How can a hotel cancel a booking 4 hours before you arrive! Horrible hotel staff! Manageress is an absolute inconsiderate selfish woman! She does not care that you have no where else to go. She just cancels booking! And oh, it’s her right to cancel the booking!

Small rooms, no Aircon, very small bathrooms, few power points. Two star at best. Staff helpful. I think it's trying to be 'boutique' but failing. The area is at best dubious. Lots of police about and a 'trouble brewing' atmosphere outside. Lots of refugees about.

Small room, mini bathroom (beware of showers! They're high! ), the comfortable bed, flat screen TV only with French channels, the worst the area where it is located, after dinner we had to go to the hotel by taxi as it is not very safe to go around at night walking.

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly staf. Rooms are bit smal. Shower can have an upgrade. I die not feel very comfortabel in the neigborhood walking towards metrostation.

Location is fine, 3 metrostations at walking distance. The hotel room is a little small but clean. The hotel itself is beautifull and the breakfast is good.

It was hard finding the hotel since the GPS showed a block up. And since there wasn't a parking place in the street it was a struggle getting there. A sign with *hotel* out in the street could help or a call to Google to change so the coardinats are right. But it was a lovely hotel. Good if you don't drive, since it's near public traffic and is horrible to get to by car.

I have stayed here many times for 1-2 nights. Very friendly staff. Coffee and tea in the room. The rooms are good but small, but works great if you need a place to rest and store your things! They have a vending machine with coffee and soda in the reception. They can keep your luggage for a small fee after check out. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Cousy small back yard where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Many stores just outside the door to buy a beer or a bottle of wine.

Not far from the North and East railway station. Easy access to public transportation.

Staff could have been friendlier, otherwise everything clean, unfortunately we had Flea Bites on our bodies everywhere after our Stay.

Very friendly staff, clean room, however, very small and bathroom’s the size of a closet. Breakfast is only ok. The location of the hotel isn’t great and don’t expect beautiful scenarie or that romantic french feeling you’ve come for. It is however closely connected to the metro station and you get fast and easily around. Sadly, the streets surrounding the hotel are filled with cars, people and noise in general. This is constant — also during the night — and in summer days, it’s impossible to sleep without the windows opened… and then you’ll have the noise instead. Didn’t hate my stay but I also wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed 2 days in the hotel. We passed over a misunderstanding regarding the booking but overall a very pleasant stay.

Nothing more to say, I stay there every 15 days and it's TJS a very good time.

Lack of air conditioning, room of the 5th very hot much noise related to the work of the 6th. Why not close the 5th floor.
Small room, a chair for 2 the housekeeping made the afternoon prevented from being able to rest.

Small hotel with a style so British friendly located in a popular area, the hotel has no private parking 15 minutes walk to Montmartre Absolute discovery of the district Barbès otherwise the taxi will cost you €10 of beards at the hotel wide choice in the small Breakfast the bathrooms are very very very rikiki in wholesale must not exceed 90 kg.

A good hotel, apart from its geographical location (a little far from the central districts and in a rather popular area but it remains anecdotal). The rooms are clean, the quality bedding and the double bed is really double (180cm and not a simple 140 see 120 in some other establishments), the room space is certe a limited but quite functional. The bathroom/toilet is on the other hand a little small but remains clean. The value for money is quite suitable.
For my part I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel — great value for money — clean — the staff all very friendly and very professional to beautiful penalizes the area and the attendance that surrounds it.

We love the Bellevue Hotel, well placed, for its welcome and the quality of the services, well soundproofed despite the environment.

The only comments would be on the (phonic) insulation of the rooms, we hear very well the adjoining rooms, and the bedding suits me very well but may not be flat/firm enough to the tastes of some. Otherwise it was perfect.

We spent a weekend in the Hotel it was great very clean, although the bathrooms need upgraded, but were informed that is in progress. The staff were amazing, helpful friendly, you would have to go far to reach there standers, the only problem is that the area round about is a disappointment.

