I stayed one night in this wonderful hotel which I enjoyed as soon as I arrived.
This is a very welcoming hotel with a very qualified, pleasant and warm team. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast is also very full. Indeed, the products are varied and of quality.
I highly recommend it to all those who have a business stay but also to all those who would come for their pleasure and to discover Paris. Indeed, the location is also ideal!
Thanks again to the whole Holiday Inn Paris Elysees team, I hope to return very soon!

The staff was incredibly helpful each day with assisting on travel with our adventures, loved it will stay there again.

This isn't like any Holliday Inn off the interstate… it's fabulous. Wonderful location too. Great staff. Pay for the breakfast because it's wonderful. We'll be back again!

Very nice hotel and very warm welcome. The small living room is perfect for taking a break before going to visit Paris. The rooms are not very large but there is everything it takes to have a good night's sleep and when you wake up the breakfast is just fabulous, the choice is huge.

Nicely located. HOWEVER, IHG members, specially the Gold, Platinum or Spire members be aware. This hotel plays tricks on you for the welcome amenity and for the special offer that is sometimes a nice additional surprise for using the IHG Mobile App. When the pop-up offer in the app for my reservation clearly says 'free drink at bar' and only have to present the message at the check out, this hotel asks you the take the screenshot, email them, then go to your in-room minibar for a little bottle of water or juice. And when asking about Welcome Points, they would tell you it's going to be done systematically, and you will never see those points until you spend half an to an hour following up with the IHG customer service. What's worse, when escalated to the management after the event, the response is an obvious excuse about me, a Platinum IHG member with over 100s of stays combined in Holiday Inn/Express around the world, expected an IHG experience incorrectly.

Good hotel with not very large rooms but with very few services. The proximity to the Elisha can hinder the traffic at times.

Good location. Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Amazing group of people attending during breakfast time (I cannot remember all their names but Christian, a Filipino and a French guys were very polite and service oriented). The holiday inn team is good) Space of the room was not as I expected even though I am a regular IHG member but the overall experience was good.

It is a good place to be here as every thing near by you such as mini markets, cafe's, restaurants etc.

Very good location, nice hotel close to the metro and the Champs Elysees. The staff are friendly and smiling. The breakfast is quality, with a lot of choice, the employees are in the small care. As for the room occupied, it is worth the 4 stars, spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. I would go back with pleasure.

Location is good, close to major places. However, rooms are outdated.

I was in an executive room and iis really confortable. Only problem is the road: it is too chaotic (the night too) and the windows haven't double glasses for soundproofing.

So there are clearly better hotels in Paris. The staff are very demotivated. On the phone we were given false information about parking on site. Actually very bad the location is quite well located.

A lot of inconvenience during my stay. Lighting is broken in the bathroom, reception that wakes me at 3h due to a number error.
Beyond that the elevator is very slow and the stairs are not convenient.
For the rest the room is very good just like the location of the hotel.

Confortable place very well located. Standard services, probably in the low range for a 4 stars. But overall I cannot complain.

Nice big bed in my room — king size, also with a large bathroom. Friendly staff too.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is located one block from the subway, otherwise our room on the 4th floor fatal, extremely small, in the bed we found fingernails between the sheets, the day we arrived there was a person at reception and we didn't see her again, there was no one at reception when we were leaving nor when we arrived, we asked for another room and they said not to have available, fortunately we only arrived to sleep and bathe, there was no staff. The photos do not correspond to the hotel rooms, I am a customer of this chain for years, but this hotel did not return. If frequent customers treat them like that, what service do they give to sporadics? …

Good service just did not know what a face cloth was when the sign in the bathroom sasid they provided them.

I'm a IHG Spire Elite member, so I was looking for a centrally located hotel in Paris. Started off with a 2 night stay and ending up staying all of our 5 nights at this location for our Honeymoon. Steeve was great help, also. Thanks.

