Good location but small old hotel I had a double room which was the largest on in the hotel in the 6th floor. The door has an electronic key but the door can be opened easily by just pushing the door We informed the receptionist. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We arrived in the evening after a long day, and I was not ordenanda the room or replaced the towels.

Nice reception service! Quick, efficient and could handle French and English! Good bed and room!

The reception is very nice designed. The staff is very friendly and it is also possible to negotiate the prices, for a longer stay. Where 80 euros are already top for one night in Paris. The location is really great and you can get there quickly everywhere. In the surrounding area there are many restaurants for every taste. For a short trip to France/Paris it is perfect. 4 stations only from Gare de l'est and within easy reach of the hotel.

The location is very good and the personal was friendly. You can get to many attraction be feet within 10 minutes. Room was small but clean and the air conditioner worked well. When we were at the Airport ORLY I realized I forgot my ring in the hotel room. But time was short and I couldn't go back. The stuff was very friendly and helpfully on phone and e-mail. They contacted me immediately after they have found the ring when they cleaned up the room. They sent the ring then by UPS to my home address. Thanks again!

The location was good and the breakfast was great.

Well-located in a quite road off avenue d'Opera. The rooms are quite clean, but very small though and the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well especially on the 5th floor.

As an American the room originally felt small, but I quickly realized most American hotel rooms have a lot of excess space. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable enough, and overall the stay was pleasant. My only complaint would be that with the lack of an air conditioner the room can get quite hot. You will have to open the window at night and listen to the buzz of mopeds, rumble of trucks, and other noises all night long. It can be difficult for light sleepers.

The hotel is situated just off a perfect little square with a boulangerie, two restaurants and a little bar. A main Metro station, l'Opera and is about 10 minutes walk to the Louvre. Nearby, top class shops such as Cartier, Rolex are in the Vendome square. The room we had was clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were friendly and polite.