Very good stay, lovely welcome. On the other hand, breakfast is fine but 13 euros is way too expensive! Luckily I had enjoyed a good promo on the room price. Otherwise, I wouldn't take it. This is the most expensive breakfast in all of Paris (and I made hotels…) Also, I will hesitate to come back only because of that. Shame…

Clean, lots of hot water, helpful staff, decent sized room and good value. Walls are thin and the neighborhood is going downhill.

Maybe the hotel would have been ok… unfortunately, I cannot judge it because we were told on our arrival that there were problems with the room and that we would therefore get a room at the nearby hotel Farbourg. Hope that the hotel Bellevue is better than the hotel Farbourg… that was quite usual. I can only say to the area… in the evening it was better not to been hanging out alone on the street… that was my feeling.
But I should mention that we were allowed to use the parking for the compensation of the hotel Bellevue free of charge… the staff of the hotel was very friendly and very helpful.

Hotel Perfect compared to the price, clean, well equipped, nice rooms, breakfast good and varied, and especially extremely friendly staff and small care!
I would go back again without hesitation!
Only downside: the neighborhood! But the subway is at 2 min and the taxis are affordable…

Although this hotel is in the outer circle of Paris — we received excellent service from reception. Good value for money.

We stayed here on the Paris leg of our European… the hotel itself was fine. The room a bit small by North American standards but that was fine… it was clean and everything worked. The major issue with this hotel is its location. The area around the hotel gives off this feeling like its a dangerous place… we walked from the train station to the hotel and it was shocking to see hundreds of people just milling around on the street. We were told that they are immigrants and they would not harm us… but it was just a little scary.

Acceptable, not a downtown neighborhood, but your attention is very good.

H3! Sincerely a good welcome with an ideal setting and security at the entrance and exit. Despite part of the neighborhood does not suck trust but that is something else… I arrive with a reservation cancelled but despite I was satisfied with the phone support to the reception… And the charm of the hotel is very friendly.

Nicely presented traditional Parisian hotel. The room isn't huge, but this is the same in most hotels in Paris, certainly within the BP. Bathroom is small, even by Parisian standards. Many other reviewers seem alarmed by the presence of migrants in the local area. This is the situation in Paris right now, there are lots of male migrants of north Africans decent and they tend to hang out together in the streets. During our stay we walked through many such groups with no problems or intimidation. They are people just like you, probably escaping something terrible at home, they didn't come here to hurt you.

Hello, we booked at the last minute this 3 star hotel at a decent price but a huge disillusionment once there. This is absolutely not a 3 star but we congratulate the photographer.

The staff are nice and responsive. The service is at the height of the hotel's offer. The proximity to the hotel of public transport facilitates the travel of the clientele.

Excellent staff and pleasant stay, very nice decorated.

The receptionist was all exceptionally friendly, and would also highlight the comfort of the bed and the excellent breakfast. It is also very close to Montmartre and very well connected by Metro. The only downside would be the size of the room, something small.

Merit upgrades "architectural" orders. The staff is very nice and friendly. For those who do not like the cosmopolitan atmosphere… Me personally I loved. It's safe to be opened… Africa/India/Pakistan.

Hotel describing himself as "accessible to people with reduced mobility" Yes, people… In crutch perhaps. We arrived my companion and me Northern District at 0:00. We booked and were guaranteed by the staff itself that the establishment was adapted. We stayed in front of the 3 steps entrance, and are distributed in the end around 1: 00 in the morning in another hotel MUCH more welcoming and really accessible.

Room, dirty. Area, horrible (near France-Bangladesh funeral services). Light, low and moody.

The hotel room was very noisy. The pillows and the blanket, as well as the carpet was full of stains. Even there was a toilet brush. The "bathroom" was disgusting. Mold not more renovated moved into the cracks on plaster pipes, shower curtain and the whole probably 30 or 40 years. Youth hostels are princely, however, nowadays. Simply just disgusting hotel.

The hotel itself was decent for the price, and the staff was very helpful, most spoke English. The downside to this hotel was the neighborhood. It was in an area that I would not feel safe walking around alone after dark. One night we were awoken to a group of men yelling and fighting outside our window. Close to the metro, but about a 15-20 minute ride to the major sites.
