Nice clean hotel. Rooms are small. Located in the immigrant community of Paris. Metro close.

Nice breakfast. The room is small but satisfatory for the price. The family's room there real beds instead sofá beds. I really recommended to trip with families a fair price.

Very friendly and helpful, room quiet and clean, reasonably priced.

We liked this hotel for our short stay in Paris. Good value for money for a family room, good and inexpensive breakfast and a short distance to a Metro station. We enjoyed it.

I know B&B for a long time. The room was clean but the the room facilities was very modest. The breakfast can only limited recommend. Croissants are good, Omelet is made from egg powder, tea and coffee are inedible. As it is very difficult to find a parking space around the hotel, I parked in the underground car park. Unfortunately, at each entrance first at the front desk to announce someone opens the gate.

We (a couple) only used the hotel room at the start and end of each day as we were exploring Paris during the day, however the room was more than satisfactory: the bed was very large and very comfortable; the room wasn't huge but there was definitely sufficient space; the shower was nice; the USB socket in the room was a nice convenient touch. The location was far out from most attractions which were closer towards the centre of Paris, however, the metro is quite simple to navigate and the closest stop is less than a 5 minute straight walk away. The area around is a different side of Paris than what most people would expect, rough, but that's life. The cost of our stay was respectably affordable.

The hotel is decent, unfortunately the neighborhood in which it is located is less. I was paid a tourist tax of €1 when it was to be only 85 cents. The housekeeper knocked out at 8:00 am while we were still sleeping and we heard music all night coming from the next room. There was also a strong smell of tobacco when we arrived. Stay more or less pleasant but I would not come back to this hotel again.

Poorly heated toilet room under the cold reception sink in the morning and expensive for a hotel.

The room was clean but very small even by European standards. The view from the smallish 9th floor window made the room feel less claustrophobic. The service was courteous overall. The neighborhood felt sketchy and it was far from the center of Paris but the metro is close. I was never able to log my laptop to their Wi-Fi. But it only cost us 50€ for the room, 6€ for breakfast and 8€ for parking when you book online.

Quiet Hotel Despite the proximity of the ring road. Nice reception, very clean rooms, private parking, 2 minutes from the Metro, located 5 minutes from Parc de la Villette (the City of Sciences), many restaurants next to the hotel.

Basic, clean and a buffet (all you can eat brekky). You get what you pay for. You can walk to Paris Central 45min/hour if you fancie some scenery or get the metro, which is of course quicker.

Hotel is just ok, it's near the station, shops around but very very busy place. Hotel bathroom is very small, staff are good but only the Romania lady is not great when I asked her to give me the clear towels … she refused to give me one, she replied you need to wait for her colleague… we re-used the dirty one because we were going out.

Very unfriendly and unprepared staff at the front desk. Unfortunately, when booking something wrong no one unfortunately speaks English sensibly. Room is very dusted. Dirty bed-varnishing and a bloody shower curtain, windows clamped, a chain to make the window safe from burglary is broken. So for £100am the night and a b & b hotel I expected more.

The door of the room does not close. The water faucet does not work. The non-smoking room reeks of tobacco. The rooms are not so noisy. The shower room is tiny.
The furniture and furnishings are in keeping with the other hotels in the group.
To be absolutely disadvised.

It is a little bit away from the tourist area but not a bad hotel, it is in good condition, the rooms are a little small but it works well to rest, apart from having breakfast.

Hotel with good value for money. Good cleanliness, smells very good household products. Good breakfast with good choices.
Small flat The remote control was not working remotely but nothing dramatic.

One person came to knock in the night (1h in the Morning) in the next room to mine, saying "i have the money, open, I have the €1500". The men then indoors counted the money in order to carry out an exchange with their buyer. It was certainly not a legal activity.
In addition to waking me up, they didn't make me feel safe at this hotel. It's a pity because everything else was consistent, the service was up to my expectations and I was able to receive a good Welcome.
But honestly, it "sucks" to pay for a hotel room to hear dealers talking all night. I have often been entitled to couples who are having sex, but I can not blame them, after all they say that hotels are made for this, but for this case, I did not feel safe at all, I was even afraid to take a stray ball if ever The transaction was not going well between these men…
This is really not a story that I would like to live Again.
Pay for not feeling Safe. I would have liked to be reimbursed for having experienced this kind of experience.

