Stayed at the Hotel WO for 4 nights and had a terrific experience. The other reviews do a great job of detailing what this hotel excels at, I will try to offer a bit more detail on some other aspects as well. Location: This hotel is just a minute walk from Gare St. Lazare, but we didn't even use the metro too often, instead opting to explore the city by foot. Getting to the airport (CDG) for our departure was a breeze, even with an early flight. Just walk 1 minute to the station, take one train 4 stops and transfer to another train that goes directly to the airport terminal. During the day we just walked as the location served as a great central spot to the major sites — not super close but still within walking distance. Once you walk out during the day you can just stay in that neighbourhood and if you get tired, take the metro home. We walked to the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, Trocadéro (great view of the Eiffel Tower), Montmarte, Notre Dame / St. Chapelle, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The immediate neighbourhood has everything you could possibly want — a franprix (small convenience store) just downstairs, bistros and cafes within a few minutes walk, boulangeries for breakfast (or try the hotel breakfast). We went to some great Parisian restaurants in the area that definitely did not feel like tourist traps — all filled with locals.

Small room and tiny bathroom. However lovely interior. Very close to St Lazare station which is a huge plus! plenty of cafes, bakeries and restaurants around. Galeries Lafayette is just a few minutes walk.

Dear Baptiste, Sorry, I can't reply elsewhere to your response but I HAVE to highlight this: I was not disappointed at ALL! I really loved to stay — already 2 times — in WO! The tininess of the room and the hotel is just written because it makes a review fully. However, I find great these small rooms. Additionally your (and all the staff's) personal kindness helped a lot during my stay. The hotel run in a perfect way I assume it could be a good example for lots of huge hotel chains how can this business handled better way, more customer oriented, like You do. So basically what I would highlight that the small rooms is just a fact not bad for me (even my size with 184cm and over 110kg :) ) and possibly for the lovers of your Hotel also more makes it romantic feeling then feeling bad about it. About cleanliness I assume my pictures and all the previous comment are enough to say: it's also just perfect!

The room are small but really nice. The hotel location is within walking distance of a few tourist attractions. It's not far from the main train station.

Lovely quiet boutique hotel with excellent friendly staff. Fantastic small balcony for sitting out and you can see the Eiffel Tower. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Would recommend great location too. Look forward to coming back.

Very kind staff & pro. not impossible to park in the streets around. Big room with balcony wiew (6th floor) of Eiffel Tower and St Augustin church dôme. Good bathroom with tub but the taps arent so easy To handle : old fashion look. Free Nespresso machine in the room. Yes there is a safe. Very close To many stations of transportation: St Lazare station hub.

We cannot thank Baptiste and his team for the kind hospitality that we received whilst on our holiday at the Hotel WO. We were greeted with a warm welcome and informed of all the activities we could do whilst in Paris. Our room was spacious, clean and tidy with all of the necessary facilities to make our stay pleasant. The hotel is located within a quiet street and there is easy access to the St Lazare train station/metro. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance or within a few metro stops/bus stops. The hotel team were always present to answer any questions which was very much appreciated. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was worth it as there was a lot of choice for both of us Don't miss out — stay at the Hotel Wilson Opera.

The least: breakfast frankly very BOF in quality and choice, and the room is too small expensive shower — bathtub with a faucet for hot water and one for cold water — very unpleasant to use beds not very comfortable street lights that disturb the night If one is in a low floor the most: well decorated/arranged friendly staff and well placed Pro.

Everything was perfect except the Wi-Fi. It's awful. It's also extremely slow.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Stayed for 4 nights in October. As with most Paris hotels in this price range, the rooms are small. You will have to strategically store your luggage and clothes to makes things much easier on your stay. The immediate vicinity is very quiet at night and not the bustling parisans you see in pictures and movies. We choose this area as we took the train in from Normandy/Caen and location is very convenient for this arrangement. So for the price vs other hotels in the area, it was a fine stay. We never felt unsafe when venturing late at night. Good pressure and water was hot. Velib station is right outside the hotel. It's an excellent way to travel in Paris vs the Metro, but be warned, you have to be very comfortable biking with and against traffic unless you only stay on the isolated bike paths. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with all things paris. They also have umbrellas for general use for rainy days. So would I stay here again…? If I had to stay in Saint Lazare area, definitely, but I would do a different arrondissment just to experience something different.

