Very outdated and gave me the creeps. I immediately found alternative accommodations as soon as I arrived.

Hotel clean, comfortable and well located. Excellent to rest after visiting this beautiful city.

At breakfast there was not much choice and the bathroom of the rooms very small, but to visit Paris and be a few days this great.

Dated! I am amazed at the price of the rooms very high with regard to the services offered. The reception is just correct some days and friendly at other times. Anyway, there's a lot better in the neighborhood.

Low price, good location, clean rooms, good services, old beds.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and is also very close to the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little older but the cleanliness is good. As for quality price is pretty good. My partner and I used it just to sleep.

Basic Hotel but it fulfills function. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast for those who request it. I did not particularly like 2 things: the shower had no bathroom curtain, and the other thing the room always had a fatal tobacco smell! That was pretty nasty.

For 3 stars very good. Metro and bus nearby. In but? Collapse purely. Cleaned every day. Breakfast is quite good. And dry breakfast and sandwiches and boiled eggs. Cutting cheese and ham. Butter, jam, honey. Juices, coffee, tea, milk. Hungry were not. Free in-room safe and Wi-Fi in rooms and during the course. The staff is helpful. They speak French and English. There were no problems.

Good standard of accommodation in Paris. Good transport links and lots to see locally.

I wouldn't say it was a three star, the carpet doesn't know what a vacuum cleaner is, and it's pretty crappy, but it has very good stuff, and it is very close to the metro and the bus.

A hotel more than right quality price very well, I recommend to consult some price compared before booking as the prices vary quite from one web portal to another.
The friendly staff, every day you renew Jaboncitos and shampoo, has a very cozy inner courtyard to go out to smoke or have a glass of wine after spending the day in the center either by sightseeing or for work…
The subway station is close by, but I encourage you to make a walking tour of Paris from the hotel.
La Sacre Cour and Mont Matre are less than half an hour's walk away. And from there you can go quietly to the Seine area and see everything, that is, comfortable footwear!
If reserve only accommodation you can have breakfast at any bakery in the neighborhood where they have a great variety of pastries and snacks at affordable prices.

When in Paris, I need a bed and a shower and that is exactly what Abrial has to offer without ripping you off. Clean and simple.

Go as a last resort. Sincerely the price is not adapt in relation to the quality. Traces of mold in the bathtub, carpeting, hard bedding, dust on all shelves, squeaky bed at the slightest movement, antique decoration (carpeting on the walls) and very noisy as its either the vicinity of the room or the view of the courtyard Inside with the tennis court. The positive point is the proximity of the Super walk or subway this is the only reason I put 2 stars.

The hotel is basic but it perfectly meets its functions, clean and comfortable rooms. You leave the key every time you go out at the front desk. We don't know French and the receptionist were very friendly trying to speak Spanish, one of them spoke quite well and helped us a lot. I recommend it if you're just going to use it to sleep and you're going to be walking around Paris.

The hotel was very nice and the location was very good. I almost couldn't get out of the narrow and sloping parking it was skating.

Older, just a little bit dirty, the bed is so tiny, like an paper and the parking is sooo steep, my car couldn't up the acclivity.

Nice hotel, nothing fancy but rooms are quite big and beds are huge!

Rooms are old and beds are not comfortable. I made a reservation via the phone as I didnt have a creditcard and agreed about the price. When I arrived they told me I needed to pay a higher price and breakfast wasnt even included. Parking is small, if you have a sedan, it will be very difficult to get out of the parking without damaging your car.

Only saving grace is the front house staff Stayed two nights on business as part of a train and hotel package. I knew from the reviews the hotel wouldn't be great but it really was deplorable and a the worst was the manager's attitude, aside from the smell of cigarettes and urine in the room and bug bites I got from the bed. Itas reasonably clean but run down and very old fashion. My room, 504, smelled like it was left over from the 1980s with old musty cigarette odour permeating the room. Stained headboard. Stained bathroom fixtures. Toilet smelled like urine in spite of me dumping shampoo down it and scrubbing it. Stinky old room. Bed linens had someone else's hair between the layers (mine is distinctly long and curly). I woke with bites and red spots and a rash on my legs and feet after the first night, so the second night I slept with socks, leggings and a long sleeve shirt to try and protect myself. Bedbugs? Who knows. However, the front staff and housecleaning staff were polite and helpful so I tried to overlook it all. When I checked out, I tried to inform the staff that there may be an issue with their laundry service as I had some skin issues. There was an old manager at the desk as well, he asked me if I had sensitive skin (basically blaming me for what look and feel like insect bites) and stating that in his 25 years he'd never had a complaint. Funny, 3.7* rating on Google means there have been complaints before!

Very friendly and helpful through the duration of our stay. Clean, quiet rooms. Lovely breakfast. Powerful shower, soaked the whole bathroom!
