Very friendly and helpful staff. On the other hand no soundproofing, we hear perfectly the conversations of the neighbors and the breakfast is very small (but for €8 therefore coherent)

5-7 minutes walk to 2 metro stations. McD and some cafes are in this quiet neighborhood. Feels so Parisiens!

Best value for money for a hotel in the center. Nice staff and reasonably comfortable room. No problem with soundproofing.

Old-fashioned Hotel and far from the center to reach the most interesting places you take two metros with considerable loss of time.

Nice small affordable hotel — although with few stars but clean, in a good location in the middle of Paris.

Room correct for the price, a little bit and some stuff would be to change like the shower or the Windows handles.
On the other hand the reception is really at the top, I was received in a very warm way and I will return without hesitation.

In general, good deal, price, etc the only thing missing is better heating.

The rating of this Hotel is 2/10. Clean leaves to be desired. Goblet plastic hard ds the infected bathroom, that this was made at the reception because unusable. Carpet dirty, no heating in my room, double glazing, windows are moldy. Not d soundproofing between rooms. I n definitely not!

Having to give the key to his room on the way out is too annoying.

The subway past just below and can be disturbing if you have light sleep.

The room was very clean, everything was as described, the hold on my reservation even knowing I had a flight problem, and next morning I had to leave very quick cause I work meeting and o forgot a few things on the room and they called me to aware me. Was very nice. Loved it. Totally coming back next time in Paris!

Fuori centro anche se vicino alla stazione, hotel sporco, abbiamo trovato Delle blatte in camera, e colazione misera. Personale cordiale.

A friendly welcome, a nice location, close to a subway, a rather quiet hotel, clean rooms but a little dated, an honest Wi-Fi of interesting TV channels and a standard breakfast … Has a very interesting rate for Paris!

For its category it is the Top.

Location is nice, very easy with the metro. We went for a picnic in the park which is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Hotel itself is a little loud and the rooms were depressing.

OK but nothing more.
The room I had was great, but the downright tiny for me who am a little big bathroom it's not practical.
More I was a little bothered by the noise of a fan or something of the sort which crossed the wall of my room.
For the price it is a bit expensive.

We stayed one night, the 31/12 to 01/01/13! What a disappointment!
When it comes to relay for one night € 93 we could expect better as between the dirty bedspread, bathroom where we were wondering if it has been cleaned (hair glued on the door, wall, stained, attached the sink that peeling, shower head that does not. ), the lack of soundproofing (you can hear everything! mobile people in the next room sounds as if he were in your! ) When people walk, looks like they're talking as if they were in your room, the noise are not people passing in the hallway, the sirens of the fire department. ). Only nice points: hotel has 200 m from the metro and the staff helpful.