Staff fantastic; beautiful views.

Excellent service as soon as we arrived. We stayed 5 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of all the space. Local favorite restaurants were recommended and they were excellent! This has been an amazing honeymoon vacation.

Wilson Opera, The perfect hotel for my stay in Paris! This is a boutique hotel in the ​business area in Paris where I stayed for two nights. ​The Wilson Opera is ​on a ​quiet street yet very close to ​a busy area where you can just walk to the train station, the ​Paris ​Opera and other fave spots like ​the ​Champs-Elyses and Lafayette Galleries ​as well as other big and famous shopping stores. Really, really love​d​ my room on the 5th floor with a balcony and a panoramic vie…w of the city. I had an early breakfast ​on the balcony ​over​looking Paris​ with a​ sunrise view! The staff ​is professional and friendly. It was a really wonderful experience and ​I ​would love to ​stay again!

Classy place. Incredible customer service. We stayed in the terrace room and the view was fantastic. We just loved the stay and felt so taken care of. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a wonderful part of Paris. Super friendly front desk staff who know you by name. Other reviews we read before arriving noted that the hotel is small (tiny elevator for 2 people and suitcases, king size bed barely fit the room) but we were anticipating small rooms and it wasn't a problem. When we were searching for a hotel we were specifically looking in the Opera area for a king size bed room that had A/C and Hotel WO did not disappoint. Breakfast was lovely with meats, cheeses, dried fruit and an assortment of pastries, which seemed to be a pretty traditional French breakfast. The train station was at the end of the block so convenient when hauling luggage and Vèlib bike rentals just outside the front door, which is how we got around the ENTIRE city. We will specifically seek out Hotel WO when we return to Paris in the future!

Fabulous boutique hotel steps from Gare St. Lazare. Impeccably maintained, beautiful breakfast and amazingly gracious and helpful staff. Rooms are typical in size for Paris. Recommend a balcony room for expanded living space. We'll stay there again, no doubt.

This place has the friendliest staff so far! Incredibly supportive and helpful and really made our stay unique and awesome. If you are staying on a balcony level, usually floor 5, grab a continental breakfast and eat it on the balcony. There is an office opposite the rooms so give them a wave and make up stories like we did each morning. Highly recommended for budget, service and location! Try the organic brunch cafe near the Saint Lazar station!

Hotel room was very small, but I was told this is a typical European-style hotel. Room was very clean and very quiet. Likely to go from the airport to the hotel a block away. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, because the three blocks away near a Starbucks, we are not asking for breakfast was a big man.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Awesome customer service and literally all of the staff is so friendly! They have been so nice to answer our questions too. It is a very quaint, cute little hotel located in a very convenient part of town and next to the Saint-Lazare train/Metro station. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby as well. Baptiste checked us in when we arrived and made us feel very welcome! It was a long trip all the way from Texas and I couldn't be happier with the hotel choice!

WILSON OPERA Hotel is a Hotel located near the Saint Lazare train station.
The location is perfect, there are so many line that we can always find his way easily. The Hotel is very clean and the decoration is neat.
The breakfast has a wide selection of fresh produce.
Most of the Hotel is the staff. Professional and very helpful.

For the service, I give it 3 1/2, room is cosy/small, for the price I pay I would give a 2 stars. Service is good, reception is always a good help with a nice smile, location is nice, just next to the main station, for shopping it is good to as layette is just couple blocks away. But for me, next time I will pay for bit extra for premium hotel.

My big thing with hotels I that they are close to the centre city. I like my hotels clean and my hotel staff personable. On all of theses criteria, the hotel came out in flying colors. Professional and clean the accommodations are really luxurious. Please go here if your in the city of lights. I know I will.