Very convenient hotel to visit Paris. Parking is possible to park the car. The family room is good, but you can hear a little traffic. It's Paris!

Welcome the staff to the top. The manager we find a solution while we arrive late and without reservation. The room is clean and totally functional. However it is necessary to book in advance a hotel room as it is located in an area where many pro lounges are organized. Very good value for money.

Clean hotel, affordable price. The neighborhood is not very friendly and we were a little afraid to walk during evening time. If you choose it, don't go down at Pantin train station, even if the map app directs you there. It is very far from the hotel and you have to walk in a not very friendly neighborhood. Always choose bus or metro station, which are pretty close. Breakfast is kind of poor — only continental. As protein option you have only scarmbled eggs and yougurt. Plus there are no fruits like apples or bananas. The receptionist was very friendly and even if we arrive early, before 12, our room was ready and we didn't have to wait. The double room was a bit small and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Like a 4 star hotel. We got a room on the top floor, with quite nice views. It's kinda noisy if you are not used to it. And the neighborhood is rather unsettling at night. Otherwise the Wi-Fi is very good, air conditioning not working (did not need it anyway). Staff friendly. Overall experience 9/10

Good service, but some defects in the room.

The place was under construction when we got there. The room was a bit small: the ceiling was a bit low. The curtains of the bathroom were dirty, like burnt. However, the sheets looked clean. It was far away from the city center, but the metro station was close.

Do not stay here. I stayed here with my girlfirend for three nights. The room smelt like an ashtray which somebody had urinated in, the lights were faulty, broken bedside table, esentials such as soap are not supplied, aircon is noisy. The picutre which we viewed on the website did not meet its expectations, it was quite cropped. The surrounding area is EXTREMELY uncomfortable (especially for women), however I am a young male adult and even I felt intimidated.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was nothing as shown in photos. When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and urine. The room itself was very small. The lights were faulty, some didn't even work at all. Our furniture had been noticeabley glued back together poorly after being broken. But worst of all the surrounding area, was dreadful. I myself am a female, if I could rate how uncomfortable it was to walk near the hotel, it would a 10/10. I strongly recommend you find a nicer area of Paris due to the accomodation and location ruining your holiday.

The only plus of this hotel is the nice reception service. All the rest is a terrible, the rooms have nothing to do with advertising. Small rooms with mold and mushroom in the bathrooms. Service in the dining room rude, breakfast terrible. The hotel surroundings are dangerous and ugly. I do not recommend.

I stayed in the lobby. I wasn't sleeping but for a two star hotel, I found it very dirty. Neighborhood sleazy…

The district of crap, you can't mount a shelf small dej in the room. Otherwise well clean, quiet (if you request side of quiet).

Hotel in very good price, but attention to the noise.

The hotel is in a residential area noisy (Honking the night, etc). The door to our room had a problem and we had to ask each time to the reception to come and open it because, despite the good code it would not open. We had to eat our meals in the hallway and wait for someone to come and open us. Parking "secure", in which we may ultimately enter in code. I do really recommend this hotel (but I am used to the b&b).

Hotel located in a popular area living and often very noisy, easily accessible via public transport. The home is pleasant and professional. The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is clean respecting the basic hygiene rules.
Good value for money.

The hotel has a good location, not far from the hotel is a metro station. The rooms are small but nice. Unfortunately the breakfast was not so good as the offer was very limited and the Rüherei and bacon were cold.

It was located in what had to be the ghetto area of Paris. I had no problems with the room or service other than the man at the desk saying I needed to pay for the room even tho I'd already paid. I was happy with the hotel in all.

Great and the peouple are professionel. The room it, s ok for the price and on the streetcorner sale many peouple gadget and more for ascending… 5 Stars gith we, The Breakfasttime to little länger for easy and chill eating for the privat egg on the table… lg zander.

What goes out at breakfast is not replaced. Even on the 6th floor, the road traffic is as clear as if the window were open.

Great first place to stop off for Paris. Little far out but the price compares. Rooms are compact. Lovely clean facility and helpful staff. Great for those on a budget and who know the metro.

The contingent is terrible. Little town. It smells like cigarettes and chemistry in the room. The Internet is normal, free, but not in all rooms.
