. We were welcomed to a cotton swab used along the corridor. On the other hand is situated in a great area close to shopping centers and the metro.

Comfortable Hotel at the gates of Paris, in a tranquil setting. Good insulation. In spite of any hotel that is going to earn in a short time to be refreshed. Especially the rooms.

We didn't stay overnight, just visiting friends. Nice and modern, friendly people. Very well situated if you're going at the Zenith.

Very small rooms and bathroom.

Correct, our non-smoking room smelled like cigarette, but they made a reduction in compensation so we forgive them. Restaurants pleasant not too far away (cf the gold crown, restaurant asian' super good) and even if it is away from the center, the metro station just to the side so that you can make quickly.

I been last week and I find one flize on the bed! i did phone the reception, had no suprise and the only option change the room. the new room was smole and dark. how come that happend! the insect that I found just come from dirt and animal live!

Good restaurant. Location is not nice. Bathrooms, ultra-small, almost can not swim. In September there is no air conditioning, super hot. We opened windows and were introduced african bees and mosquitoes, unbearable. Parking is difficult for tour buses. Attention not very pleasant. Never come back.

I've been 20 years coming to the hotel. For its category it is well, it reforms every year. It has been a. Little old-fashioned in relation to others in the chain.

Yet upgraded, it started well. Bed not done (missed out the sheet below)

Dirty room stained carpet
Price of the parking to be exorbitant 25€ per night.

Good service. Only thing was internet was kind of funky at times. Breakfast was good had sausages, eggs, pancakes, cereal bread.
