Amazing hotel and incredible service, ideally located at the heart of Paris very close to the tour Eiffel. A great attention to details at every level and very helpful staff, highly recommended!

Fantastic food, lovely rooms with huge comfy beds, staff are fantastic what more could you ask for on your break to the city of love.

You probably should work on some issues. I never stayed in this hotel or visited it in person. My review is regarding a job application that I sent directly to their email address. Instead of reading it and replying like a normal business would do, they blocked my email address (? ) If this is an example of what your customer service looks like then I'm glad not to work with you.

Hotel was great and centralized. Clean and accommodation for baby needa. Helpful staff before and during stay.

Very good hotel, clean, professional team, easy to get the important places, triumphal arch, Eiffel Tower we loved, give a Jps to use outside the hotel, the room very clean and the staff is very good.

Checked out of a hotel horror and into this amazing hotel. The staff were excellent and bilingual after explaining our situation with the previous hotel (pavilion Villie) and showing the photos of the hotel conditions they updated us to their best room. Great location late night cafes on the street and a 15 minute wake to the tower! I feel like booking with them saved the vacation.

Great location, Nuxe bath products, AC, elevator and thoughtfully designed rooms. Mini bar with free water, soda and OJ. Will happily stay there again next time I am in Paris.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredible and the rooms were great. And the cherry on top they have a cellphone guest can use outside the hotel it comes with every room for maps etc! Recommend it.

The rooms are clean and efficient, beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are up to date and fits sized. Depending on where your room is it may be noisy from the street traffic. Location is perfect for exploring Paris. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel in the heart of Paris. Only few minutes away from the Eiffel tower and very short distance from the "Les Invalides". The staff was very nice and helpful. Like most of this type of hotels, the rooms tend to be on the smaller side compared to the US but definitely better than many other ones I have been to in Europe. The hotel is well kept and the rooms are well furnished and decorated. The breakfast is good and love you can order good omelette. Heard one colleague complain of the noise from the pub next door when you are on the street side. The other one was at the bar and enjoyed it. Ironic, so if you want to sleep and not party ask for the inside rooms.

Lovely hotel in a great area. Room was small but that was expected. It was clean and the service was great.

I was double charged for my stay. Once when I booked through booking com and then again at check in via a credit card. It is now over a week later and I am still to be refunded. I have contacted this hotel numerous times via email with no response. Very Unsatisfactory! UPDATE: I am pleased to say that I have now been rebated for my overcharge after two weeks of no response from the hotel I made contact via the Facebook page and received an email and the money was rebated 48 hours later. I have also been offered an upgrade for my next stay in the hotel as an offer of goodwill. Being here in Australia, it may be some years but do hope to return to Paris one day.

The hotel is dated, but makes up for it with great staff and wonderful location. There are several boulangeries, patiseries, bars, and restaurants within steps. You can also see the Eiffel Tower right outside the hotel and even in some of the rooms. Definitely considering another stay here during my next visit.

Awesome location for a 4 day stay in Paris. Walkable to numerous different sites and neighborhoods. Great staff at the front desk answered several questions for us and helped us obtain adapters for our electronic devices. The breakfast each morning was very solid as well. On the down side, the room itself is quite small and does not provide the most comfortable sleeping arrangements. The end of the bed cleared the opposite wall by only about 12 inches and the room was quite warm at night with only a heavy duvet and no bed sheet. We could not open a window to cool off due to the loud street noise just outside the window. Overall, we can recommend this hotel for a short stay in Paris but we will probably seek a larger room if we were to return.

Great little boutique hotel in the center of 7th. Conveniently located within a very nice part of Paris, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Lots of good pubs and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. Very nice courtyard which is beautiful during summer to enjoy a cup of coffee there.

What a gem of a hotel! For those of you who are also wheelchair users this hotel in Paris is accessible! Nothing not to like here, friendly welcoming staff, lovely room with walk in shower room, bathrobes and slippers too! We would definitely return and recommend without hesitation. Thank you for making our short visit a very pleasant one.

Very close to the metro, and many of the Paris attractions. The staff has been excellent, the rooms are clean and very nice. It is super cute! You can see the Eiffel tower from the front entrance!

The room extremely small, so small that there was no room to walk to the bathroom from the left side of the room as the bed was blocking the way. I literally had to wake up my husband to roll to the other side of the bed to use the bathroom at night. I will never stay there and will not recommend anyone to stay there either. Worst hotel I have ever stayed with the nightly rate as high as a five star hotel.

Well it nice and beautiful place to stay specially if like walk in Paris it's around 20 minutes from Av. Des Champs-Élysées and around 15 minutes in Eiffel Tower just walk. The location surrounding with everything you needed such as bar food restaurant shop and supermarket and so on. Quiet place not noisy. Front of the hotel Irish pub. The room it is enough for mix 2 persons and bathrooms its good with shower and also bathtub. The reception is amazing with nice welcoming every time. And the good things for me they allow me to chick in early at around 1130 am I must stay Merci beaucoup Well I recommend if you need to ba a little away from Champs.

It is a great little boutique hotel. Great service and very unique style. The beds are absolutely comfortable, I didn't want to get up each morning. Try the cafe next door, the croissants are AMAZING! Will be back.

The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The rooms are, by American standards, small, but well appointed. The breakfast was good as well. The location was perfect, close to many amenties on a quiet street. Highly reccomended!

I stayed here recently from July 2017 for 4 nights and although a great location. Here the Pro's and Con's Pro — 1) Refurbished and great location. 2) 'Many places to eat close by the decent Indian place around the corner 3) Ho Hum breakfast but they are many items on a small menu for made to order but go missed as it would create more work for the staff as most people think it only the small buffet… I ordered eggs and beacon. Con's — 1) Avoid the terrace rooms as the windows look right into the rooms from outside thus the curtains need to closed all the time not to mention noise at night. 2) Mixed info from the front desk. 1 guy claimed $80 to airport cash only and I paid $55 on Amex to a taxi not Uber.

This is hotel is clean, comfortable, and as an overall positive asthetic. The staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. This is an excellent establishment. Storage space is limited but, every feasible accommodation has been provided. Simply, don't expect any excess space, only essential space. The courtyard area is especially wonderful.

Delightful hotel close to all the places that matter! I stayed here in September 2015; very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Breakfast could have been better, but with so many options all around, it really is not an issue. Great value for money!

My daughter and I stayed at this charming hotel in May 2014. The staff was so welcoming and kind! The location is perfect, we were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower just 12 min away. Plus metro, shopping and wonderful pastry shops and bistros. The rooms were clean, inviting and very comfortable.

Great location. Quaint, quiet, and clean. Nice warm room in October, good shower. Bed not so great.
