Overall stay and experience at the hotel was great except for few things lacking here and there. Check-in was swift and efficient by the hotel staff, really appreciated that the room was available for early morning check-in. Lobby smelled really lovely and relaxing, perhaps welcome drinks for checking in guests would be a nice touch to the whole cozy experience especially after the long tiring ride from the airport caught up in the morning Paris traffic! In terms of the room, quite surprised and a bit let down that the Junior Suite (311) we stayed doesn't even provide the basic tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We have stayed many hotels round the world and never came across a room without such facility. The heated towel rack installed in the bathroom doesn't seem to function, when checked with the housekeeping maid on duty, she doesn't have any idea how to operate it either so we didn't bother with it for the whole stay. Air-conditioning doesn't work as well as it should, with maximum fan blowing, the air was blowing weakly and wasn't cold enough. We resorted to opening the windows to get better air circulation and cooler air from outside. Besides that, bed was super comfortable and room beautifully presented as per advertised. Breakfast spread was not extensive but love that we could order any eggs and served hot. Only wish there's more fresh fruits available as it was always running out. Had dinner at the hotel's Michelin star restaurant and we enjoyed the food very much! Would consider staying again!
