Just beautiful a warm and friendly welcome.

Cannot recommend Fraser Suites enough, not just for the amazing location but the beautifully decorated suites and they have thought of everything you could possibly need in their serviced apartment, the kitchen is a proper kitchen not a tiny kitchenette like most other serviced apartments I have stayed at. Attention to detail and all your needs taken care of even under these terrible circumstances, super clean apartments. We can highly recommend Fraser suites ❤️

One of the worst hotel experience ever in my life. We stayed between December 31, 2019 and January 2, 2020 and for the second time between January 3, 2020 and January 5, 2020. They grouped this as one booking and would not let us cancel the second booking without penalty if we didn't cancel by December 28, 2019. There was no service and they need to improve on cleanliness. We stayed two separate times two nights each. The first time the room reeked of cigarette smell even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We got another room on the second night after a duress. I was told a manager will contact us but no one contacted us. The second time we noticed that the ashtray in the balcony wasn't cleaned and was full of cigarette butts. It was also with pretty long stairs with bathroom upstairs. As we were with our 70 year old mom who has bad knees we asked if they can give us a different room. When my sister called the front desk to request a different room, the receptionist was rude and not helpful. When we went to the reception to talk directly, he was antagonistic. My sister got upset and raised her voice, and instead of trying to calm us down, the receptionist, Stellio, raised his voice also and called us crazy and threatened us to call security. We finally got two separate rooms for the night with a help of another staff but cheaper rooms compared to what we initially paid for, I believe.

Very friendly staff. We stayed 7 nights and free laundry facility was fantastic. Of course breakfast was very nice. Location is perfect. I recommend every to stay this hotel.

Nice and quiet hotel. The breakfast is basic and odd but serves the purpose.

Perfect suites, neat and quite But can you imagine, they wake you up at 1AM because the guest above complained about noises. Their excuses, it's an investigation…! They can hear the noise from outside without knocking on door and ringing bells… right?!

Great location with an excellent and attentive staff. The rooms are lovely Every detail is carefully thought out. We look forward to our next visit! we were seen to quickly by a lovely helpful member of staff who happily answered all our questions. We were staying in 4 suites room A 210, A211, A301 and A 310 which were clean and nicely laid out. The air conditioning was lovely after a hot day it’s made for a lovely night’s sleep. The bathroom had a bath with a shower and shatafa provided for Muslim people which was nice. At breakfast we were met by a friendly gentleman (unfortunately I can’t recall his name) who showed us to our table and regularly checked we were ok and didn’t need anything else. I really appreciated this once. Breakfast was lovely and had a wide selection which was replenished often. Check out was easy and again I found the member of staff front desk to be helpful and friendly. Also the bill boy’s were helpful and friendly and most of them can speak Arabic. Very bad experience we walked into this hotel just for a drink we were not aware that there was no bar we sat a few seconds on the seats in the lobby there was someone from the hotel who arrived and who threw us like bad clean out I'm really very disappointed and really it's very rude on his part I advise this hotel keenly they are not at all commercial and if they are like that with people who would have wanted to buy a room if the hotel would have us more I can't even imagine how they are with people who have a room plus we were counting there going there as a family to go for breakfast in the hotel but given this very bad experience we they will not return.

We all loved our time there. The staff were very helpful and especially for myself in a wheelchair.

Location is very convenient, sorry is the doorman cold, wait half a day to open the door, has humiliated the five-star hotel logo!

That view from the windows facing champs-élysées is alone worth the stay for me. Breakfast is amazing, place is awesome.

Third time in Paris and so glad we chose Fraser Suites Le Claridge this time. Superb location, right in the heart of Champs Elysees. Lobby and rooms are clean and well kept. Most importantly the staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. From the doormen, housekeeping, front desk staff to management. Special recognition to sweet Moeva at the Front Desk, Suad at the breakfast area and Ms. Louise Petrakis Operations Manager. Because of their excellent customer services skills and the location of this hotel, we will not stay anywhere else next time we visit Paris. Merci beacoup!

I just checked out today. Excellent location. On one of the most beautiful
avenues in the world. Professional and courteous staff. Good breakfast. Close to the Arc de Triomphe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of taxis available. Comfortable bed. Fantastic view. Bathroom amenities by l’occitane. I just love their products. Recommended. Five star.

Excellent hotel, location, view, staff, suites and services.

Great location, but pretty useless and excessively slow room-service… a few hours and several reminder telephone calls necessary to get a few cans of soft drinks …

Nice Hotel in the middle of Champs Elysee.

Good location and price. Service was excellent and they gave us Suite upgrade for free even though we came here in early July (tourism season). They also gave us free cell phone to use during our stay worh unlimited local and international calls (to selected countries) and unlimited 4G mobile data (all free)! Rooms are classy because the hotel is over 100 years old. However, it does have modern TV and other technologies.

At the heart of the main Parisian street with all the comforts available, quiet and excellent.

Fantastic location staff reasonably helpfull although we did have a problem which wasnt really resolved with neighbours playing loud music and clearly having a party. When mentioned to reception staff they said they couldnt do anything as they had a do not disturb sign on the door!. Water was off on our last day which wasnt great so no shower or washing facilities. But wouldnt let it put me off as was clean enough rooms were big also.

High-end hotel residence in the heart of Paris.

The location was premiere for us to ring in the New Year on the Champs-Elyseéz… we walked 50m and had the best view possible. The staff is amazingly courteous and super helpful. The suite was massive and always clean. I can't comment on the food since we never eat at the hotel, ventured out to the local eateries for all our meals. There is a local market right around the corner open till midnight. I definitely recommend this hotel and we are planning our future summer visit. Two shortfalls, 1) No bar… however wine and beers are available and local restaurants do deliver to your room, and 2) the area is not very pet friendly… we had a hard time finding turf for our lil dog to do her thing.

Great location, helpful staff. Rooms need general "facelift" with dated paint and tile work.

Here to go out shopping super convenient, without sitting a lot of car for a long time to go shopping, and live in a small apartment, and still can, we all listen for an enjoyable stay, whether it is equipment or a service is worth to experience, we can go to Paris if you happen to come here to experience it, very good.

We give it 5 stars great location very professional and friendly service good breakfast and very reasonable price. We really recommend it if you ever visit Paris. You will enjoy this hotel is in the center of the Champs Élysées.
I recommend you try L'alsace restaurant if you like sea food and great escargots for very good price.

Its one of the worst place I have been ever, showing no respect to their client … no spirit of service in the team. Careless managment. Poor cleaning. Too too much expensive… it doesn't worth more than 200 USD or 150 Eur not even 1 cent … most of the staff cannot help you … no corporations at all. Even they don't deliver the luggage to your room.

Clean, close to a grocery store, convenient small kitchen. Service consistent with price.

The claridge of the champs Elysées hotel is a good hotel very well situate, service is good though but rest be improve, breakfast diversify it is a great pity. I recommend it even if there is some changing to do.