Deceitful management, preying on tourists with small children We initially booked two interconnecting rooms, which was advertised as two rooms adjacent to each other in our confirmation booking. On arrival, we learned that this was actually four rooms, on separate floors. With four children with ages ranging from an infant to a six year old, it is unacceptable to have preschool age children to sleep in alone in a hotel room, yet this was what the management expected. Upon learning this, I called IHG customer service in the USA who called the management in Paris to fix this, however the management refused to accommodate us and still charged us for four rooms for three adults and four children. Again, even if three adults stayed in a separate room with one child, that would still leave one child, under six years of age to sleep by himself in his own room, in a foreign country in which he does not speak the native vernacular. Without any choice, we stayed at the hotel with four rooms. We spoke to the night manager who empathized with our situation and agreed to refund us one room for one night. This room that we gave up was rented out the next night. Upon check out, the management refused to credit us one night in this room although we did not have access to this room as it was rented out to another party. We tried to resolve this issue, however the management at the Holiday Inn in Paris refused to discuss this further.

Smaller hotel, smaller room, not but definitely enough room for two people. Second floor is a bit loud with street noise, but it didn't bother us too much. Front desk staff, literally all of them, were extremely nice and accommodating. Really appreciated their service attitudes and conversation. Was here with my husband for our honeymoon and while I would not say the hotel is overly romantic, it was very centrally located and easy access to everything. P. S. Dangerously close to the Eric Kayser Patisserie on the corner. Yum!

Perfect location, kind and helpful personnel, reasonable price!

Well furnished rooms, good central yet relqtively quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff with good english. Nice selection for breakfast.

Breakfast is good and varied. Some progress to make for a warmer welcome.

Great location in the 8th, modern decor and very comfortable beds. Very good service.
Maybe a little noisy if you are on the street… But nothing unbearable: we're in Paris after all. Attention: Very variable Rates!

Friendly and welcoming staff and great location. Walking distance from the metro and walking distance from the champs d'elysees.

I give them 1 star for location — it's very central. 1 star for cleanliness — very clean. 1 star for friendliness — very friendly. 1 star for one of the staff who tried hard and followed through. They lose a star cause shower wasn't working in one of our interconnecting rooms (it's was the bigger shower — the other one was ridiculously small) and the light in the shower as well. They lose the star because when we told the staff member on duty he didn't follow through and the. The next day nothing was done and nobody knew nothing.

Service really poor! We've had bad experience and will never come back.

Overall this was a nice hotel. The rooms are small compared to any US hotel but we expected that. We are a family of five. When we went to Paris my kids were 3, 10 and 12. We ended up getting two rooms here. The manager still said that we should have reserved three rooms because of the occupancy rules in Paris. We had one room with a queen bed and another with two singles. We were able to sleep comfortably. After some "discussion" the manager decided to charge me an extra 15 Euros per night because we had one too many people, instead of making me get another room. There was no way that I was putting any of my kids in a room by themselves without an adult in this city. It was ridiculous. Paris is definitely not kid friendly as far as accommodations go. We travel all the time in the US and never have a problem getting a room to accommodate all five of us at a Hyatt or Marriot, even in big cities. Even in London England we stayed at the Marriott Maida Vale and it was a huge room and accommodated all of us. The Maide Vale is an awesome hotel. Parisians should come to the US and see how hotels are really done. I doubt that we would ever go back to Paris as a family.

Far too expensive compared to the delivery.

Charming hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer, they gave us a lot of information and good service. The location was wonderful. Short walk to the presidential palace, which meant every corner had a policeman on it, great for walking late at night, close to the subway, close to the Champs Elysees. The room was small compared to an American Holiday inn, but well appointed.

The staff of the hotel although limited is very pro-active, friendly and seeks to actually help the host. The facilities are very clean and pretty practices; the cost of breakfast in Aug 09 was 18 euros, that is somewhat high for what they offer; However, they have a small mini-market across from the hotel that the owner of this kept open until 11 pm; which is extremely convenient. The best of the hotel is its location. 10 minutes walk from the Champs-Elysées and mere 200 Miromesnil metro station mts from the hotel door; which takes you directly to Trocadero station. Without thinking I would stay at this hotel.
