Excellent hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Liked our stay… but definitely small rooms as its very much inside the city.

Very friendly team, small but clean rooms, small nice bathroom, breakfast room a little cramped but cozy, extensive breakfast buffet. Hotel is centrally located in the district of Montmatre, many nice restaurants nearby.

Great! A great stay in the Hotel du théâtre! The team is very nice and in small care, the hotel is very well located and after a good day of walking, we slept like babies! Special Mention for the colorful weather in the elevator, original!

Beautiful place is haunted, with the service and attention of the receptionists. A beautiful boutique hotel and very well connected.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, single glazed window really has to correct. Breakfast varied but a little disappointed, viennoisserie very dense and photo D Egg has the hull but not offered at lunch. Location very convenient.

Nicely welcomed by the personnel, decoration is nicely done, bedrooms are really clean, bathrooms are well equiped and clean too. Hotel is opened 24/7 so you don't have to worry about keys and check-in before a certain hour.

Position close to 2 different metro and close to different restaurants and pubs. The hotel is clean but wih really small rooms. The stuff is really nice and helpfull. The only things that we didn't enjoyed was the breakfast, the buffet had few stuff only, since you are in Paris you expect to find a lot of pastries but instead those were brought from a lady to our table and it was 2 mignone piece for 2 persons and since we were in four we asked for more but she wasn't really pleased to do so and you could taste that they were nOT fresh, also when we went back the day after for breakfast again, she said to us that she didn't have any pastries left and it was only 8:30 in the morning!

This is a good hotel; the rooms are clean and cheap, plus the hotel is well located to hop on the Metro or take a walk to see the sights. My only criticisms are that the rooms are a bit small, ours was at the back on the first floor and the window looked out onto a small courtyard and there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room (albeit there's a complementary espresso machine in the reception).

For the price it is a good deal. The room I had was clean and a decent size for Paris. The bathroom was new with a hot powerful shower head. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful. Location has two metro lines a short walk away and the view down the main road to the Sacre Coeur is nice. Overall I can recommend it.

The rooms are extremely small and the elevator only holds 3 people tightly. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. The rooms are charming and the hotel is quiet at night. It's very convenient to the Metro and bus stations. This is a very expensive area, so expect to pay hefty prices at the restaurants around the hotel. The Wi-Fi here is the worst! If they would correct the Wi-Fi I would stay here again.

The staff very very friendly! I was robbed of everything in Paris. The hotel is home and the staff here are my family! In addition, the room is clean, flavored, calm and sweet. Breakfast is plentiful. If I go to Paris another day, it will be my first and only choice.

The location is short walk to Rome metro, making it easy to get to. It's not the most central area but if you use public transport its fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. During our stay it was very hot (36°) and with no AC the room was stuffy. However, in usual temperatures it would have been fine as they provide a fan. There were a decent amount of options provided at breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and perfect for a weekend visit to Paris.

The hotel have a good central location, is clean and have all you need for a short stay in Paris.

Good value and location 1 km from the Arc de Triomphe is great.

I stayed in February 2016 and had a fantastic time there. The staff at reception made things easy and gave me useful tips to get around Paris. The location is perfect since it is in a quiet street, but the hustle and bustle of the city is nearby. I will definitely come back.

We two Taiwanese girls stayed here for several nights in March, friendly and impressive service make us warm and want to say thank you to everyone we met in this hotel. Sorry to hear attacks in Paris… hope every staff is safe and we are praying for all of you and Paris!

Firstly, I do feel bad about putting this hotel in the 'Terrible' category, however due to the price per night I have no other option as I'd honestly have expected more. The good: The hotel is well located, and on a quiet street. It's walking distance to Montmartre and very close to a Metro. The man on the desk with dark hair is welcoming and was helpful throughout our stay. The room size was adequate and the bathrooms recently revamped (although lacking a bath — odd? ). The bad: — wallpaper is peeling off the walls throughout the room — the towels are old and scratchy. Several had holes in — the radiator didn't come on once, bare in mind our visit was in February — the duvet was thin and also didn't fit the bed or sheet. We were freezing both nights of our stay — breakfast was utterly terrible. The food was fine, but I had to help clear the tables and ask for everything I needed repeatedly (including plates, cups, forks, etc). I know it's a three star so I'm not expecting luxury, but this was totally unacceptable. My girlfriend had to wait 20 minutes, ask three times to a rude waitress, just to get a bowl. Also, the toilet doors open onto the dining area, so I was eating my croissant whilst looking at an open toilet seat — the rooms were so badly insulated I could hear next door fart. I asked to move rooms after the 1st night but was not accommodated — key security was poor. I just had to say a room number and hey presto. I was presented with the key.
