Non functional air conditioning, bad smell from the room, troubling fridge plug, rude staffs, licking bathroom.

Friendly staff, AVC parking just a few places but free. Breakfast buffet with good products. Very close to Metro station.

Good Hotel clean Welcome super nice especially in the day this gentleman breathes the joy of living and available for all the information thank you I take it back if I return to Paris.

Spent a couple of nights here and would admit that our stay was nice. Friendly people behind the reception desk. Although we arrived quite late in the night (around 11) and tired, the warm smile of the gentleman refreshed us greatly. Would definitely recommend it!

Great if you are passing through Paris or for a weekend.

Clean and simple, the staff is very friendly, the towels are changed every day. Breakfast is a well-stocked buffet for 8, €5. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room which is very convenient. Canal + on TV.

Very difficult to assess. We are in Paris so it is expensive and not very spacious. However, no problem of cleanliness. I'm not saquerai. If you are taking a room for two, expect Formula One. Tip: Take the room to 120 euros.

Great location (Metro…) very lively street and Avenue, restaurant and Boutique…, super friendly staff from day to night. Clean rooms, TV and Canal +, Bein Sport would be a plus not negligible! I work in the vicinity, I will certainly not hesitate to return.

I love the restaurant Trema which is located on the ground floor of the hotel I go regularly because I work on the side. The manager is super nice The map has only a few dishes but they are excellent. A real coup de coeur.

I wish had picture of this place but I don't need them, they're just as you see on their website. Lovely rooms that are great for their Paris and for Paris. Located in crime, 10 second walk to the metro which takes you all over Paris and only 10 minutes to gare du nord. The whole road is filled with restaurants, supermarkets and banks — everything you need by the hotels doorstep. The rooms were a bit dusty everywhere but for a three star hotel they deserve 5 stars. It had a large tv, rooms really are sound proof as my cousins were in the room next door and I couldn't hear a thing. The staff is extremely lovely and helped us with our things, our luggage and getting around Paris. The were 3 flights of stairs which is the tiniest stuggle of you have a quite a bit of luggage, little arm strength or if you've just come back from a bar and are suffering from severe drunkenness. Thank you for having us!

Good friendly service, clean rooms, good beds, but rooms are dated and smell of smoke (from old times I guess, but nevertheless smell is quite strong)

This hotel is in a very good location well situated close to Metro station. Staff very friendly and breakfast well worth the additional expense. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working for our stay which stopped us sleeping well at night. I would stay here again.

Excellent in all respects and very well situated!

The price is a bit too high for the quality of the service, but the hotel is correct. The room is clean, the breakfast was good. The location is OK, but it isn't in the nicest neighborhood. It is an ideal hotel if you are in town. You'll be quiet.

Excellent service, that will be perfect if a magnetic key card could replace the traditional keys for door locking & opening.
