I love this hotel and highly recommend staying here! It’s in a fabulous location, lovely rooms and wonderful service!

Nice stay with my lover, lovely staff (especially Yann) clean and pretty room, breakfast a little disappointing for a 4 star. But a nice experience in a nice neighborhood.

I don't see why this hotel is classified as 4. The service is not up to scratch (except girl at the front desk) far too many details that are not worthy of a 4-plus for me. Nevertheless, the very proximity of the Sacred Heart is a major asset that reassures tourists passing by.

At the top, welcomes very friendly and professional except the one in the morning! Clean and very pretty room at the foot of the sacred heart. I highly recommend.

It's a very budget hotel. If you are with family then it's not for u.

Great location metro station not a far walk. The reception staff are very helpful they give you a map when you arrive and mark on it things to do. The place to eat on the corner that they recommend was lovley the menu was in French but the waiter did his best to translate for us and the food was delicious. Only negative is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working and the night staff weren't helpful or polite but as soon as the air conditioning was mentioned to reception the following morning we were moved rooms. Can't fault this place in the slightest and will deffinetly be visiting again.

Excellent location, friendly staff who were very accommodating. Very bright and different hotel but we loved it! Breakfast was great too!

Friendly Hotel. A decorative theme that is confusing but so seductive. A special place loyal to the neighborhood. A must see for lovers.

This hotel is definitely not 4*! Rooms are all unclean, worn out, unsafe and nothing like the images they show you. We changed rooms 4 times to try and find one safe and clean enough to stay in. The elevator is just big enough for two people, so if you're claustrophobic or on the bigger size the only other option is a spiral metal staircase which is outside and slippery when wet.
First room they gave us was just about big enough to walk by the side of the bed, the sho…wer was big enough to fit a child in. Myself being pregnant and my partner being muscular had no chance fitting in. So we upgraded to a bigger room which was going to cost 40€ per night. Got to the room and was greeted by stains EVERYWHERE from where previous couples had stayed. On the carpet, on the chairs, on the curtains, on the walls. Mould in the bathroom. The floor trim connecting the bathroom to the carpet wasn't secured down and had nails sticking out of. Glue spring from the wall edging trim. One tiny wardrobe with 3 hangers and a TV with no English channels. We went back down to get our money back to try and find a different hotel, and we're told it wasn't possible. So after seeing another room which were exactly the same, we settled for the 4th which was still unhygienic and not worth the money. The whole hotel was small. Air con rattled and a fan in the bathroom was noisy which meant sleeping was difficult and beds were solid and uncomfortable.

I would give 0 stars if you could! The hotel is a great cheekiness.
The rooms are dirty, I don't want to start from the toilet at all. Even 3 hours heating to 30 degrees does not make the room warmer in the approach or warm first! (Although the room has a felt size of 0, 5 square meters) It's really super disappointing especially when you have a comparison to another hotel from the previous night. I would most like to leave immediately. Absolutely no recommendation. More of a total abrasive if you don't want to borrow your mood.

Nice hotel, nice home and great lunch. It is well positioned compared to Montmartre. But the soundproof view of the rooms and room size, can do better.

Need some serious cleaning. The only positive is the staff. The rooms are small, if you get delux room you will have to go outside the hotel to get to your room. It's noisy and the AC doesn't work properly. Beds are comfy enough, but are you more than size zero you will have a hard time getting into the shower.

Mostly liked. But TV didnt work. No toiletries provided. Wifi was poor. Room small. However, staff were good. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean (some maintenance such as wobbly tap would have improved further) and staff were friendly and helpful. Had alovely break, in a lovely location staying in an ok to good room.

The rooms are very small. The one we got had a broken air-condition and we couldn't sleep with the window open because there was a very loud fan just outside. Decent size bed though and quite comfortable.

Great evening have already come and will return. Only problem: the price of breakfasts for 15 euros there is not enough choice and buffet not always garnishes.
The rooms are superb.

I would like to say I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Merci Sara et Antoinne for their extreme kindness. You made it easy for me to be so far from home. I will never forget you. The rest of the staff were great but I cant remember their names, You know who you are ❤️.

We have booked this hotel to spend a new year's eve in Paris with my partner. Location was excellent, service too and quality/price nothing to say, the only negative point was that we were in lost kisses room and there was hardly to space to walk around the bed and no space to store the suitacases. Anyway will definitely return there again and can recommand the hotel for a nice stay in Paris.

Very nice Hotel, next to the sacred heart. By putting a but, it does not have its own parking facilities.

Our first stay at the hotel in 2014 was so perfect that we are back this year :)
We've never had to deal with a staff so attentive, smiling and caring! The setting is magical too… the decor is very original and celebrates love in every space. The room "Roman and Jean" was idyllic: the warmly decorated, comfortable in every detail and the lighting gives a great vibe to the place… in addition, we to want to learn more about the mythical couple whose images and quotes of love adorn the wall of the room ^^
As for the breakfast, it is also high: the choice, the sweet, the salty, quality products, and the small detail made in "Montmartre my love:" waffles in the shape of a ❤ ^^
In short, this short stay at the hotel was a great time and my boyfriend now knows where to take me to make me a nice surprise! A big thank you again to the hotel staff for their welcome and nice attentions ❤ and soon I hope ^^

At the perfect location at the foot of the Sacre Coeure, alongside a small square with a few cafes servicing the locals and tourists alike. It's a quiet spot but easily walked to from three local metro stations surrounding Monmartre. The hotel itself is small but offers a comprehensive breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are small as with all hotels in Paris but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Any couples looking for a romantic base in Paris should put this one on their short list. I will certainly stay here again.
